The crystalline host–guest type complex [(18-crown-6NH4)2][SiF6]4H2Ohas been obtained as the result of the interaction of SiF42NH3 with 18-crown-6 (18C6) in an aqueous medium. Crystal data: monoclinic, space groupC 2 c, a=26.541(2), b=8.363(2), c=20.469(2) Å, = 122.43(1)°and Z=4. The final R-value is 0.070 for 3253 reflections with I 2(I).The crystals consist of the complex [NH418C6]+ cations, [SiF6]2-anions and water molecules. The ammonium cation is hydrogen bonded by three of its H-atoms to the crown ether oxygen atoms with N(1) O separations2.923(5)–2.940(5) Å and by the fourth H-atom to the fluorine atom of thehexafluorosilicate anion, the N(1)F(4) distance being 2.797(6) Å.The conformation of the macrocycle and the hydrogen-bond geometry in thecomplex cation closely resemble those in related adducts between 18-crown-6and ammonium salts. All crystal components are connected via a system of hydrogen bonds into a ribbon along the b axis in the unit cell.  相似文献

The electron impact mass spectrum of Zn4O(CH3CO2)6 isostructural to Be4O(CH3CO2)6 studied earlier is reported. The principal fragmentation paths of both compounds involve the elimination of M(CH3CO2)2 where M is Zn, Be, or (CH3CO)2O. Further fragmentations proceed by the losses of CH2CO and H2O. The spectrum of Zn4O(CH3CO2)6 contains intense doubly charged ions. The results obtained are interpreted in terms of stereochemical considerations.  相似文献

An X-ray—diffraction study is reported for two molecular complexes containing 3,4-diamino-1,2,5-oxadiazole as guest (G) with 18-crown-6 (18-C-6) andcis-anti-cis-dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 (DCH-6B) as host. Both complexes are of the polymeric-chain structure with the guest molecule bridging two crown neighbours. Functionalized pyrrolic enols, 2-(2,2-dicyano-1-hydroxyethenyl)-1-methylpyrroles, synthesized from 2-ethenylpyrroles by a nucleophilic SEt-OH exchange, upon heating (75-142 °C) are readily rearranged to their 3-isomers in near to quantitative yield. The inter or intramolecular auto-protonation of a pyrrole ring by the acidic enol hydroxyl to form a mesomeric pyrrolium cation or zwitterion is suggested to be a key step in the rearrangement.  相似文献

The first three representatives of the new family of oxacyclophanes incorporating two 2,7-dioxyfluorenone fragments, connected by [-CH(2)CH(2)O-](m) spacers (m=2-4), have been synthesized. The yield of the smallest oxacyclophane (m=2) is considerably higher with respect to the larger ones (m=3 and m=4), which are formed in comparable yields. Molecular modeling and NMR spectra analysis of the model compounds suggest that an essential difference in oxacyclophanes yields is caused by formation of quasi-cyclic intermediates, which are preorganized for macrocyclization owing to intramolecular pi-pi stacking interactions between the fluorenone units. The solid-state structures of these oxacyclophanes exhibit intra- and intermolecular pi-pi stacking interactions that dictate their rectangular shape in the fluorenone backbone and crystal packing of the molecules with the parallel or T-shape arrangement. The crystal packing in all cases is also sustained by weak C--HO hydrogen bonds. FAB mass spectral analysis of mixtures of the larger oxacyclophanes (m=3 and m=4) and a paraquat moiety revealed peaks corresponding to the loss of one and two PF(6) (-) counterions from the 1:1 complexes formed. However, no signals were observed for complexes of the paraquat moiety with the smaller oxacyclophane (m=2). Computer molecular modeling of complexes revealed a pseudorotaxane-like incorporation of the paraquat unit, sandwiched within a macrocyclic cavity between the almost parallel-aligned fluorenone rings of the larger oxacyclophanes (m=3 and m=4). In contrast to this, only external complexes of the smallest oxacyclophane (m=2) with a paraquat unit have been found in the energy window of 10 kcal mol(-1).  相似文献

The results of complete geometry optimizations of the high energy stable gauche,Trans,trans- and gauche,Cis,trans- rotamers of hexa-1,3,5-trienes are reported at the RHF/6-31G//RHF/B-31G level. The angles of rotation around one of the single C-C bonds are found to be 33.7° and 45.5°, respectively. The corresponding harmonic force fields of these molecules are also reported at this level and corrected using scale factors transferred from buta 1,3-diene. Aspecial scale factor was used for the central C=C double bond stretching coordinate to take into account vibronic coupling. The theoretical vibrational frequencies, calculated with the scaled quantum mechanical (SQM) force fields, allow a complete interpretation of the experimental vibrational spectra of these molecules.Preliminary results were reported at the Austin XII Symposium on Molecular Structure, Austin, TX, February 28 through March 3, 1988, S 18, p. 111 (USA) and at the XIXth European Congress on Molecular Spectroscopy, Dresden, September 4 through September 8, 1989, p. 226 (GDR).  相似文献

Hydrothermal investigations in the system MgO/B2O3/P2O5(/H2O) yielded two new magnesium borophosphates, Mg2(H2O)[BP3O9(OH)4] and Mg(H2O)2[B2P2O8(OH)2]·H2O. The crystal structures were solved by means of single crystal X‐ray diffraction. While the acentric crystal structure of Mg2(H2O)[BP3O9(OH)4] (orthorhombic, P212121 (No. 19), a = 709.44(5) pm, b = 859.70(4) pm, c = 1635.1(1) pm, V = 997.3(3) × 106 pm3, Z = 4) contains 1D infinite chains of magnesium coordination octahedra interconnected by a borophosphate tetramer, Mg(H2O)2[B2P2O8(OH)2]·H2O (monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 776.04(5) pm, b = 1464.26(9) pm, c = 824.10(4) pm, β = 90.25(1)°, V = 936.44(9) × 106 pm3,Z = 4) represents the first layered borophosphate with 63 net topology. The structures are discussed and classified in terms of structural systematics.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot synthesis of carborane-containing high-energy compounds was developed via the exploration of carbon–halogen bond functionalization strategies in commercially available 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine. The synthetic pathway first included the substitution of two chlorine atoms in s-triazine with 5-R-tetrazoles (R = H, Me, Et) units to form disubstituted tetrazolyl 1,3,5-triazines followed by the sequential substitution of the remaining chlorine atom in 1,3,5-triazine with carborane N- or S-nucleophiles. All new compounds were characterized by IR- and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of four new compounds was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The density functional theory method (DFT B3LYP/6-311 + G*) was used to study the geometrical structures, enthalpies of formation (EOFs), energetic properties and highest occupied and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO and LUMO) energies and the detonation properties of synthesized compounds. The DFT calculation revealed compounds processing the maximum value of the detonation velocity or the maximum value of the detonation pressure. Theoretical terahertz frequencies for potential high-energy density materials (HEDMs) were computed, which allow the opportunity for the remote detection of these compounds.  相似文献
