窄缝内汽液两相临界流实验研究

本文实验研究了高过冷水在窄缝内形成的汽液两相临界流动现象,考察了水的泄漏率与容器内压、温度、流道几何尺寸等影响因素之间的关系,给出了一个简单的拟单相流预测关系式,和实验数据的比较表明,该关系式可以较好地预测高过冷水在窄缝内形成的气液两相临界流动现象.     

Optical Properties of a New Two-photon Absorption Dye DEASPI

The two-photon absorption (TPA), TPA-induced frequency up-conversion emission, and two-photon pumped (TPP) frequency up-conversion lasing properties of a new synthesized dye Trans-4-［p-(N,N-diethylamino)styryl］-N-methylpyridinium iodide (DEASPI) were experimentally studied. This new dye has a moderate TPA cross-section of σ2=6.9×10-48 cm4*s/photon at 1064 nm, but exhibits a high lasing efficiency. The overall superradiant lasing conversion efficiency is as high as 10.7% at the pump energy of 2.14 mJ.     

Two-Dimensional Rossby Waves: Exact Solutions to Petviashvili Equation

The two-dimensional (2D) nonlinear Rossby waves described by the Petviashvili equation, which has been invoked as an ageostrophic extension of the barotropic quasi-geostrophic potential vorticity equation, can be investigated through the exact periodic-wave solutions for the Petviashvili equation, while the exact analytical periodic-wave solutions to the Petviashvili equation are obtained by using the Jacobi elliptic function expansion method. It is shown that periodic-wave 2D Rossby solutions can be obtained by this method, and in the limit cases, the 2D Rossby soliton solutions are also obtained.     

双酚A人工抗原的光谱表征及免疫鉴定研究

双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)是一种酚类环境雌激素,即使极低剂量残留对人类健康也有危害。为了建立其简单快速并适应现场检测的免疫分析方法,必须先合成它的人工抗原并进行鉴定。通过对双酚A进行结构修饰,用碳二亚胺将结构修饰了的双酚A与牛血清蛋白相偶联,经透析得到纯的双酚A人工抗原并冷冻干燥备用。然后用紫外光谱、红外光谱和免疫方法对人工抗原进行鉴定。结果表明,合成的人工抗原紫外光谱图中具有蛋白质和双酚A的特征吸收峰;人工抗原红外光谱图中呈现双酚A和牛血清蛋白的红外特征吸收峰;通过竞争ELISA试验表明用合成的人工抗原免疫的Balb/c小鼠血清中产生了双酚A的抗体。三种方法综合鉴定结果表明双酚A人工抗原合成成功,该人工抗原可以进一步用于制备抗双酚A的单克隆抗体。     

Y_3Al_5O_(12)∶Ce~(3 )的合成及真空紫外发光性质

采用高温固相反应及共沉淀法合成Y3-xAl5O12∶Ce3x (x=0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.09)黄色系列粉末状发光材料。经X射线衍射分析产物为单相,属立方晶系,其结果与JCPDS标准卡(88-2047)相符。分析了两种方法合成的粉末样品的SEM照片,发现共沉淀法不仅能降低合成温度,对细化粉体晶粒粒度也有较大作用。检测了材料的真空紫外激发光谱和发射光谱。发现,Y3Al5O12∶Ce3 的真空紫外激发光谱,在100~300nm范围内呈三个带状峰,峰值分别在126,177,230nm附近。随着Ce3 含量x由0.01增加到0.05,YAG∶Ce3 发射强度逐渐增加到最大值,之后随着x继续增加其发射强度逐渐下降,呈现明显的浓度猝灭现象。     

α decay energies and half-lives from a macroscopic-microscopic model

α decay energies of 323 heavy nuclei with Z≥82 are evaluated with a macroscopic-microscopic model.In this model,the macroscopic part is treated by the continuous medium model and the microscopic part consists of shell and pairing corrections based on the Nilsson potential.α decay half-lives are calculated by Viola-Seaborg formula.The results of α decay energies and half-lives are compared with experimental values and satisfactory agreement is found.The recoiling effect of the daughter nucleus on α decay half-life is also discussed.     

Numerical Simulation of Random Close Packing with Tetrahedra

The densest packing of tetrahedra is still an unsolved problem. Numerical simulations of random close packing of tetrahedra are carried out with a sphere assembly model and improved relaxation algorithm. The packing density and average contact number obtained for random close packing of regular tetrahedra is 0.6817 and 7.21 respectively, while the values of spheres are 0.6435 and 5.95. The simulation demonstrates that tetrahedra can be randomly packed denser than spheres. Random close packings of tetrahedra with a range of height are simulated as well. We find that the regular tetrahedron might be the optimal shape which gives the highest packing density of tetrahedra.

铜(Cu)含量的高低直接影响着生命体的正常运转和自然体系的平衡.检测铜离子的方法多种多样,其中具有较高敏感度和选择性的荧光化学传感器应用更加广泛.综述了以Cu^2+为基的荧光化学传感器通过替换法实现了对阴离子S^2-, CN^-, H2PO4^-, PPi和I^-以及中性分子ATP、ADP和生物硫醇等的连续识别的研究进展.     

Statistical-Mechanical Entropy of a Black Hole with a Global Monopole to All Orders in Planck Length

Considering corrections to all orders in the Planck length on the quantum state density from the generalized uncertainty principle, we calculate the statistical entropy of the scalar field in the global monopole black hole spacetime without any artificial cutoff. It is shown that the entropy is proportional to the horizon area.     

Effect of Vacuum on the Laser-Induced Damage of Anti-Reflection Coatings

In the comparison of damage modifications, absorption measurement and energy dispersive x-ray analysis, the effect of vacuum on the laser-induced damage of anti-reflection coatings is analyzed. It is found that vacuum decreases the laser-induced damage threshold of the films. The low laser-induced damage threshold in vacuum environments as opposed to air environments is attributed to water absorption and the formation of the O/Si, O/Zr sub-stoichiometry in the course of laser irradiation.
