On the precipitation of salts/complexes of trivalent cations with humic acid

It was found that some trivalent cations form precipitates with humic acid at pH 4.2. The precipitates contain less metal cations than suggested by the neutralization-charge model for soluble complexes based on the available anionic sites. It is suggested that cations, which can form inner-sphere complexes, may precipitate before they are completely neutralized, while those that do not form complexes precipitate only after complete neutralization. 超导相Tl2Ba2CuO6的制备和晶体结构研究

The superconducting phase Tl_2Ba_2CuO_6 with onset T_C 85 K and zero resistivity at 61 K has been prepared. The unit cell is body-centred tetragonal, space group I_4/mmm, lattice parametrs a=0.3866(1) nm, c=2.3180(3) nm. The relation between structural features and its superconductivity was discussed.     

Urokinase片断的二级、三级结构预测及构效关系研究

urokinase(简称UK)属于絲氨酸蛋白酶,其一级结构已经测定。去掉前135个残基后得到的低分子量UK(LUK)氨基酸残基的顺序与糜胰蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶等絲氨酸蛋白酶十分类似。从二硫桥的配置来看LUK与糜胰蛋白酶比较接近,而UK对Lys侧链处肽键的专一性则和胰蛋白酶相近。在这一类酶中,起到活性中心作用的氨基酸为Ser195,His57及Asp102.在UK中此三个氨基酸都保留了下来。蛋白水解酶中起专一性作用的残基主要是     

穿过液膜的自发电势振荡

An artificial membrane consisting of pricramic acid in nitrobenzene was used as an oil phase imposed between two aqueous phases. The right one contained trimethyl-slearylammonium chloride and aicohol; and the left contained sucrose solution (or H_2O). We found that this system exhibited rhythmic oscillation of electrical potential. The amplitude of the oscillations was between 20—150 mV. The oscillations were observed even when ethyl alcohol was absent in the aqueous of trimethylslearylammonium Chloride, and the increase in amplitude of oscillation with time was found to be less in the presence of sucrose. Some of the expremental results have been explained.

Electrolysis of 3-substituted 2,2-dicyanocyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxylic acid esters in alcohols in an undivided cell in the presence of NaBr or NaOAc afforded 6-substituted (1R,5R, 6R)*-4,4-dialkoxy-5-cyano-2-oxo-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-1-carboxylic acid esters in 80–95% yields. 高压下C60晶体玻璃化行为的理论研究

通过构造C_(60)分子间的相互作用，研究了在不同压力下C_(60)晶体中的取向有序结构．利用计算出来的两个取向之间的能量差和相隔势驿，研究了热平衡时取向占有几率和玻璃化转变温度的压力相关性．结果与实验符合．     

高含量钒的钼钒磷杂多化合物的合成和性质研究

本工作改进了文献[4]报导的几种原料同时混合、加热煮沸合成的方法采用分步加入原料,控制反应温度、多次重结晶的方法合成了6、7、8个钒原子取代的钼钒磷杂多酸铵;并以铵盐为原料,用离子交换、冷冻分离和真空抽吸相结合的提纯方法制备了未见文献报导的相应的固体杂多酸;H₅[PMo₅V₇O_37.5]·xH₂O,H₆[PMo₄V₈O_37.5]·xH₂O。通过元素组成分析确定了它们的组成。这些杂多酸在水溶液、非水溶液中的电位滴定表明,杂多阴离子在分解前没有发生自电离、水解等情况,它们在水溶液中是稳定的。酸的碱度分别为5、5、6。通过纸上色谱实验,讨论了杂多酸的分解过程。由热重分析和溶解性实验得到它们的分解温度,本文还讨论了这些化合物的红外、紫外光谱,x光粉末衍射及极谱性质。光谱结果表明,它们可能具有Keggin结构,由导数脉冲极谱得到它们的峰电位。
