The synthesis, the X-ray, NMR and molecular modeling structure determination of a new orthopara[4.4]cyclophane are reported. The similarity of the π(CO)-π(Ar) driven conformational equilibrium of this compound to the work of an amusement ride machinery is also revealed.  相似文献

The use of chromatographic fingerprints from herbal products where the whole chromatographic profile is applied to evaluate the quality of the investigated product. In this paper, recent developments in the set-up and data analysis of chromatographic fingerprints for herbal products are discussed. First different set-ups for fingerprint development are reviewed. Prior to fingerprint development, a suitable sample preparation, e.g. extraction, should be considered. In a second instance, this review focuses on the data analysis with regards to the different applications of fingerprints. Usually, chemometric data pretreatment is necessary. This is discussed first, followed by a short overview of the data handling techniques used in the two main application areas of herbal fingerprints, i.e. quality assurance and classification or calibration. The quality assurance, which involves the identification and quality control of the herbal products, is reviewed, followed by the use of fingerprints in classification or modelling. The different application areas are illustrated and discussed with several case studies.  相似文献

Poliovirions, purified from infected cell extracts with anion-exchange chromatography, can be analyzed and identified by CE in untreated fused silica capillaries using UV detection. Other subviral particles can be eluted as well from the same infected cell extract using a higher salt concentration buffer on the ion-exchange chromatography. Virions can be identified because of their conversion into empty capsids upon heating at 56°C. As a result of heating, the viral genome is released from the capsid. Here, we show that during this incubation some intermediate particles were found. The latter were identified by enzymatic peak shift analysis. The high salt concentration eluate subviral particles were analyzed with preincubation affinity CE together with their sensitivity for RNase and proteinase K treatment. Electropherograms of the higher salt concentration eluate display a mixture of at least four different subviral particles. One particle proved to have an [N1, H] antigenicity and was resistant to RNase and proteinase K digestion. The remaining particles were all sensitive to proteinase K treatment. This CE method proved to be valuable in the detection, identification and analysis of poliovirions and poliovirus particles offering an alternative powerful, cheap, fast and easy analysis method.  相似文献

In this note, we show that for a large class of nonlinear wave equations with odd nonlinearities, any globally defined odd solution which is small in the energy space decays to 0 in the local energy norm. In particular, this result shows nonexistence of small, odd breathers for some classical nonlinear Klein Gordon equations, such as the sine-Gordon equation and \(\phi ^4\) and \(\phi ^6\) models. It also partially answers a question of Soffer and Weinstein (Invent Math 136(1): 9–74, p 19 1999) about nonexistence of breathers for the cubic NLKG in dimension one.  相似文献

We show that the formation of a vortex lattice in a weakly interacting Bose condensed gas can be modeled with the nonlinear Schr?dinger equation for both T=0 and finite temperatures without the need for an explicit damping term. Applying a weak rotating anisotropic harmonic potential, we find numerically that the turbulent dynamics of the field produces an effective dissipation of the vortex motion and leads to the formation of a lattice. For T=0, this turbulent dynamics is triggered by a rotational dynamic instability of the condensate. For finite temperatures, noise is present at the start of the simulation and allows the formation of a vortex lattice at a lower rotation frequency, the Landau frequency. These two regimes have different vortex dynamics. We show that the multimode interpretation of the classical field is essential.  相似文献

For suitable σ and F, we prove that all classical solutions of the quasilinear wave equation , with initial data of compact support, develop singularities in finite time. The assumptions on σ and F include in particular the model case , for q ⩾ 2,and ϵ = ±1. The starting point of the proof is to write the equation under the form of a first order system of two equations, in which F(ϕ) appears as a nonlocal term. Then, we present a new idea to control the effect of this perturbation term, and we conclude the proof by using well‐known methods developed for 2 × 2 systems of conservation laws. As herbal medicines have an important position in health care systems worldwide, their current assessment and quality control are a major bottleneck. Over the past decade, major steps were taken not only to improve the quality of the herbal products but also to develop analytical methods ensuring their quality. Nowadays, chromatographic fingerprinting is the generally accepted technique for the assessment and quality control of herbal products. This paper briefly considers the evolution of the regulations and guidelines on the quality control of herbal medicines, and reviews the established analytical techniques for herbal fingerprinting with an emphasis on the most recent developments, such as miniaturized techniques, new stationary phases, analysis at high temperatures and multi-dimensional chromatography. Accessory to the new analytical techniques, the chemometric data handling techniques applied are discussed. Chemometrics provide scientists with useful tools in understanding the huge amounts of data generated by the analytical advances and prove to be valuable for quality control, classification and modelling of, and discrimination between herbal fingerprints.  相似文献

The Heck cross-coupling reaction is a well-established chemical tool for the synthesis of unsaturated compounds by formation of a new C-C bond. In this study, 1,3-diarylpropene derivatives, designed as structural analogues of stilbenoids and dihydrostilbenoids, were synthesised by the palladium-catalysed reactions of 2-amidoiodobenzene derivatives with either estragole or eugenol. The products were obtained with high (E) stereoselectivity but as two regioisomers. The ratios of isomers were found to be dependent on the nature of the allylbenzene partner and were rationalised by electronic effects exercising a determining influence in the β-hydride elimination step. In addition, the cytotoxic effects of all the Heck reaction products were evaluated against MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells, with unpromising results. Among all, compound 7d exhibited weak cytotoxic activity towards MCF-7 cell lines with IC50 values of 47.92 µM in comparison with tamoxifen and was considered to have general toxicity (SI value < 2).  相似文献
