暗能量:观测证据和理论研究

自1998年发现宇宙的加速膨胀以来,大量的天文观测显示宇宙中存在压强为负的暗能量成分.暗能量已经成为目前宇宙学和理论物理的最重要的研究课题之一.文章介绍了暗能量存在的天文观测证据和理论研究现状与展望.     

Linearity relationship between solvatochromic shifts of stilbazolium-like dyes and modified reaction field function

We analyzed statistically the linear correlation of the solva-tochromic shifts of the stilbazolium-like dyes in the nonselected solvents with the reaction field function, L(εr) - bL( n2), and the solvent polarity parameter, ETN, respectively, and observed that there were not perfectly linearity relationships between them, so we introduced ETN into L(εr) - bL(n2) to form a new reaction field function, L(εr) - bL(n2) g ETN, called as the modified reaction field function, which can be perfectly linearly correlated with the solvatochromic shifts of the stilbazolium-like dyes in the nonselected solvents.     

成分和过渡金属对FeZr基非晶态合金晶化温度的影响

Cyclin A-Cdk2 Phosphorylates BH3 only Protein Bad in vitro and in vivo

Increasing evidence suggests that Cyclin A-Cdk2 activity is required in the apoptosis process induced by various stimuli. To determine a specific substrate of Cyclin A-Cdk2 for apoptosis, in this study, we carried out anin vitro kinase assay using immunoprecipitated complex Cyclin A-Cdk2 as an enzyme source, and recombinant protein GST-Bad as a substrate. Our study showed that Bad was clearly phosphorylated by Cyclin A-Cdk2 in vitro. To examine whether protein Bad can also be phosphorylated by Cyclin A-Cdk2 kinase in vivo, we transiently overexpressed protein Bad with Cyclin A or Cdk2-dn, a dominant negative version of Cdk2, in Hela cells and determined the phosphorylation status of protein Bad. The test showed that protein Bad was clearly phosphorylated in Cyclin A overexpressed cells,but not in Cdk2-dn or mock transfectent. Moreover, etoposide also caused the phosphorylation of endogenetic Bad. In conclusion, here we provide first time evidence that protein Bad can be a substrate of Cyclin A-Cdk2 apoptosis for in vitro and in vivo.

本文探讨了抑制Rugate光学薄膜通带内反射次峰的各种方法。以五次函数匹配和正弦调制相结合的方法获得了在宽光谱范围内能很好抑制反射次峰并能保持其截止带反射率的Rugate膜系。     

Dipole-Dipole Interaction and the Directional Motion of Brownian Motors

The electric field of the microtubule is calculated according to its dipole distribution. The conformationalchange of a molecular motor is described by the rotation ofa dipole which interacts with the microtubulc. The mricalsimulation for the particle current shows that this interaction helps to produce a directional motion along the microtubule.And tte average displacement executes step changes that resemble the experimental result for kinesin motors.

HIRFL新的束流分配系统

随着CSR的建成和兰州重粒子加速系统(HIRFL)实现质子加速,HIRFL现有的束流传输系统已不能满足越来越多的物理实验对供束时间的要求,为此,对原有的HIRFL的束流输运系统进行了分时供束改造,新的束流分配系统可以在给CSR供束和不供束两种情况下,同时使用SFC和SSC的束流在多个实验终端进行物理实验,介绍了新设计的HIRFL束流分配系统的布局和束流光学计算结果.
