通过熔炼/研磨/热压方法制备了n型和p型赝三元Bi2Te3基的热压合 金样品,测量了由不同工艺参数(热压温度、热压压力)制备的样品Seebeck系数和电导率.分析了热压参数对热电性能产生的影响.特别是发现了增加热压压力和热压温度会使n型和p型热压样品的Seebeck系数和电导率都有所提高,这与单晶和取向晶体材料的Seebeck系数和电导率变化趋势相反的规律显然不同,其结果对热压样品的电学性能提高有积极的影响.

借助于平面波展开法分析了二维复式格子声子晶体能带结构,计算了铝合金柱体按周期性结构排列在空气中形成的二维固/气复合体系的声子晶体,给出了复式蜂窝格子和复式Kagome格子的能带结构,进而对比分析了复式格子和简单格子的能带结构特性.结果表明,与简单格子相比,复式格子的带隙出现在频率相对较低的位置;在f=0.091—0.6046范围内,将声子晶体排列为复式格子要优于简单格子,可以得到更宽带隙.此外,引入了带隙分布图,讨论了填充系数f对带隙数目、带隙宽度以及带隙上下边界频率的影响.

研究了碱金属和碱土金属离子修饰的掺Er3+氟磷酸盐玻璃的光谱性质,讨论 了碱金属和碱土金属对铒氟磷玻璃的吸收和发射截面、荧光半高宽,Judd-Ofelt强度参数和 上转换发光强度等光谱性质的影响,并与一些传统氧化物玻璃系统进行了比较.研究表明碱 金属K+和碱土金属Sr2+掺杂高的玻璃更适宜用作光放大器基质. 含12mol%K+的氟磷玻璃展现出7.83×10-21cm2的高 发射截面和最小的荧光上转换强度;含23mol%Sr2+的氟磷玻璃则有7.58×10 -21cm2的高发射截面、65nm的荧光半高宽及8.6ms的长的上能级荧 光寿命.

Structure, Curie temperature and magnetostriction of RFex (1.6 ? x ? 2.0) and R(Fe1−yTiy)1.8 (y ? 0.2) alloys (RDy0.65Tb0.25Pr0.1) have been investigated using optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, AC initial susceptibility and standard strain gauge techniques. The homogenized RFex alloys are found to be essentially single phase in the range of 1.8 ? x ? 1.85. The second phase is a rare-earth-rich phase when x ? 1.8, and (Dy, Tb, Pr)Fe3 phase when x ? 1.85. X-ray diffraction indicates that the R(Fe1−yTiy)1.8 alloys contain a small amount of Fe2Ti phase when y ? 0.05, which increases with the increment of Ti content. The Curie temperature of R(Fe1−yTiy)1.8 alloys slightly enhances with increasing Ti concentration when y ? 0.05, then remains almost unchanged in the range of 0.05 ? y ? 0.20. The magnetostriction of RFex alloys is improved when x ? 1.80 and reduced by increasing Fe content when x ? 1.85. The magnetostriction of R(Fe1−yTiy)1.8 alloys is lowered by increasing Ti content. 相似文献

In this paper, certain important parameters are optimized for a polymer/Si arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) multiplexer by using grating theory. A 32-channel multiplexer is designed and fabricated using newly synthesized fluorinated poly (ether ether ketone) with a high thermal stability. The propagation characteristics of TM polarized Gaussian beam, which is the rigorous solution of an eigenfunction problem for a confocal resonator, have been investigated using the nonparaxial vectorial moment theory of light beam propagation. The analytical expressions of the beam propagation factors are given by means of Fourier transform. Both the transversal second-order moment beam widths follow a simple hyperbolic variational law. For nonparaxial case, however, beam has different propagating features in the two transversal directions. The phase diagram of zirconium metal has been studied using synchrotron X-ray diffraction and time-of-flight neutron scattering at temperatures and pressures up to 1273 K and 17 GPa. The equilibrium phase boundary of the α-ω transition has a dT/dP slope of 473 K/GPa, and the extrapolated transition pressure at ambient temperature is located at 3.4 GPa. For the ω-β transition, the phase boundary has a negative dT/dP slope of 15.5 K/GPa between 6.4 and 15.3 GPa, which is substantially smaller than a previously reported value of −39±5 K/GPa in the pressure range of 32-35 GPa. This difference indicates a significant curvature of the phase boundary between 15.3 and 35 GPa. The α-ω-β triple point was estimated to be at 4.9 GPa and 953 K, which is comparable to previous results obtained from a differential thermal analysis. Except for the three known crystalline forms, the β phase of zirconium metal was found to possess an extraordinary glass forming ability at pressures between 6.4 and 8.6 GPa. This transformation leads to a limited stability field for the β phase in the pressure range of 6-16 GPa and to complications of high-temperature portion of phase diagram for zirconium metal. 相似文献

Highly transparent conductive Al2O3 doped zinc oxide (AZO) thin films have been deposited on the glass substrate by pulsed laser deposition technique. The effects of substrate temperature and post-deposition annealing treatment on structural, electrical and optical properties of AZO thin films were investigated. The experimental results show that the electrical resistivity of films deposited at 240 °C is 6.1 × 10−4 Ω cm, which can be further reduced to as low as 4.7 × 10−4 Ω cm by post-deposition annealing at 400 °C for 2 h in argon. The average transmission of AZO films in the visible range is 90%. The optical direct band gap of films was dependent on the substrate temperature and the annealing treatment in argon. The optical direct band gap value of AZO films increased with increasing annealing temperature. 相似文献
