Using front face-pumped compact active mirror laser (CAMIL) structure, we have demonstrated an Yb:YAG/YAG composite ceramic disk laser with pumping wavelength at 970 nm. The laser has been operated in both continuous-wave (CW) and Q-switching modes. Under CW operation, laser output power of 1.05 W with 2% transmission output coupler was achieved at the wavelength of 1031 nm. Q- switched laser output was gotten by using an acousto-optic Q-switch. The repetition rate ranged from 1 to 30 kHz and the pulse width varied from 166 to 700 ns.  相似文献

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing system based on the optical cavity enhanced detection tech-nique is experimentally demonstrated. A fiber-optic laser cavity is built with a SPR sensor inside. By measuring the laser output power when the cavity is biased near the threshold point, the sensitivity, defined as the dependence of the output optical intensity on the sample variations, can be increased by about one order of magnitude compared to that of the SPR sensor alone under the intensity interrogation scheme. This could facilitate ultra-high sensitivity SPR biosensing applications. Further system miniaturization is possible by using integrated optical components and waveguide SPR sensors.  相似文献

We show that the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation in closed-circuit photovoltaic media can exhibit quasi-steady-state and steady-state spatial solitons. We demonstrate that the formation time of open-circuit quasi-steady-state and open-circuit steady-state dark solitons decreases with an increase in the intensity ratio of the soliton, which is the ratio between the soliton peak intensity and the dark irradiance. We find that for the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation that exhibits only an open-circuit steady-state dark soliton, changing the electric current density J0 does not generate quasi-steady-state dark solitons and affects the formation time of steady-state dark solitons and that for the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation that exhibits an open-circuit quasi-steady-state dark soliton, changing J0 gives rise to three different time evolution regimes of the full width half maximum of the soliton’s intensity. The first regime shows that the formation time of steady-state dark solitons increases with J0 whereas the formation time of quasi-steady-state dark solitons is independent of J0. The second regime shows that the formation time of steady-state dark solitons decreases with an increases in J0 and the formation time of quasi-steady-state dark solitons increases with J0. The third regime shows that changing J0 enables only steady-state dark solitons in the time-dependent nonlinear wave equation, of which the formation time increases with J0.  相似文献

Solid-phase photocatalytic degradation of polyethylene (PE) plastic, one of the most common commercial plastic, over copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) modified TiO2 (TiO2/CuPc) photocatalyst was investigated in the ambient air under solar light irradiation. Higher PE weight loss rate, greater texture change; more amount of generated CO2, which is the main product of the photocatalytic degradation of the composite PEC plastic can be achieved in the system of PE-(TiO2/CuPc) in comparison with PE-TiO2 system. The CuPc promoted charge separation of TiO2 and enhanced the photocatalytic degradation of PE based on the analysis of surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS). During the photodegradation of PE plastic, the reactive oxygen species generated on TiO2 or TiO2/CuPc particle surfaces play important roles. The present study demonstrates that the combination of polymer plastic with TiO2/CuPc composite photocatalyst in the form of thin film is a practical and useful way to photodegrade plastic contaminants under solar light irradiation.  相似文献

The ceria-zirconium-modified alumina-supported palladium catalysts are prepared using impregnation method with H2PdCl4 as Pd source, hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent. The physicochemical properties of these catalysts are characterized by BET surface area (BET), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and temperature programmed oxidation (O2-TPO) techniques, and their catalytic activities for the combustion of methane are examined. The results show that the palladium mainly exist in a highly dispersed PdO species on Ce-Zr-rich grains as well as Al2O3-rich grains surfaces, and a stable PdO species due to the strong interaction between PdO and CeO2-ZrO2 on the Ce-Zr/Al2O3 surfaces. The catalytic activity is strongly related to the redox behavior of PdO species highly dispersed on Ce-Zr-rich grains and Al2O3-rich grains surfaces, and the higher the reducibility of the PdO species, the higher the catalytic activity. The presence of Ce-Zr in Pd/Al2O3 catalyst would inhibit the site growth of PdOx particles and decomposition of PdO to Pd0, and the reoxidation property of Pd0 to PdOx is significantly improved, which obviously increases thermal stability and catalytic activity of Pd/Ce-Zr/Al2O3 catalyst for the methane combustion.  相似文献

Concerning the link properties in traffic networks, we introduce a dynamic equation of road flow into each link, and thereby propose a dynamic model for network flow. Using this model, we investigate the evolutions of inflow, outflow and flow on each link caused by a small perturbation of the network inflow under different route choice rules. Numerical results show that the dynamic model can reasonably capture the basic characteristics of network flow.  相似文献

利用不同能量的质子在大气环境中辐照拟南芥的含水种子,能量从1.1MeV到6.5MeV.根据模拟计算结果,相应能量的离子对种子的损伤区域分别为胚的浅层、胚的一半和整个胚.本实验中,具有较高能量的质子可以完全均匀地作用于拟南芥生长、发育及遗传密切相关的胚茎端分生组织,而能量较低的质子则不能直接作用于茎端分生组织.实验所用质子注量范围为4×109ions/cm2—1×1014ions/cm2.实验结果显示,虽然拟南芥种子的发芽率和幼苗存活率随离子注量增加都呈现下降的趋势,但对应于不同的胚损伤区域,即在不同的入射质子能量条件下,注量曲线具有各自的特征.实验结果显示,拟南芥种子中除了胚茎端分生组织作为对离子辐照敏感的辐射主靶外,茎端分生组织之外的胚区域可能作为离子辐射次靶,影响到最终的辐射生物学效应. 关键词: 离子辐照 拟南芥 胚区域 生物效应  相似文献

本文报道了用溶胶凝胶法并经过低温(900℃)后处理制备的具有非化学配比的La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xO3(x=0~0.10)多晶样品的电输运和磁性质的实验研究.结果表明,随x的增加,样品呈现出明显增强的非本征磁电阻效应,同时其本征磁电阻效应减弱.实验还观察到样品的颗粒尺寸随x的增加而减小的现象.基于样品的结构特征,本文讨论了其独特输运性能的形成原因.  相似文献

A compact femtosecond Ti:sapphire amplifier system is reported using single-stage multipass configuration with high beam quality. A high dispersion glass stretcher and a pair of double prisms for compression are introduced based on broadband femtosecond seed pulses. The non-grating-based pulse stretcher and compressor are advantageous to increase high beam quality and to reduce the high-order dispersion. A Gaussian filter is used to reduce the gain narrowing effect in amplification. The compact femtosecond Ti:sapphire nine-pass amplifier delivers pulses with a duration of 26 fs and an energy of 800μJ at 7mJ pumping pulses energy at I kHz. The 1-kHz femtosecond amplifier with high beam quality and high stability is very suitable for ultrafast physics research applications, such as attosecond science, ultra-precision micromachining, and THz wave generation.  相似文献
