Electrospray laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (ELDI/MS) was used to rapidly distinguish authentic banknotes from counterfeits of the US dollar and the New Taiwan dollar. The banknotes' surfaces were irradiated with a pulsed ultraviolet laser, after which the desorbed ink compounds entered an electrospray plume and formed ions via interactions with charged solvent species. Authentic banknotes were found to differ from their counterfeit equivalents in their surface chemical compositions. The detected chemical compounds included various polymers, plasticizers and inks; these results were comparable with those obtained using solvent extraction followed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry analysis. Because of the high spatial resolution of the laser beam, ELDI/MS analysis resulted in minimal damage to the banknotes. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill., a traditional Chinese medicine, has been clinically used for the treatment of insomnia for centuries. The insomnia mechanism and the possible active ingredients of S. chinensis remain largely unknown. The objective of this study was to develop a method to detect its components which could pass through the blood brain barrier (BBB) by determining the brain microdialysate and brain tissue homogenate samples and then obtain the pharmacokinetic profile in brain for comprehensive understanding of its hypnotic clinical efficacy. Therefore, an efficient, sensitive and selective ultra fast liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of six sedative and hypnotic lignans (schisandrin, schisandrol B, schisantherin A, deoxyshisandrin, γ‐schisandrin and gomisin N) of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. in rat brain tissue homogenate and brain microdialysates has been developed and validated. The analysis was performed on a Shim‐pack XR‐ODS column (75 mm × 3.0 mm, 2.2 µm) using gradient elution with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid water. The method was validated in brain homogenate and microdialysate samples, which all showed good linearity over a wide concentration range (r2 > 0.99), and the obtained lower limit of quantification was 0.1 ng · ml?1 for the analytes in brain microdialysate samples. The intra‐ and inter‐day assay variability was less than 15% for all analytes. The study proved the six lignans, as sedative and hypnotic ingredients, could pass through the BBB with brain targeting, distributed mainly in the hypothalamus and possessed complete pharmacokinetics process in brain. The results also indicated that significant difference in pharmacokinetic parameters of the analytes was observed between two groups, while absorptions of these analytes in insomniac group were significantly better than those in normal group. In this paper, a carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) was fabricated using ionic liquid 1-hexylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate as modifier, which was further in situ electrodeposited with graphene (GR) and gold nanoparticles step by step to get an Au/GR nanocomposite modified CILE. Myoglobin (Mb) was further immobilized on the Au/GR/CILE surface with Nafion film to get the modified electrode denoted as Nafion/Mb/Au/GR/CILE. Cyclic voltammetric experiments indicated that a pair of well-defined quasi-reversible redox peaks appeared in pH 3.0 phosphate buffer solution with the formal potential (E 0′) located at ?0.197 V (vs. saturated calomel electrode), which was the typical characteristics of Mb heme Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox couples. Thus, the direct electron transfer rate between Mb and the modified electrode was promoted due to the high conductivity and increased surface area of Au/GR nanocomposite present on electrode surface. Based on the cyclic voltammetric data, the electrochemical parameters of Mb on the modified electrode were calculated. The Mb-modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activities towards the reduction of trichloroacetic acid and H2O2 with wider linear range and lower detection limit. Using GR and Au nanoparticles modified CILE, a new third-generation electrochemical Mb biosensor was constructed with good stability and reproducibility.  相似文献

在采用溶剂热法制备磷酸锰锂的基础上,以蔗糖和石墨烯为碳源,制备了裂解碳和石墨烯含量不同的磷酸锰锂/碳/石墨烯复合材料,研究了裂解碳和石墨烯对材料性能的影响。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对材料的形貌进行了表征。裂解碳包覆可以提高LiMnPO4纳米片表面的电子导电性,对于材料性能的改善起到主要的作用;石墨烯可以提高纳米片之间的电子和离子导电性,改善材料的电化学性能。电化学测试表明,当裂解碳含量为4%、石墨烯含量为2%时,LiMnPO4电极具有较好的电化学性能,在0.5C下的放电比容量为139.1 mAh·g-1,循环100次后,容量保持率为93.6%。与添加单一碳和单一石墨烯的LiMnPO4电极相比,该电极在0.5C下的放电比容量分别提高了35.0%和48.6%。  相似文献

