In this paper, we report the studies of the solution structures of synthetic pentadeoxyribonucleotide d-TGGGT(NH4 + salt) using 2D–NMR. The 1H–NMR experiments with different temperatures and concentrations reveal an equilibrium between single strand and aggregation. In the experimental condition(22°C, 13mmol/ L), the cross peaks in the COSY spectrum are mainly from single strand, and the spin systems of sugar resonances of this component can be assigned. In contrast, the cross peaks in the NOESY spectrum mainly come from aggregation and the sequential assignments of bases, sugar 1′, 2′ and 2″ protons can be carried out. From NOE connectivities, it is obvious that the aggregation adopts a right–handed helix conformation. It is suggested that the aggregation in our experiment corresponds to the tetramolecular complex. 相似文献

Some 13C chemical shifts of the CHn groups in the aliphatic side chains of Im-cyt c have been determined for the first time based on the H chemical shifts of their attached protons with the aid of heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherence (HMQC) spectroscopy. Comparison of chemical shifts of these specifically assigned 13C and H resonances from Im-cyt c with those from cyt c indicates that 13C-NMR spectra may provide an opportunity to probe the electronic structure and conformational changes induced by axial ligand substitution. 相似文献

Gold nanoparticle arrays are fabricated for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and the effect of the annealing temperature, the thickness of nanoparticle array and the exciting power on the SERS signals are investigated. The particle distribution and particle size are dense and uniform on the glass substrate when the 10 nm gold film was annealed at 250 °C and strong SERS signals for Rhodamine 6G were achieved via a 532 nm excitation with a 10 mW power. The SERS signal at 1650 cm−1 is enhanced more than 10 times as compared to that of the gold film without annealing. The strong SERS behavior of gold nanoparticle arrays may broaden the SERS applications in biomedical and analytical chemistry. 相似文献

The magnetic property induced by neutral Cd and S vacancies in CdS bulk and thin film are investigated, using first principles simulation. For bulk CdS, the magnetism originates from Cd, instead of S, vacancies. The ferromagnetism with a Curie temperature above room temperature can be expected. For CdS thin film, both Cd and S vacancies does not yield any magnetism at the (111) surface, while local magnetic moments at the outermost S plane of the (001) surface is ascribed to the surface effect. Spectroscopy for neutron-rich nuclei 9He and 12Be has been performed by means of heavy-ion double charge exchange (HIDCX) (18O, 18Ne) reaction on stable target nuclei 9Be and 12C, respectively. Several clear peaks in 12Be at low excitation energy region even above neutron separation energy have been observed in one-shot measurement, whereas no prominent signals of 9He have been observed owing to the small cross section. It is shown that the HIDCX reaction is a new powerful spectroscopic tool for study of unstable neutron-rich nuclei. 相似文献

以硝酸铝[Al(NO3)39H2O]和硝酸钇[Y(NO3)36H2O]为原料,碳酸氢铵[NH4HCO3]为沉淀剂,PEG400,PEG800和PEG1000等为分散剂,采用正向共沉淀法合成了钇铝石榴石(YAG)前驱体粉末。并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒度测试仪等分析了粉末的形貌和性能。结果表明,分散剂的加入,减少了粉末的团聚现象,而且由PEG400,PEG800分散剂制备的先驱体粉末经1200 ℃煅烧60 min后均能形成纯度较高的YAG相,但PEG1000样品粒度更细,比表面积为1748.78 m2/kg,中位径为1.42 m,而前者所得粉末的比表面积分别为29.39和128.60 m2/kg,中位径分别为196.14和20.55 m。 相似文献

在利用后向散射法测量烟尘浓度和粒径的过程中,对烟尘粒子模型的后向散射光谱特性进了计算,确定影响后向散射光谱强度的主要因素并进行分析。对实际排放的烟尘进行显微观察表明,利用椭球、圆柱和广义切比雪夫3种非球模型可以较好地模拟烟尘粒子,其等效直径约1μm。通过T矩阵法对这3种非球形粒子模型后向散射场的光谱特性进行了分析,结果表明:非球形粒子的可见/红外波段后向散射现象较球形粒子明显,特别是广义切比雪夫粒子的后向散射光强最高可达到前向的3.5倍;对于吸收性非球形粒子(复折射率m=1.57-0.56i),后向散射光强远大于非吸收性非球形粒子(复折射率m=1.57-0.001i);随着粒子等效半径的增大,光源波长也应随之增加。这为在实际测量时光源及方位的选择提供了理论依据。 相似文献
