Dextran-poly(glycidyl methacrylate)(Dex-PGMA) nano-suitcases were synthesized efficiently via a graft copolymerization induced self-assembly(GISA) approach. On this basis, the Dex-PGMA nano-suitcases were modified with hydrazide, and the attachment of multiple chelated Gd(Ⅲ) ions to the interior of the nano-suitcases affords nanoscale MRI contrast agents with high relaxivity values. The highly fenestrated dextran shell of the nano-suitcases assures water exchange which readily occurs between the surrounding environment and the Gd(Ⅲ) ions encapsulated within the hybrid nano-suitcases. The complexation between the hydrophilic hydrazide interior of the nano-suitcases and Gd(Ⅲ) ions results in an impressive Gd payload at 22.6 wt% in the hybrid nano-suitcases. The longitudinal relaxivity(r1) of the hybrid nano-suitcases is reported as 44.4 L/(mmol·s), which is 9-14 folds of that of commercial Gd-DTPA agents. In vivo MRI studies demonstrate that the hybrid nano-suitcases accumulated in the lymph node of the rat due to their nanoscale dimensions and displayed strong signals in vivo. The results indicated that the hybrid nano-suitcases provide a promising platform for the diagnosis of lymph node related diseases.  相似文献

研究了直接电导检测-离子色谱法分离测定BF4-及常见无机阴离子(F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、SO24-)。实验采用Shim-pack IC-A3阴离子交换色谱柱,分别选用邻苯二甲酸氢钾、对羟基苯甲酸 三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷 硼酸、邻苯二甲酸 三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷为淋洗液,考察了淋洗液种类、浓度、色谱柱温度、流速对分离测定BF4-及常见无机阴离子的影响。确定最佳色谱条件为:以1.25 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾为淋洗液,流速1.5 mL/min,柱温45℃。在此条件下可同时基线分离6种阴离子,且色谱峰形对称。所测阴离子的检出限为0.02~0.58 mg/L;峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)小于0.8%。将方法应用于测定离子液体中的BF4-及其它无机阴离子,加标回收率在98.2%~102.7%之间。  相似文献

Left and right-handed helical barium titanate nanotubes are prepared with the impregnation of Ba(OH)_2 into single-handed helical titania nanotubes.Wide angle X-ray diffraction pattern and transmission electron microscopy image indicate that they are constructed by nanoparticles with a partially crystalline structure.The diffuse reflertance circular dichroism spectra indicate that they exhibit optical activity which was proposed to originate from chiral defects on the inner surfaces of the nanotubes.Both the dielectric constant and tanδ decrease with increasing the frequency.At 10 and 100 Hz,one dielectric constant peak at 9.6℃ and one tanδ peak at 5.0℃ are observed at -120℃ to 180℃.  相似文献

Within the framework of the dielectric continuum model, interface optical(IO) and surface optical(SO) phonon modes and the Fr?hlich electron-IO (SO) phonon interaction Hamiltonian in a multi-shell spherical system were derived and studied. Numerical calculation on CdS/HgS/H2O and CdS/HgS/CdS/H2O spherical systems have been performed. Results reveal that there are two IO modes and one SO mode for the CdS/HgS/H2O system, one SO mode and four IO modes whose frequencies approach the IO phonon frequencies of the single CdS/HgS heterostructure with the increasing of the quantum number l for CdS/HgS/CdS/H2O. It also showed that smaller l and SO phonon compared with IO phonon, have more significant contribution to the electron-IO (SO) phonon interaction. 甲脒铅碘钙钛矿(FAPbI3)因其优异的光电性能而成为新兴太阳电池最具潜力的候选材料,但是稳定性较差成为制约其发展的主要瓶颈.通过离子掺杂可以有效地改善FAPbI3的稳定性,如通过共掺杂Cs^+和Br^-形成FA1-xCsxbI3-yBry钙钛矿材料,其耐热及耐水稳定性得到显著改善.本文利用第一性原理计算了FA1-xCsxPbI3-yBry(x=0.125,y=0-0.6)体系的几何结构、电子结构和光学性质.通过分析发现Cs^+和Br^-的掺入使得体系能量降低,FA0.875Cs0.125PbI2.96 Br0.04最稳定.利用等效光学导纳法模拟计算了平面结构钙钛矿太阳电池的吸收率、载流子收集效率、外量子效率、短路电流密度、开路电压和伏安特性.对于FA1-xCsxPb I3-yBry钙钛矿太阳电池,当x=0.125,y=0.04,厚度为0.5—1.0μm时,电池的短路电流密度均为24.7mA·cm^-2,开路电压为1.06 V.结果表明Cs^+和Br^-的共掺杂在没有降低电池短路电流的同时提高了体系的稳定性,可为实验上制备高效稳定的钙钛矿太阳电池提供理论参考.  相似文献

