Superparamagnetic mesoporous Mg-Fe bi-metal oxides with varied Mg-Fe atomic ratios have been successfully synthesized as solid base catalysts. Cationic hyperbranched BPEI was immobilized on the surface of MWNTs via electrostatic interactions between the positively charged protonated amines within the polymer and the carboxyl groups on the chemically oxidized MWNT surface. The functionalized BPEI‐MWNTs were characterized by FT‐IR, TGA, TEM and surface charge analysis, and it was used as a bio‐sorbent for the adsorption of proteins. CD spectra showed no conformational change of BSA during the adsorption/desorption process. A dynamic adsorption capacity of 167 mg · g?1 for BSA was achieved. With a sample volume of 2.0 mL, an enrichment factor of 10 was obtained along with an adsorption efficiency of 100%, a recovery of 100%, a sampling frequency of 10 h?1 and a RSD of 2.6% at 25 µg · mL?1 BSA.

In this study, a novel thermo‐sensitive poly(N‐acryloylglycinates) was prepared in order to get a potential drug release carrier. The corresponding monomers and the polymers were characterized with Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR) and 1H NMR. The thermo‐sensitivity of the poly(N‐acryloylglycinates) was evaluated by measuring their lower critical solution temperatures (LCST) in water, inorganic salt solution, and different pH solutions. The results indicated that poly(N‐acryloylglycine methyl ester) (NAGME) and poly(N‐acryloylglycine ethyl ester) (NAGEE) exhibit a reversible thermo‐sensibility in their aqueous solutions at 61.5 and 12.5°C, respectively. However, no thermo‐sensitive behavior of poly(N‐acryloylglycine propyl ester) (NAGPE) was found due to its over hydrophobicity. The swelling studies on hydrogels were carried out at different temperatures, in different pH, and inorganic salt solutions. The hydrogels showed a remarkable phase transition at about 35°C with changing temperature. The release rate of caffeine from the thermo‐sensitive hydrogel was apparently decreased as the crosslinker content increased and temperature decreased. Seventy five percent caffeine from the polymeric hydrogel with 5% NMBA (N, N‐methylenebis(acrylamide)) was released at room temperature within 240 min, whereas 95.4% caffeine diffused into the medium at 37°C. Given a desired property, locating relevant materials is always highly desired but very challenging in a range of areas, including heterogeneous catalysis. Obviously, object-oriented design/screening is an ideal solution to this problem. Herein, we develop an inverse catalyst design workflow in Python (CATIDPy) that utilizes a genetic-algorithm-based global optimization method to guide on-the-fly density functional theory calculations, successfully realizing the highly accelerated location of active single-atom alloy (SAA) catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). 70 binary and 752 ternary SAA candidate catalysts are identified for the HER. Furthermore, via considering the segregation stability and cost of materials, we extracted 6 binary and 142 ternary SAA candidate catalysts that are recommended for experimental synthesis. Remarkably, guided by these theoretical identifications, homogeneously dispersed Ni-based bimetallic catalysts (e.g., NiMo, NiAl, Ni3Al, NiGa, and NiIn) were synthesized experimentally to test the reliability of the CATIDPy workflow, and they showed superior HER performance to bare Ni foam, indicating huge potential for use in real-world water electrolysis techniques. Perhaps more importantly, these results demonstrate the capacity of such a proposed approach for investigating unexplored chemical spaces to efficiently design promising catalysts without knowledge from the expert domain, which has far-reaching implications.An inverse catalyst design workflow in Python (CATIDPy) for discovering unexplored chemical spaces successfully realized the highly accelerated location of active single-atom alloy (SAA) catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). 相似文献

Liquid chromatographic methods based on reversed-phase, ion-pair and ion-exchange chromatography coupled with ultraviolet spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry have been developed and compared for the determination of 8-hydroxyquinoline in cosmetic samples. The individual parameters of different techniques are systematically optimized. The reversed-phase chromatography using ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation and filtration prior to LC–UV and LC–MS–MS detection was selected to be the general analytical method for the routine analysis of 8-hydroxyquinoline in cosmetics due to its simplicity, column reproducibility and sensitivity. The procedure is rapid, simple and suitable for the quality control of cosmetic preparations. The application of this technique to the assay of commercial products is also presented. 相似文献
