POE-graft-methyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile (POE-g-MAN) was prepared by graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylonitrile (AN) onto polyethylene-octene copolymers (POE) with suspension polymerization. POE-g-MAN/SAN resin blends (AOMS) were prepared by blending POE-g-MAN with styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN resin). The mechanical properties, compatibility, and thermal stabilities of AOMS were studied. The notched impact strength of the blends reached 54.0 kJ/m2 when the AN/(MMA + AN) ratio (fAN) of POE-g-MAN, benzoyl peroxide dosage, and POE content in AOMS were 15 wt%, 1.0 wt%, and 25 wt%, respectively. Transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that the highest toughness occurred when the size of POE-g-MAN particles and the surface-to-surface inter-particle distance were proper. Scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that the AOMS fracture surface had plastic flow visible, which looked like a fibril morphology when the AN/(MMA + AN) ratio (fAN) of POE-g-MAN was 15 wt%. The toughening mechanism of AOMS was shear yielding of the matrix, which endowed AOMS with remarkable toughness. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis showed that the compatibility of the POE phase and SAN phase improved after graft copolymerization of MMA and AN onto POE. When the grafting chain polarity was appropriate, the miscibility between POE-g-MAN and SAN resin was the best. Thermogravimetry analysis showed that thermal stability of AOMS increased with increasing AN units in POE-g-MAN.  相似文献

Poly(ethene-co-1-butene)-graft-methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile (PEB-g-MAN) was prepared by suspension grafting copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylonitrile(AN) onto PEB. PEB-g-MAN/SAN resin blends (ABMS) were prepared by blending PEB-g-MAN with styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN resin). The effects of AN/(MMA+AN) feed ratio (fAN), PEB/(PEB+MMA+AN) feed ratio (fPEB) and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) dosage on the monomer conversion ratio (CR), rubber's grafting ratio (GR), grafting efficiency (GE) of the copolymerization and the toughening effect of PEB-g-MAN on the SAN resin were investigated. FTIR quantitative analysis showed that when the weight percent of AN unit in the unextracted product was 21.5 wt% with fAN of 25 wt%, the toughening effect of unextracted PEB-g-MAN on SAN resin was the highest. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis showed that when fAN was 25 wt%, the grafted copolymer had the lowest molecular weight and ABMS had highest toughness. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis showed that the highest toughness occurred when the phase structure of ABMS was cocontinuous with fAN of 25 wt%. When fAN was 25 wt% PEB-g-MAN domains have numerous small SAN domains in them, which was occlusion structure. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis indicated that the ABMS fracture surfaces had plastic flow visible, which looked like a craze fibers morphology, for the sample with highest impact strength (fAN = 25 wt%). Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA) showed that the miscibility of the PEB phase and SAN phase improved after graft copolymerization of MMA and AN onto PEB.  相似文献

采用粘合法制备了叠层结构的块体Terfenol-D/PZT磁电复合材料,测量了不同频率下的磁电回线,采用新的极坐标下的方式做图.从极坐标下的磁电回线中可以看出,随直流磁场的变化,非谐振频率下的磁电相位发生了轻微移动,移动幅度随频率的增加而增加;而在谐振频率下,伴随着巨磁电效应,磁电相位发生了显著移动,移动幅度达到了近90°.与粉末Terfenol-D/环氧树脂/PZT磁电复合材料对比之后表明,非谐振频率下块体Terfenol-D/PZT的磁电相位移动主要由涡流引起;而谐振频率下大幅度相位移动则主要来源于Terfenol-D的磁致弹性变化.  相似文献