采用水热法在FTO上制备(001)高活性晶面主导的TiO2纳米片薄膜,利用循环伏安法在TiO2纳米片薄膜上沉积CdSe颗粒,制备了TiO2/CdSe纳米片异质结薄膜。分别在150、250、350、450 ℃,氩气保护气氛中对样品进行退火。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线光电子能谱分析仪(XPS)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)分光光度计以及电化学工作站对不同温度退火后的TiO2/CdSe纳米片异质结薄膜的微观形貌、晶体结构、光电化学性能进行表征和测试。结果表明:六方相CdSe纳米颗粒均匀包覆在TiO2纳米片表面,直径30 nm左右;随着退火温度的升高CdSe纳米颗粒长大,形成光滑的CdSe薄膜,且晶化程度提高;TiO2纳米片表面的Se元素与Cd元素发生氧化;TiO2/CdSe纳米片异质结薄膜对可见光的吸收光谱发生红移,禁带宽度逐渐减小。光电化学性能测试表明随着退火温度的升高,TiO2/CdSe纳米片异质结薄膜的光电流密度显著提高,开路电压减小,但由于SeO2和CdO的出现,导致填充因子减小,影响光电转换效率的提高。在本实验条件下,TiO2/CdSe纳米片异质结薄膜的最佳退火温度为150 ℃,填充因子为0.77,光电转换效率达到3.12%。  相似文献

利用不同过渡金属盐在溶剂热中合成了2个新型杂核化合物{[CuEu2(INAIP)3(HCOO)(H2O)3]·3H2O}n1)和{[NiEu2(INAIP)4(H2O)4]·4H2O}n2)(INAIP=异烟酰胺吡啶基异酞酸根),并对其进行了元素分析、IR及X-射线衍射法表征。晶体结构研究表明:配合物12都属于三斜晶系,P1空间群。晶胞参数:配合物1a=1.0887(3)nm,b=1.5158(4)nm,c=1.5644(2)nm,V=2.3332(10)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.955g·cm-3,μ=3.203mm-1,F(000)=1352,Rint=0.027,R1=0.0505,wR2=0.1309。配合物2a=1.0134(3)nm,b=1.0836(6)nm,c=1.3741(2)nm,V=1.4530(9)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.878g·cm-3,μ=2.554mm-1,F(000)=818,Rint=0.0458,R1=0.0341,wR2=0.0869。配合物1是由配体异烟酰胺吡啶基异酞酸连接而成的三维二重贯穿sqc27拓扑结构,而配合物2是由配体异烟酰胺吡啶基异酞酸连接稀土铕离子形成二维层状结构,该二维层通过Ni-O和Ni-N键连接成三维非贯穿网络结构。配合物12具有典型的稀土铕离子红色荧光和高的热稳定性。  相似文献

Concise and efficient three‐component domino [4+1+1] carbocyclization to highly substituted fluoren‐9‐one derivatives promoted by K2CO3 has been developed under microwave irradiation conditions. The direct bis‐cyanation and aryl amination residing in fluoren‐9‐one framework were achieved in a one‐pot operation. The reaction proceeds at fast rates and can be finished within 30 min, which makes workup convenient to give good to excellent chemical yields.  相似文献

A series of tri-substituted chiral pyrrolidin-2-one derivatives have been designed and synthesized as CC chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4) antagonists. The structure of CCR4 was built by homology modeling. Asymmetric synthesis was applied to synthesize the R,R configuration chiral pyrrolidin-2-one scaffold. The stereoisomeric con- figurations of the compounds were identified by 2D I H-~H COSY spectroscopy and 1D NOESY spectroscopy. This method was more economical and convenient than traditional X-ray single crystal diffraction. In addition, the inter- actions between these compounds and the N-terminal extracellular tail of CCR4 were studied using capillary zone electrophoresis. The CCR4 chemotaxis inhibition effect was tested in CCR4-transfected HEK293 cells. Several compounds showed potent activities as CCR4 antagonists. Among these compounds, lc is the most active one. Its apparent binding constant of CZE experiment result is (1.569±0.11)× 10s L·mol ^-1, and its percentage inhibition of the HEK293/CCR4 cells migration with the concentration of I gmol·L ^-1 in DMSO is 59%. And compound If has slightly higher affinity to N-terminal of CCR4 according to its apparent binding constant than lb because of the in- troduced ester linkage. Further studies on the mechanism of these compounds are in progress.  相似文献
