An efficient palladium/copper-catalyzed tandem Sonogashira reaction/lactonization of methyl 2-(2′,2′-dibromovinyl)benzoate with terminal alkynes has been developed. This facile and direct approach furnishes a variety of 3-alkynyl isocoumarins in moderate to good yields under mild reaction conditions. Despite significant progress achieved in Fischer–Tropsch synthesis (FTS) technology, control of product selectivity remains a challenge in syngas conversion. Herein, we demonstrate that Zn2+-ion exchanged ZSM-5 zeolite steers syngas conversion selectively to ethane with its selectivity reaching as high as 86 % among hydrocarbons (excluding CO2) at 20 % CO conversion. NMR spectroscopy, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, and X-ray fluorescence indicate that this is likely attributed to the highly dispersed Zn sites grafted on ZSM-5. Quasi-in-situ solid-state NMR, obtained by quenching the reaction in liquid N2, detects C2 species such as acetyl (-COCH3) bonding with an oxygen, ethyl (-CH2CH3) bonding with a Zn site, and epoxyethane molecules adsorbing on a Zn site and a Brønsted acid site of the catalyst, respectively. These species could provide insight into C−C bond formation during ethane formation. Interestingly, this selective reaction pathway toward ethane appears to be general because a series of other Zn2+-ion exchanged aluminosilicate zeolites with different topologies (for example, SSZ-13, MCM-22, and ZSM-12) all give ethane predominantly. By contrast, a physical mixture of ZnO-ZSM-5 favors formation of hydrocarbons beyond C3+. These results provide an important guide for tuning the product selectivity in syngas conversion.  相似文献

Three macrolide antibiotic components – ascomycin, tacrolimus and dihydrotacrolimus – were separated and purified by silver ion high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC). The solvent system consisted of n-hexane–tert-butyl methyl ether–methanol–water (1:3:6:5, v/v) and silver nitrate (0.10 mol/l). The silver ion acted as a π-complexing agent with tacrolimus because of its extra side double bond compared with ascomycin and dihydrotacrolimus. This complexation modified the partition coefficient values and the separation factors of the three components. As a result, ascomycin, tacrolimus and dihydrotacrolimus were purified from 150 mg extracted crude sample with purities of 97.6%, 98.7% and 96.5%, respectively, and yields over 80% (including their tautomers). These results cannot be achieved with the same solvent system but without the addition of silver ion.  相似文献

Migration of an excess electron along linear oligopeptides governed by the external electric field (Eex) which is against the inner dipole electric field is theoretically investigated, including the effects of Eex on the structural and electronic properties of electron migration. Two structural properties including electron-binding ability and the dipole moment of linear oligopeptides are sensitive to the Eex values and can be largely modulated by Eex due to the competition of Eex and the inner electric field and electron transfer caused by Eex. In the case of low Eex values, two structural properties decrease slightly, while for high Eex values, the electron-binding ability continually increases strongly, with dipole moments firstly increasing significantly and then increasing more slowly at higher Eex. Additionally, linear oligopeptides of different chain lengths influence the modulation extent of Eex and the longer the chain length is, the more sensitive modulation of Eex is. In addition, electronic properties represented by electron spin densities and singly occupied molecular orbital distributions vary with Eex intensities, leading to an unusual electron migration behavior. As Eex increases, an excess electron transfers from the N-terminus to the C-terminus and jumps over a neighboring dipole unit of two termini to other units, respectively, instead of transferring by means of a one-by-one dipole unit hopping mechanism. These findings not only promote a deeper understanding of the connection between Eex and structural and electronic properties of electron transfer behavior in peptides, but also provide a new insight into the modulation of electron migration along the oligopeptides.  相似文献

采用热还原沉淀法制备了一系列Co~(2+)/Dy~(3+)掺杂的纳米立方MxFe3-xO4磁性颗粒.利用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计研究了不同含量掺杂离子对MxFe3-xO4晶体结构、形貌及磁性的影响.研究发现,掺杂未改变母体的对称性,但母体形貌逐渐从立方体向球体过渡;Co~(2+)和Dy~(3+)的掺杂对于铁氧体磁学性质的影响明显不同,当Co~(2+)实际掺杂量为0.44和Dy~(3+)实际掺杂量为0.05时,MxFe3-xO4立方磁性粒子的饱和磁化强度(Ms)达到最大值,分别为76.65和70.21 A·m2·kg-1.与超顺磁性Fe_3O_4球体相比,高磁性掺杂Fe_3O_4立方体在体外模拟磁流体磁靶向定位实验中显示出较高的滞留率.  相似文献
