EPO检测技术的研究进展

促红细胞生成素（EPO）是一种临床上广泛应用的重要药物，也是近年来兴奋剂检测的热点。本文主要从EPO的产生和应用出发，对EPO的结构、特性及其检测方法进行了介绍及评价，重点探讨了竞技体育中EPO的检测技术，并对检测前景作了展望。     

铂电极上异黄樟油和胡椒醛电氧化的SERS研究

采用循环伏安(CV)法和原位表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术, 研究了非水体系中反应物异黄樟油和目标产物胡椒醛在粗糙铂电极上的电氧化行为, 发现胡椒醛在电位≥1.50 V时将进一步氧化, 而且从分子水平证实, 在胡椒醛的氧化电位(≥1.50 V) 下, 波长为632.8 nm的激光对胡椒醛的氧化有助催化作用. 由异黄樟油直接电氧化合成胡椒醛的电位(E)应控制在1.20 V相似文献   

Promotion of Ionic Liquid to Dimethyl Carbonate Synthesis from Methanol and Carbcn Dioxide

Promotion of ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (emimBr), to the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from methanol and carbon dioxide in the presence of potassium carbonate and less amount of methyl iodide under mild conditions was investigated. The results showed that the high selectivity and raised yield of DMC was achieved due to the addition of emimBr in the reaction system. And effect of several reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure and amount of emimBr was discussed.     

Two new C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum delavayi

Further phytochemical investigation of the unique C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum delavayi Franch ledto the isolation of two new norditerpenoid alkaloids,delavaconitine F 1 and delavaconitine G 2.Their structures were determinedfrom spectroscopic evidence.     

A Clean Synthesis of 1,4‐Diarylquinoline Derivatives Catalyzed by TEBAC in Aqueous Media

A series of 1,4‐diarylquinoline derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethylidenemalononitriles or 2‐cyano‐3‐aryl‐1‐acrylate and 3‐arylamino‐5,5‐dimethylcyclohex‐2‐enone in aqueous media at 100 °C catalyzed by TEBAC. Meanwhile, the water medium was chosen as green solvent.     

新型Zhuo酚酮类糖苷化合物的合成

根据Zhuo酮的结构特点，对Zhuo酚酮类化合物与半乳糖的Kenigs-Knorr反应进 行了研究。探索出一种具有较高立体选择性的合成方法，从而制得四种具有β－构 型的单一端基异构体的Zhuo酚酮半乳糖苷新化合物。生成的新化合物不但保持了原 有的生理活性，而且降低了毒性、提高了药效，为人工合成Zhuo酚酮类增添新化合 物的同时，也扩展了此类化合物的应用领域。应用元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱 表征了它们的结构。     

用硼酸作催化剂一锅法合成双（二氢化嘧啶酮-4-基）苯

A simple effective synthesis of bis(dihydropyrimidinone-4-yl)benzene derivatives, using boric acid as catalyst,from isophthalic aldehyde or terephthalic aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea or thiourea in glacial acetic acid was described. As the expansion of the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields 83%-94% and short reaction time 0.5-1.5 h.     

Preparation and characterization of spherical V2O3 nanopowder

V₂O₃ nanopowder with spherical particles was prepared by reducing pyrolysis of the precursor, (NH₄)₅[(VO)₆(CO₃)₄(OH)₉]·10H₂O, in H₂ atmosphere. The thermolysis process of the precursor in a H₂ flow was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis. The results indicate that pure V₂O₃ forms at 620°C and crystallizes at 730°C. The effects of various reductive pyrolysis conditions on compositions of V₂O₃ products were studied. Scanning electron micrographs show that the particles of the V₂O₃ powder obtained at 650°C for 1 h are spherical about 30 nm in size with more homogeneous distribution. Experiments show that nanopowder has larger adsorption capacity to gases and is more easily reoxidized by air at room temperature than micropowder. Differential scanning calorimetry experiment indicates that the temperature of phase transition of nano-V₂O₃ powder is −119.5°C on cooling or −99.2°C on heating. The transition heats are −12.55 J g⁻¹ on cooling and 11.42 J g⁻¹ on heating, respectively.     

Synthesis of an optically active intermediate for A-ring of 19-nor- 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3

An optically active intermediate 5 for A-ring of 19-nor-1a,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 2 has been synthesized in five steps, starting from readily available, inexpensive D( )-xylose 6 with good yield.
