Preparation of Europium Induced Conformation—specific anti—calmodulin Monoclonal Antibody

Monoclonal antibody technique was employed to detect the conformational difference of CaM induced by metal ions. A trivalent europium ion induced conformation-specific anti-calmodulin monoclonal antibody was successfully prepared with europium-saturated calmodulin as antigen.     

锡铅银等低熔点合金中氧的测定方法研究

研究了锡铅银等低熔点合金中杂质氧的测定方法。针对这些金属高温下易挥发、分解的特点，选择适宜的加热温度，使用铜和石墨粉作为浴料，选择标准坩埚，以电流920A加热进行试验。对氧的质量分数为0.017%的试样，分析精密度为5.9%，加标回收率为91％－108％。     

4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲铵荧光熄灭法测定微量铁

本文利用DBPF为荧光试剂,在大量CTMAB存在下,用荧光熄灭法测定微量铁,λ_(ex)为362nm,λ_(em)560nm。线性范围为0.002～0.12μg/mL。三元络合物中,Fe:DBPF=1:3。     

SYNTHESIS OF THE POLYSTYRENE-TYPE ADSORBENTS CONTAINING POLAR GROUPS AND THEIR CAPACITIES IN THE ADSORPTION OF STEVIOSIDE AND GYPENOSIDES

Seven polystyrene-type adsorbents (Ⅰ—Ⅶ) were synthesized by the modification of styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer respectively with hydroxymethyl, aminomethyl, methoxymethyl, phenoxymethyl, (4-hydroxy phenoxy)methyl, (4-acetylphenoxy)methyl, and acetyl groups. Their structures were characterized with chemical methods and physical techniques. The adsorption capacities of the adsorbents to stevioside and gypenosides were determined via batch test in which the HPLC method was used for the analysis of Saponin concentration of solution. The results showed that all the adsorbents could adsorb these saponins to a certain extent, but Ⅵ and Ⅶ had large capacities owing to their moderate polarities.     

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF A SINGLE POLYMER CHAIN IN DIFFERENT SOLVENTS

In the present paper, the behavior of a single polymer chain under various solvent conditions was modeled by self-avoiding walks (SAW) with nearest neighbors attraction Δε on a simple cubic lattice. Determination of the θ-condition wasbased on the numerical results of the mean square radius of gyration and end-to-end distance. It was found that at the θtemperatue Δε/kT equals -0.27. The exponents a in the Mark-Houwink equation with different interaction parameters areconsistent with the results of experiments: under θ-condition, a = 0.5, and for a good solvent α= 0.74-0.84, respectively.     

一阶导数停流法测定药物和饮用水中的铁

本文利用Ｆｅ＾３＋离子催化Ｈ２Ｏ２氧化四甲基对苯二胺的反应，将采用停流技术获得的动力学曲线转换成一阶导数曲线，根据导数峰高值与Ｆｅ＾３＋离子浓度的线性关系测定药物和自来水中的含量，本方法的线性范围为４．０－４０．０ｎｇＦｅ＾３＋／ｍｌ，相对标准偏差小于２．５％，标准加入回收率在９８．７％－１０１％之间，检测限为１．９２ｎｇＦｅ＾３＋／ｍｌ。对照实验结果表明，导数动力学法比一般非导数动力学法具有线关     

化学动力学中隧道效应的研究（Ⅱ）──甲醛单分子反应渠道间的相互作用研究

对甲醛单分子热反应模拟给出了分子渠道Ｅｃｋａｒｔ垒，计算了该渠道在不同温度下的隧道校正因子，研究了分子渠道与游离基渠道间的相互作用，计算了存在反应渠道间相互作用时各渠道的Ｋ＿（ｕｎｉ）（ｉ）、Ｅａ（ｉ），分子渠道考虑隧道效应，而游离基渠道无隧道效应，计算结果与实验结果一致。     

磁场对含稀土铝锂合金断裂特征的影响

以含铈铝锂合金为研究对象，研究了磁场对含稀土铝锂合金时效过程的影响，从断裂特征及微观组织两方面分析了磁场作用规律。实验结果表明：未加磁场时，合金的断裂特征以理断裂为主；扁平晶粒厚度不匀，在磁场作用下，此合金的断裂特征与微观组织发生明显改观，随磁感应强度增强，合金主断裂面上准解理断裂特征减弱，同时二次裂纹增多，分层比较升高；扁平晶粒厚度变薄，尺寸趋于均匀。用少体物理理论，探讨了磁场对含稀土合金原子扩散过程的影响，为进一步研究稀土元素在磁场中的行为及其局域效应提供了一定的实验依据。
