微乳液介质—1—（2—吡啶偶氮）—2—萘酚光度法测定汽油中环烷酸铁的含量

本研究了微乳液为介质时，铁与１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）的显色反应。选择７３０ｎｍ处为测定波长，ε为１．４×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－＾１．ｃｍ＾－＾１，铁量在０－５０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，该法适用于汽油中环烷酸铁的测定。     

Two new compounds from Zingiber officinale

A new cyclic diarylheptanoid,1,5-epoxy-3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane (1),as well as a new monoterpene,10-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hydroxy cineole (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established based on their spectral data.In addition,the antioxidant activities of these compounds were also measured.     

Investigation in monolayers of double-chain fluorocarbon amphiphiles Effect of headgroups on molecular packing and interaction between hydrocarbon and fluorocarbon monolayers

The surface pressure-area diagrams of double-chain fluorocarbon amphiphiles with different headgroup compositions show that the amphiphiles arrange almost perpendicularly to the water subphase and the structure of headgroups exerts significant influence on the amphiphile packing. Strong hydrogen bonding and weak electrostatic interaction favor the formation of stable monolayers. Perfluorooctanoic acid (FOA) cannot form monolayer at water/air interface and can only form liquid monolayer in subphase of calcium nitrate solution. Complete phase separation of palmitic acid and a fluorocarbon amphiphile with shorter hydrocarbon spacer group, 1, could be demonstrated in monolayers by using the phase rule of Crisp. The creation of phase-separated monolayers is possible when the monolayer is composed of a mixture of palmitic acid and a fluorocarbon amphiphile with longer hydrocarbon spacer group, 2. It can be suggested that the miscibility of hydrocarbon amphiphiles with fluorocarbon amphiphiles is determined by the hydrocarbon fraction of fluorocarbon amphiphiles.     

聚醚醚酮酮和含联苯聚醚醚酮酮共聚物的熔融热

根据Ｆｌｏｒｙ热力学统计理论和比容－熔融热作国法，由ＤＳＣ结果得到了不同联苯含量的聚醚醚酮酮－含联苯聚醚醚酮酮（ＰＥＥＫＫ－ＰＥＢＥＫＫ）共聚物的熔融热，两种方法获得的结果吻合。在此基础上给出了ＰＥＥＫＫ－ＰＥＢＥＫＫ共聚物不同联苯含量的熔点计算表达式。结果还表明，随着联苯含量ｎＢ，的变化，明显改变；当ｎＢ＝０．３５时，ＰＥＥＫＫＰＥＢＥＫＫ共聚物的值最小。     

GC-MS法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS),电子轰击离子化(EI)法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃的含量。超声波抽提气溶胶样品,用GC-MS的选择离子监测(SIM)方式测定EPA提出的优先监测的16种多环芳烃的含量。该法的检出限为0.167pg·m~(-3),PAHs的回收率为85.1％～110.5％,相对标准偏差为4.62％～19.4％。应用该法测定气溶胶中PAHs获得满意的结果。     

Separation of alkylaminonaphthylenesulfonyl peptides and amin acids by high-performance liquid chromatography. Methods for measuring melanotropin inhibiting factor breakdown

N,N-Dimethyl diethyl, dipropyl, dibutyl, and N-monoisopropylaminoaphthylenesulfonyl derivatives of melanotropin inhibiting factor (MIF) and its metabolites were prepared, and their chromatographic behavior was investigated with thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), using five solvent systems on polyamide layers and ten solvent systems on muBondapak C18 and muBondapak phenyl columns. A mixture of MIF and its metabolites derivatized with Dns chloride was adequately resolved by two-dimensional chromatography on polyamide layer with solvent systems, formic acid-water (3:97) and benzene-acetic acid (9:1). Bns-MIF and its metabolites were separated with muBondapak C18 column with the solvent system acetonitrile-0.01 M sodium sulphate buffer, pH 7 (50:50). They were separated into five groups: Gly and Bns acid; Pro-Leu, Leu-Gly and Leu; Pro; Gly-NH2; and MIF. The alkylaminonaphthylenesulfonyl derivates had strong fluorescence, which permitted their detection at the level of 10(-11) to 10(-9) mol. Dns-MIF and its derivatives had the lowest detectable amounts. HPLC with the aid of the Dns derivation is reliable and fast, and is the preferable method for study of neuropeptide breakdown.     

在肽库中进行小肽筛选的初步研究

以合成六肽ＤＧＧＳＡＡ为模型对在噬菌体肽库中进行小肽筛选做了初步研究。结果表明，含有可形成氢键和离子键残基的小肽能够在噬菌体肽库中进行筛选。并用明显提高了筛选的专一性。     

新型含氟聚芳醚酮的合成与表征

Failure of elastomeric polymers due to rate dependent bond rupture

A new cohesive zone model is developed in order to study the mechanisms of adhesive and cohesive failures of soft rubbery materials. The fracture energy is estimated here using a strategy similar to that of Lake and Thomas (LT) by considering the dissipation of stored elastic energy followed by the extension and relaxation of polymer chains. The current model, however, departs from that of LT in that the force needed to break an interfacial bond does not have a fixed value; instead, it depends on the thermal state of the system and the rate at which the force is transmitted to the bond. While the force required to rupture a chain is set by the rules of thermomechanically activated bond dissociation kinetics, extension of a polymer chain is modeled within both the linear and nonlinear models of chain elasticity. Closed form asymptotic solutions are obtained for the dependence of crack propagation speed on the energy release rate, which are valid in two regimes: (I) slow crack velocity or short relaxation time for bond dissociation; (II) fast crack velocity or long relaxation time for bond dissociation. The rate independent and the zero temperature limit of this theory correctly reduces to the fracture model of LT. Detailed comparisons are made with a previous work by Chaudhury et al. which carried out an approximate analysis of the same problem.