在常规型有机发光二极管的基础上, 通过改变发光层tri-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (III) (Alq3)厚度, 研究了激子复合区厚度对有机发光二极管磁效应的影响.测量了器件在不同温度及偏压下电致发光及注入电流在外加磁场作用下的变化, 着重研究了低温下的有机磁电导效应和有机磁电致发光效应.实验发现, 低温(50 K)高磁场 (500 mT)下, 器件表现出随Alq3厚度的减薄, 磁电导值由正到负再到正的非单调变化.利用磁场调控的超精细相互作用、 磁场抑制的三重态激子-电荷反应以及激子在界面的淬灭效应, 对有机磁电导在低温下表现出的现象进行了定性的解释.实验结果表明, 通过改变激子复合区的厚度, 可以实现对激子浓度的有效调节, 进而实现对有机磁电导和磁电致发光效应的调节. 该研究进一步丰富了有机磁效应的实验现象, 同时提供了一种调控有机磁效应的手段. 关键词: 激子复合区 激子浓度 有机磁电导 有机磁电致发光  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the propagation of few-cycle laser pulses in resonant two-level dense media with a sub- wavelength structure, which is described by the full Maxwell-Bloch equations without the frame of slowly varying envelope and rotating wave approximations. The input pulses can be shaped into shorter ones with a single or less than one optical cycle. The effect of the parameters of the subwavelength structure and laser pulses is studied. Our study shows that the media with a subwavelength structure can significantly shape the few-cycle pulses into a subcycle pulse, even for the case of chirp pulses as input fields. This suggests that such subwavelength structures have potential application in the shaping of few-cycle laser pulses.  相似文献

A novel bubble detection technique based on light intensity and Mie scattering theory for spinning solution is presented theoretically and experimentally. With the light intensity in every direction, the particle or bubble size distribution can be calculated with the Mie scattering theory. The light intensity distribution in every direction, corresponding to the light intensity received by every assumed annulus of the detector has been calculated theoretically. According to the light intensity distribution, the size distribution of bubbles can be deduced. A series of standardized polystyrene micro-sphere (with 7 μm diameter) solution has been used not only as sample for experiments and calibration, but also as the bubbles in the glycerin. Theoretical and experimental results show that the technique can be used for bubble detection, in order to improve the traditional bubble detection scheme, and to lower production costs.  相似文献

多重分形降趋波动分析法(MFDFA)和多重分形降趋移动平均法(MFDMA)是用来估算一维随机分形信号多重分形谱的两种算法, 已被拓展应用于二维和高维分形信号的分析. 本文简要介绍了MFDFA和MFDMA算法及其在一维时间序列中的应用. 首次系统地从算法模型、计算统计精度、样本量的敏感性、无标度区选取的敏感性、矩选择的敏感性和计算量这六个方面对两种算法进行了对比分析, 以典型多重分形信号BMC信号为例, 分析两种算法的适用性和优劣性. 为实际应用中, 针对具体信号如何选用MFDFA或MFDMA算法, 以及两种算法的参数设置提供了有价值的参考.  相似文献

本文将硅(Si)衬底上外延生长的氮化镓(GaN)基发光二极管(LED)薄膜转移至含有柔性黏结层的基板上, 获得了不受衬底和支撑基板束缚的LED薄膜. 利用高分辨率X射线衍射仪(HRXRD)研究了薄膜转移前后的应力变化, 同时对其光致发光(PL)光谱的特性进行了研究. 结果表明: 硅衬底GaN基LED薄膜转移至柔性基板后, GaN受到的应力会由转移前巨大的张应力变为转移后微小的压应力, InGaN/GaN量子阱受到的压应力则增大; 尽管LED薄膜室温无损转移至柔性基板其InGaN阱层的In组分不会改变, 然而按照HRXRD倒易空间图谱通用计算方法会得出平均铟组发生了变化; GaN基LED薄膜从外延片转移至柔性基板时其PL谱会发生明显红移.  相似文献

ZnS nanotetrapods synthesized via a solvothermal route have a octahedral core with a zincblende (ZB) structure and four hexprism-shaped arms consisting of alternately stacking ZB and wurtzite (WZ) phases, where the WZ phase has a higher volume percentage. In situ angular-dispersive X-ray diffraction (ADXRD) measurements were carried out to study the structural behavior of ZnS nanotetrapods under high pressure up to 41.3?GPa. The initial WZ structure exhibits a very high mechanical stability to ~11.3?GPa. Both the WZ and ZB structures transform to the rocksalt (RS) structure at ~15.4?GPa. The bulk moduli of the WZ (148.2?±?8.9?GPa) and RS (165.6?±?9.9?GPa) phases are both larger than the previously reported values. These phenomena are discussed based on the alternating epitaxial growth of the WZ and ZB phases in the arms of nanotetrapods. Our study suggests that the internal structure of nanomaterials could also greatly affect their stability and transition behavior.  相似文献
