在颗粒流的研究中引入了一个正态分布的随机力场, 并通过计算机模拟研究了该力场对均匀颗粒流的影响. 结果发现: 随机力场基本上不改变均匀颗粒流的平均密度和速度, 对颗粒流密度的涨落也影响很小. 随机力场对均匀颗粒流的影响主要体现在它可提高速度的涨落, 它与颗粒体系的耗散性质相抗衡, 使颗粒流维持一定的波动能量. 研究结果还显示: 通过随机力场所获得的波动能量并没有均匀分布到各个自由度上, 由于颗粒体系的耗散性质颗粒体系难以达到能均分状态.

This splitter can realize the functions of the beam splitter, the polarization splitter and wavelength beam splitter. The behaviors of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) deposited as the dielectric for high-voltage devices are investigated experimentally and theoretically. The devices demonstrate not only high breakdown voltages above 350 V, but also excellent memory behaviors. A drain current-gate voltage (ID-VG) memory window of about 2.2 V is obtained at the sweep voltages of ±10 V for the 350-V laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS). The retention time of about 270 s is recorded for the LDMOS through a controlled ID-VG measurement. The LDMOS with memory behaviors has potential to be applied in future power conversion circuits to boost the performance of the energy conversion system. 相似文献

Er3+-doped oxyfluoride germanate glasses have been synthesized by the conventional melting and quenching method. The Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters were calculated based on the Judd-Ofelt theory and absorption spectra measurements. With the substitution of PbF2 for PbO, the Ω2 parameter decreases, while the Ω6 parameter increases. These change trends indicate that fluoride anions come to coordinate erbium cations and the covalency of the Er-O bond decreases. Structural and thermal stability properties were obtained by Raman spectra and differential thermal analysis, indicating that PbF2 plays an important role in the formation of glass network and has an important influence on the maximum phonon energy and thermal stability of host glasses. Intense green and red emissions centered at 525, 546, and 657 nm, corresponding to the transitions 2H11/2→4I15/2, 4S3/2→4I15/2, and 4F9/2→4I15/2, respectively, were simultaneously observed at room temperature. With increasing PbF2 content, the intensity of red (657 nm) emissions increases significantly, while that of the green (525 and 546 nm) emission increases slightly. The results indicate that PbF2 has more influence on the red (657 nm) emission than the green (525 and 546 nm) emissions in oxyfluoride germanate glasses. The possible upconversion luminescence mechanisms have also been estimated and discussed. 相似文献

The microstructure of a laser treated Al18B4O33w/2024Al composite has been investigated using transmission electron microscope (TEM), low-angle (glancing angle) X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. Various surface microstructures were observed in the laser treated composite. The Al18B4O33 whisker on the surface of the composite was decomposed during laser surface melting, various decomposition products were studied in the laser treated composite. Eutectic phases and the precipitation in the matrix of the composite with laser-treated were observed. The main phases detected in the molten zone were aluminum and decomposition products Al2O3. The effect of laser treatment on the hardness of the composite was also examined. A surface hardness of 400 Hv was noted. 相似文献

We report a theoretical analysis of the phonon thermal conductance, κ(T), for single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCN). In a range of low temperatues up to 100 K, κ(T) of perfect SWCN is found to increase with temperature, approximately, in a parabolic fashion. This is qualitatively consistent
with recent experimental measurements where the tube-tube interactions are negligibly weak. When the carbon-carbon bond length
is slightly varied, κ(T) is found to be qualitatively unaltered which implies that the anharmonic effect does not change the qualitative behavior
of κ(T).

A method of controlling global stochasticity in Hamiltonian systems by applying nonlinear perturbation is proposed. With the
well-known standard map we demonstrate that this control method can convert global stochasticity into regular motion in a
wide chaotic region for arbitrary initial condition, in which the control signal remains very weak after a few kicks. The
system in which chaos has been controlled approximates to the original Hamiltonian system, and this approach appears robust
against small external noise. The mechanism underlying this high control efficiency is intuitively explained.
