高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定表层水体中5类40种抗生素

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱（SPE-HPLC-MS/MS）同时检测表层水中5类40种抗生素的分析方法。水样经过滤、固相萃取柱富集净化后，以乙腈-0.2%（v/v）甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用电喷雾电离源，在多反应监测、正离子模式进行定性定量分析。结果显示，40种抗生素在1~200 μg/L水平下线性关系良好，平均加标回收率为41.3%~112.6%。采用该方法对长江南京段表层水体进行检测，共检出13种抗生素，含量为13.4~780.5 ng/L，其中喹诺酮类抗生素恩诺沙星检出率达100%，大环内酯类抗生素克林霉素最高检出水平达739.4 ng/L。该法高效、灵敏、可靠，可用于实际水样中多种抗生素的分析。     

可降解自固化类骨磷灰石支架的研究

0引言一直以来,钙磷生物材料如羟基磷灰石(hy-droxyapatite,HA)由于其成份与骨的无机成份相似,具有良好的生物相容性,作为骨修复材料引起了人们广泛的兴趣。磷酸钙骨水泥是一类可在生理条件下自固化的非陶瓷型类HA人工骨材料,这种由磷酸钙骨水泥(calcium phosphate cement,CPC)转变而成的HA,与天然骨磷灰石有类似的组成结构,植入人体后可参与新陈代谢,促进骨组织生长[1,2]。一些研究显示,CPC具有成骨活性和生物降解性,在体内被吸收的同时可引导新骨的生成,从而可克服自体骨、磷酸三钙陶瓷因吸收降解过快造成的局部缺陷以及陶瓷型HA长…     

脲醛树脂合成反应过程的FTIR研究

利用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱研究了脲醛树脂合成中不同结构形成和变化情况. 对FTIR谱图解析和分析的结果表明, 在脲醛树脂预聚物合成过程中, 随着甲醛与尿素反应的进行, 红外谱图特征峰发生有规律的变化, 酰胺II带特征峰波数逐渐低移, 有更多羟甲基、醚键和—NHCH2—结构基元形成, 固化反应使上述结构基元相应减少. 着重分析了不同甲醛与尿素摩尔比(nF/nU)下尿素与甲醛反应产物结构的变化, 随nF/nU的增加, 酰胺II带特征峰波数逐渐低移, 碱性条件下醚键和—NHCH2—结构基元明显增加, 在较强酸性条件下Uron环、亚甲基桥和羟甲基显著增加, 而—NHCH2—结构基元含量下降.

Anderson-B-型多金属氧酸盐[Co(2,2-′bipy)_3]H-[Al(OH)_6(Mo_6O_(18))]·5H_2O的合成及晶体结构

以A lC l3.6H2O、Na2MoO4.2H2O、CoC l2.6H2O和2,2′-联吡啶为主要原料合成了Anderson-B-型多金属氧酸盐[Co(2,2-′b ipy)3]H[A l(OH)6(Mo6O18)].5H2O,进行了红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热分析和单晶结构测定。晶体学测定结果表明,化合物属于三斜晶系,Pī空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.216 0(2),b=1.221 5(2),c=1.780 0(4)nm,α=86.83(3)°,β=88.76(3)°,γ=89.82(3)°,V=2.639 4(9)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.079 4,wR2=0.176 6。化合物结构分析表明,在晶体学上,标题化合物分子是由1个[Co(2,2-′b ipy)3]2 配阳离子,1个H 离子,2个1/2[A l(OH)6(Mo6O18)]3-多阴离子和5个结晶水分子组成。多阴离子[A l(OH)6(Mo6-O18)]3-借助水分子和金属配离子通过超分子作用形成二维网状结构,网状结构之间又借助超分子作用形成三维无限伸展结构。差热分析表明,标题化合物的失重过程分为2步,多阴离子骨架破坏温度为547.5℃。     

Biocatalytic Synthesis of Highly Enantiopure 1,4-Benzodioxane-2-carboxylic Acid and Amide

Catalyzed by Rhodococcus erythropolis AJ270, a nitrile hydratase and amidase containing microbial whole-cell catalyst, at 10 ℃ and with the use of methanol as a co-solvent, nitrile and amide biotransformations produce 2S-1,4-benzodioxane-2-carboxamide and 2R-1,4-benzodioxane-2-carboxylic acid in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity.     

蒂巴茵衍生物的合成研究

The reaction of 7α-acetyl-6,14-endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine with 2-（thien-2-yl）ethylmagnesium bromide was investigated. The tertiary alcohol derivative 7α-[R-l-hydroxyl-l-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl]）-6,14- endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine （3） and a by-product 4 were isolated. The structure of 4 was elucidated by X-ray analysis. The Grignard reaction shows high degree of stereoselectivity according with Cram rule. The crystal structure of 4 indicates that dihydrofuran ring was opened to form a phenolic hydroxyl group and a three-membered ring structure. It maintains the main rigid structure of morphine and contains a C（6）-C（14） enthano bridge. The 1-hydroxyl-1-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl group at C（7） position adopted S-configuration.     

(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF(Ln=Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯生成(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应

研究了(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF (Ln = Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯高产率生成 (C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应。反应产物经过了元素分析、质谱和X射线的表征。产 物(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的特征结构参数,如五元碳环的碳原子与中心金属的平均距 离,五元碳环质心与中心金属距离,配位的四氢呋喃氧原子与中心金属距离,由于 “镧系收缩现象”,随着中心原子序数的增加而减小。     

On the dissolution processes of Na2I+ and Na3I2+ with the association of water molecules: mechanistic and energetic details

The sequential association energies for one through six water molecules clustering to Na(2)I(+), as well as one and two water molecules clustering to Na(3)I(2)(+), are measured. The association energies show a pairwise behavior, indicating a symmetric association of water molecules to the linear Na(2)I(+) and Na(3)I(2)(+) ions. This pairwise behavior is well reproduced by Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. DFT calculations also suggest that a significant separation of charge for the Na-I ion pair occurs when four or more water molecules cluster to a single sodium center. Two different solvent-separated ion pairs have been identified with the DFT calculations. Experiments also show that the dissolution processes, loss of a neutral NaI unit, occurs when six or more water molecules have been added to Na(2)I(+) cluster. However, one or two water molecules are able to detach an NaI unit from the Na(3)I(2)(+) cluster. The difference in solubility of the Na(2)I(+) and Na(3)I(2)(+) ions is due to the difference in the energies required to lose an NaI unit from these two species. The experiment also confirms that the loss of a neutral NaI unit, instead of an Na(+) ion, occurs during the dissolution processes of Na(3)I(2)(+). The microsolvation schemes proposed to explain our experimental observations are supported by DFT and phase space theory (PST) calculations.
