Anisotropy of young's modulus of cold-rolled titanium

Analysis of the elastic anisotropy of titanium sheet showed that, after plastic deformation in rolling, titanium grains are oriented in such a way that parallel to the rolling plane is a crystal plane inclined at 32 ° to the direction of rolling.     

Dependences of the dielectric and pyroelectric properties of (1 ? x)PbFe1/2Nb1/2O3?xPbTiO3 ferroelectric ceramics solid solutions on the PbTiO3 content in a compositional range of 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.08

(1 − x)PbFe_1/2Nb_1/2O_3−x PbTiO₃ (PFN-xPT) ferroelectric ceramics with low dielectric loss and pronounced anomalies of dielectric and pyroelectric properties near the ferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition was obtained by doping with lithium. The temperature dependence of the position of the morphotropic boundary between the rhombohedral (monoclinic) and tetragonal phases in the x-T phase diagram of the PFN-xPT system was determined for the first time.     

X-ray diffraction investigation of BaTiO3/(Ba,Sr)TiO3 superlattices

Samples of BaTiO₃/(Ba_{1 ? x} Sr _x )TiO₃ (BT/BST-x) superlattices have been studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. A complete parallel orientation of all the studied films and the substrate has been revealed, and the modulation periods ?? of the superlattices, the parameters of the unit cell averaged over the ?? period, and the parameters of individual components of the superlattices have been determined.     

Influence of the nature of the substituent in 3-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole for complexation with Pd<Superscript>2+</Superscript>

The structure of four new palladium complexes [Pd(HL ² )Cl ₂ and Pd(L ^1–3 ) ₂ ] with 3-(2-pyridyl)-5-R-1,2,4-triazoles (R=H, CH₃, Ph respectively HL ¹ , HL ² , HL ³ ) was proposed based on IR, NMR, UV spectroscopy and MALDI mass spectrometry data analysis. It is found that the complexation of HL ² and HL ³ with Pd²⁺ ions results in a decrease of their fluorescence intensity and it is vice versa in case of HL ¹ . Furthermore, the influence of the substituent (R) in the 3-(2-pirydyl)-5-R-1,2,4-triazoles on the fluorescent and protolytic properties of HL ^1–3 was investigated.     

Determination of Trace Noble Metals in Natural Samples Using Hyphenated Methods

An approach was proposed to analyzing platinum-containing materials. Highly Efficient Phase Boundary Biocatalysis with Enzymogel Nanoparticles

The enzymogel nanoparticle made of a magnetic core and polymer brush shell demonstrates a novel type of remote controlled phase‐boundary biocatalysis that involves remotely directed binding to and engulfing insoluble substrates, high mobility, and stability of the catalytic centers. The mobile enzymes reside in the polymer brush scaffold and shuttle between the enzymogel interior and surface of the engulfed substrate in the bioconversion process. Biocatalytic activity of the mobile enzymes is preserved in the enzymogel while the brush‐like architecture favors the efficient interfacial interaction when the enzymogel spreads over the substrate and extends substantially the reaction area as compared with rigid particles.     

Integral Criterion of the Narrow-Bandedness of Radio-Engineering Signals

To estimate the signal narrow-bandedness in signal theory, we propose integral constraints instead of local ones. The examples presented demonstrate the advantages of this criterion.