A new photochromic diarylethene, [1-(2-methyl-5-(4-cyanophenyl)-3-thienyl-2-(2-methyl-5-phenyl-3-thienyl)]perfluorocyclopentene(1o, C28H17F6NS2), was synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 24.1381(5), b = 9.3834(6), c = 11.1073(8), β = 94.477(4)°, Z = 4, V = 2508.1(3) A3, D3 c = 1.445 mg/m, μ = 0.275, F(000) = 1112, the final R = 0.0482 and wR = 0.1429 for 5834 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Further study demonstrated the diarylethene underwent reversible photochromism, changing between colorless and blue in hexane solution, crystalline phase and PMMA films, respectively.  相似文献

The output regulation of linear multi-agent systems with partial unmeasurable agents is investigated in this paper. All the agents except the exosystem can be classified into two groups. Agents in the first group can be measured by themselves and their neighbors. State variables are not fully accessible for direct communication and full order Luenberger observers are constructed for the unmeasurable agents. We give a state feedback control law to solve the output regulation problem under the communication topologies based on both measurable and unmeasurable agents. The heterogeneous agents’ synchronization problem is a general case of our results. Finally, examples are utilized to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

An integrated electrochemical hydride generation cell, mainly composed of three components (a gas liquid separator, a graphite tube cathode and a reticulate Pt wire anode), was laboratory constructed and employed for the detection of arsenic by coupling to atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This integrated cell was free of ion-exchange membrane and individual anolyte, with the virtues of low-cost, easy assembly and environmental-friendly. Using flow injection mode, the sample throughput could come to 120 h−1 attributed to the small dimension of the cathode chamber. The operating conditions for the electrochemical hydride generation of arsenic were investigated in detail and the potential interferences from oxygen or various ions were also evaluated. Under the optimized conditions, no obvious oxygen quenching effects were observed. The limit of detection of As (III) for the sample blank solution was 0.2 ng mL−1 (3σ) and the relative standard deviation was 3.1% for nine consecutive measurements of 5 ng mL−1 As (III) standard solution. The calibration curve was linear up to 100 ng mL−1. The accuracy of the method was verified by the determination of arsenic in the reference materials GBW08517 (Laminaria Japonica Aresch) and GBW10023 (Porphyra crispata) and the developed method was successfully applied to determine trace amounts of arsenic in edible seaweeds.  相似文献

超导磁体的场强与超导材料的载流能力、磁体口径和低温环境有密切关系.为了在中高温区域实现高磁场强度的超导磁体,采用国产第二代高温超导带材,成功绕制出内直径为100 mm的高温超导线圈.该超导线圈在77,65,55和46 K不同温区下进行了性能测试,其最大运行电流分别为65,147,257和338 A,对应的中心磁场强度分别为0.78,1.77,3.1和4.08 T.所研制的超导线圈的中平面上磁场基本一致.  相似文献

Four new gastrodin derivatives containing a trans-cinnamoyl unit (1–4) and nine known compounds (5–13) were isolated from the rhizomes of Gastrodia elata Blume. All these compounds were evaluated for their neuroprotective effects against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced cell death, and compounds 7 and 12 showed potent activities with EC50 values of 10.5 and 10.2 μM, respectively.  相似文献
