High-K multi-particle bands and pairing reduction in 254No

The multi-particle states and rotational properties of the two-particle bands in 254No are investigated by the cranked shell model with pairing correlations treated by the particle number conserving method.The rotational bands on top of the two-particle K^π=3^+,8^− and 10^+ states and the pairing reduction are studied theoretically in 254No for the first time.The experimental excitation energies and moments of inertia of the multi-particle states are reproduced well by the calculations.Better agreement with the data is achieved by including the high-order deformation ε6,which leads to enlarged Z=100 and N=152 deformed shell gaps.An increase of J¹ in these two-particle bands compared with the ground state band is attributed to the pairing reduction due to the Pauli blocking effect.     

Joule-Thomson expansion of the regular(Bardeen)-AdS black hole

We study the Joule-Thomson expansion of the regular black hole in an anti-de Sitter background,and obtain the inversion temperature for the Bardeen-AdS black hole in the extended phase space.We investigate the isenthalpic and inversion curves for the Bardeen-AdS black hole in the T-P plane and find that the intersection points between them are exactly the inversion points discriminating the heating from the cooling process.The inversion curve for the regular(Bardeen)-AdS black hole is not closed and there is only a lower inversion curve,in contrast to the Van der Waals fluid.Most importantly,we find that the ratio between the minimum inversion temperature and the critical temperature for the regular(Bardeen)-AdS black hole is 0.536622,which is larger than any known ratio for the singular black hole.The large ratio for the Bardeen-AdS black hole may be due to the repulsive de Sitter core near the origin of the regular black hole.     

用格子Boltzmann方法数值模拟混合层中旋涡的合并过程

用格子Boltzmann方法计算混合层中的流动问题。在流场的入口处加不同频率、振幅和相位的小扰动,观察混合层中旋涡的演进机理,模拟二维混合层中旋涡合并现象。在基本扰动波的基础上,又加入频率为基本波频率一半的亚谐波,得到了两个涡合并的计算结果,当加入的亚谐波频率为基本波频率的三分之一时,得到了三个涡合并的计算结果。这些计算结果与已有文献的结果基本一致,显示用格子Boltzmann方法模拟混合层问题是可行的。     

BiOCl/AgCl复合材料可见光光催化活性和稳定性研究

采用化学共沉淀法合成BiOCl/AgCl复合催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、XPS、ICP、DRS、EIS等表征对所制备的样品进行了分析,通过在可见光下降解甲基橙(MO)来评价催化剂的催化活性和稳定性,结果表明与纯AgCl相比,BiOCl/AgCl复合催化剂具有较好的光催化活性和稳定性,这是因为BiOCl的复合既能加速电子的转移,提高光生电子-空穴对的分离率,又能够有效地抑制AgCl在光催化反应过程中的溶解.

电沉积二氧化钛纳米微粒膜的光电化学性能和表面形貌研究

采用光电流谱、透射光谱和扫描微探针显微镜技术对电沉积法制备的二氧化钛纳米微粒膜的光电化学性能和表面形貌进行了研究.结果表明,不同制备条件下的二氧化钛纳米微粒膜具有与紧密的半导体电极不同的光电化学性质,并探讨了其光电化学性能与表面形貌的关系.     

离子交换树脂对长春花中文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的富集研究

通过D-113、110、D-151、NKC-9、001x7、D-072、D-062离子交换树脂对长春花中文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的静态吸附容量、吸附率和解吸率等指标的考察,筛选出最佳树脂为D-151.对文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的吸附容量分别为118.2mg/mL、102.2mg/mL和2.6mg/mL,并进一步考察其富集长春花3种生物碱的吸附和解吸附性能,确定了最佳的工艺条件和参数.吸附:上样溶液浓度为0.41mg生药/mL, pH为6.0,流速为3mL/min;解吸附:洗脱剂为20%乙醇除杂,90%乙醇(含2%氨水)洗脱.结果表明,经D-151离子交换树脂富集的长春花总生物碱中文多灵、长春质碱和长春碱的含量分别提高到34.53%、22.31%和5.86%,比传统溶剂萃取方法分别提高了2.34、3.49和2.07倍,回收率均在90%以上,D-151离子交换树脂可以用来富集长春花中的生物碱成分.     

Water-soluble constituents of the heartwood of Streblus asper

A new lignan, (7'R,8'R)-threo-strebluslignanol-2-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, along with 8 known compounds (2-9) were isolated from the water-soluble part of the MeOH extract of the heartwood of Streblus asper. Their structures were elucidated through various spectroscopic methods, including 1D NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR), 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY), and HRMS. The stereochemistry at the chiral centers was determined using the CD spectrum, as well as analyses of coupling constants and optical rotation data. In the preliminary bioassay, the isolated compounds did not show anti-HBV activities in vitro using the HBV transfected HepG2.2.15 cell line.     

高效液相色谱法同时测定长春花中的文多灵、长春质碱和脱水长春碱

运用高效液相色谱（HPLC）梯度洗脱同时测定了长春花中的文多灵、长春质碱和脱水长春碱等3种生物碱。色谱柱为Waters 5C18-MS-Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-1%二乙胺(磷酸调pH至7.3)系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm,柱温25 ℃。实验结果表明,文多灵、长春质碱和脱水长春碱等3种生物碱分别在0.03～1 mg/mL,0.03～1 mg/mL和0.01～0.5 mg/mL时线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为96.8%,97.0%和96.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.53%,1.37%和1.96%。用该法同时检测了不同干旱条件处理下长春花样品中的文多灵、长春质碱和脱水长春碱,方法准确、快速、简便。     

CO2激光和等离子体清洗提高石英基片损伤阈值

 采用连续CO₂激光和真空等离子体相结合的方法对石英基片进行清洗。通过光学显微图、水接触角、透过率和损伤阈值测量分别表征了CO₂激光和等离子体对真空硅脂蒸发物污染过的石英基片的清洗效果。研究表明：对于真空硅脂蒸发物污染后的石英基片，可以先采用低能量的CO₂激光进行大面积清洗，再用真空等离子体进行精细清洗。光学显微图像表明：清洗后的基片表面的油珠被清除干净；水滴接触角由63°下降到4°；在400 nm附近，基片透过率由92.3%上升到93.3%；损伤阈值由3.77 J/cm²上升到5.09 J/cm²。
