SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURAL PERFECTION OF EPITAXIAL YBa2Cu3O7-x THIN FILMS

High quality epitaxial YBa₂Cu₃O_7-x thin films have been succcessfully prepared by dc magnetron sputtering deposition, on (100) and (110) aligned SrTiO₃, LaAlO₃ and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates. The films showed zero resistance around 90 K and had a J_c (at 77 K, H=0) over 10⁶A/cm². It was found that superconducting properties and structures of the films were strongly dependent on oxygen pressure and substrate temperature. The epitaxial structure of the films have been studied by X-ray diffraction. Rutherford backscattering and channeling spectroscopy, X-ray double-crystal diffraction and transmission election microscopy. The experimental results demonstrated that the epitaxial YBa₂Cu₃O_7-x films had excellent superconducting properties and quite perfect structure.

SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURAL PERFECTION OF EPITAXIAL YBa2Cu3O7-x THIN FILMS

The photoconductivity spectra of semimagnetic semiconductor Cd_0.7Mn_0.3Se have been measured at 50-300 K and in the wavelength range of 5500? to 8000?. It is found that the energy gap of Cd_0.7Mn_0.3Se changes with the temperature linearly, and the temperature coefficient (dE_g/dT) is about -7×10^-4 eV/K. A photoconductivity peak which is related to Mn²⁺ is also found. This peak is located around 1.85 eV, nearly unshifted with variation of the temperature. The possible transition mechanisms in Cd_1-xMn_xSe have been discussed in the light of group theory and crystal field theory, and the results are in good agreement with experiments.

ＣＣＤ实时地非接触检测铁轨的振动情况是一种既方便又准确的测量方法。该方法能够测出轨道振动的幅度、频率、相位、加速度等参数。ＣＣＤ非接触测振系统由照明光源、成像系统、ＣＣＤ、检测逻辑接口电路及计算机软件构成。通过实际检测，它能够达到振幅测量精度为０．１ｍｍ，最大量程为１００ｍｍ，频率不低于２００Ｈｚ。该系统可扩展到用非接触方法测量各种机械振动、位移量和物体边沿检测等应用领域。     

A Facile Glycosylation of Spirostanol Catalyzed by Cadmium Carbonate

A facile glycosylation for the synthesis of spirostanol glycosides was reported.Using cadmium carbonate as a catalyst in CH3CH,a series of saponins was synthesized efficiently in a satisfactory yield.     

分子构型对分子器件伏-安特性的影响

本文选取4,4′-二巯基联苯分子通过终端S原子化学吸附于两Au原子团簇形成分子结,利用从头计算方法和弹性散射格林函数理论研究了该分子两苯环之间不同位置取向对分子能级结构以及该分子结伏安特性的影响.计算结果表明苯环扭转角增加会使分子能级发生不同程度的移动,从而引起最高占据轨道(HOMO)与最低未占据轨道(LUMO)的间距增大.扭转角增大也会导致分子轨道的扩展性变差,从而使体系的导电性能降低.当扭转角为90度时,体系的导电性能最差.该工作有利于未来分子电子学器件的设计.     

基于协变张量方法的ψ衰变到γB(-B)的分波分析

最近BESⅡ合作组在p(-p)不变质量谱阈值附近观测到一个增强.利用协变张量方法,给出了ψ辐射衰变道ψ→γp(-p),γ∧(-∧),γ∑(-∑),γΞ(-Ξ)分波分析的理论公式.通过蒙特卡罗模拟,还给出了J/ψ→γp(-p)中光子和质子的角分布,它们可以作为将来对这些道分波分析的有用参考.
