Interaction between Ph(3)P and 1,3,2,4-benzodithiadiazine (1); its 6,7-difluoro (2), 5,6,8-trifluoro (3) and 5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro (4) derivatives; and 5,6,8-trifluoro-3,1,2,4-benzothiaselenadiazine (5) proceeded via a 1:1 condensation to give Ph(3)P═N-R iminophosphoranes (1a-5a, R = corresponding 1,2,3-benzodichalcogenazol-2-yls), which are inaccessible by general approaches based on the Staudinger and Kirsanov reactions. In contrast, neither Ph(3)As nor Ph(3)Sb reacted with 1 and 4. Molecular structures of 1a-5a and 5 were confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The crystals formed by chiral molecules of 2a-5a were racemic, whereas the crystal of 1a was formed by a single enantiomer. In all of the Ph(3)P═N-R derivatives, one of the Ph rings is oriented face-to-face to the hetero ring, R. Upon heating to ~120 °C in squalane (1a, 3a, 4a) or dissolving in chloroform at ambient temperatures (1a, 2a, 4a), the Ph(3)P═N-R derivatives generated the 1,2,3-benzodithiazolyls (1b-4b, respectively) whose identity was confirmed by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). 2,1,3-Benzothiaselenazolyls 5b and 6b were detected by EPR as the main paramagnetic products of solution thermolysis of 5 and its 5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro congener (6), respectively. Passing a chloroform solution of 4a through silica column unexpectedly gave 5-6-6-6 tetracyclic (9) and 6-10-6 tricyclic (10) sulfur-nitrogen compounds, which were characterized by XRD.  相似文献

In this work, we will report a combined experimental and theoretical study on molecular and vibrational structure of N,N'-di(p-thiazole)formamidine (DpTF). DpTF has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, FT-Raman, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of DpTF were recorded in the solid phase. The optimized geometry was calculated by HF and B3LYP methods using 6-31G(d) basis set. The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of DpTF was calculated at the HF/B3LYP/6-31G(d) level and were interpreted in terms of potential energy distribution (PED) analysis. The scaled theoretical wavenumber showed very good agreement with the experimental values. A detailed interpretation of the infrared and Raman spectra of DpTF was reported. On the basis of vibrational analyses, the thermodynamic properties of the title compound at different temperatures have been calculated, revealing the correlations between Cp,m°, Sm°, Hm° and temperatures. Furthermore, molecular electrostatic potential maps (MESP) and total dipole moment properties of the compound have been calculated.  相似文献

We report the surface modification of microscopic live multicellular nematodes Caenorhabtidis elegans with polyelectrolyte multilayers (pure and doped with 20 nm gold nanoparticles) and the direct magnetic functionalization of nematodes with biocompatible magnetic nanoparticles. Magnetically functionalized "ironoxideclad" nematodes can be effectively separated and moved using an external magnetic field. The surface-functionalized nematodes preserve their viability and reproduction.  相似文献

Bilinearity is the basic principle of multivariate curve resolution. In this paper, we consider a case when this premise is violated. We demonstrate that the alternating least squares approach can still be used to solve the problem. The developed theory is applied to calibration of spectral data that includes the so‐called saturated peaks, which are flattened because of samples with ultrahigh absorbance. We demonstrate that in spite of serious violations of the Lambert–Beer law, the results of prediction are quite satisfactory, and the accuracy is better than in other competing methods. We present a systematic study based on the calculation of complexation constants between a Zn-complex solubilized in Triton X-100 micellar solutions and a series of linear mono- and dicarboxylic acids, under physiological pH conditions, that allowed the evaluation of the lipophilicity of these molecules. This empirical lipophilicity parameter describes conveniently the partition of organic molecules between hydrophobic microdomains and water. The results can be used to predict the lipophilicity of molecules with similar structure and allows the distinction of intrinsic contributions of the carboxylates and of the methylene groups to the lipophilicity of the molecule.  相似文献

Conformations of cationic polyelectrolytes (PEs), a weak poly(2-vinylpyridine) (P2VP) and a strong poly(N-methyl-2-vinylpyridinium iodide) (qP2VP), adsorbed on mica from saline solutions in the presence of counterions of different valences are studied using in situ atomic force microscopy (AFM). Quantitative characteristics of chain conformations are analyzed using AFM images of the adsorbed molecules. The results of the statistical analysis of the chain contour reveal collapse of the PE coils when ionic strength is in a range from tens to hundreds of millimoles per kilogram and re-expansion of the coils with a further increase of ionic strength up to a region of the saturated saline solutions. The competition between monovalent and multivalent counterions simultaneously present in solutions strongly affects conformations of PE chains even at a very small fraction of multivalent counterions. Shrinkage of PE coils is steeper for multivalent counterions than for monovalent counterions. However, the re-expansion is only incremental in the presence of multivalent counterions. Extended adsorbed coils at low salt concentrations and at very high concentrations of monovalent salt exhibit conformation corresponding to a 2D coil with 0.95 fraction of bound segments (segments in "trains") in the regime of diluted surface concentration of the PE. Shrunken coils in the intermediate range of ionic strength resemble 3D-globules with 0.8 fraction of trains. The incrementally re-expanded PE coils at a high ionic strength remain unchanged at higher multivalent salt concentrations up to the solubility limit of the salt. The formation of a strong PE complex with multivalent counterions at high ionic strength is not well understood yet. A speculative explanation of the observed experimental result is based on possible stabilization of the complex due to hydrophobic interactions of the backbone.  相似文献

During mix melting of hyperbranched AB2‐ and linear CD‐polycondensates distributive properties are changing by interchange reactions. Two mathematical modeling approaches are presented: (i) Simplified approach of monodisperse population of three‐arm stars undergoing interchange reactions, both analytical and by Monte Carlo simulations, assuming interchange as subsequent scission and recombination of fragments. (ii) Full system of interchange and polycondensation/hydrolysis reactions with Monte Carlo simulations and kinetic model describing reactions of free groups (A, B, C, D) and bonds (AB, CD, BC, AD). MC simulations show that the final molecular weight and branching distribution is attained after 10% of reaction time. The change of structure, from few large fragments to more, smaller ones, is slower.

A few years ago, Studer and co-workers (Macromolecules 2006, 39, 1347-1352) reported the dramatic effect of the reaction of re-formation of alkoxyamines on the fate of the nitroxide-mediated polymerization (NMP) of styrene. This prompted us to investigate more carefully the effects of the nitroxide structure on the re-formation rate constant k(c). Ten new values of k(c) were obtained for the reaction of imidozalidine nitroxide and the phenethyl radical. These values were combined with the 21 values of k(c) reported in the literature for a multiparameter analysis (log(k(c)/M(-1) s(-1)) = (10.22 ± 0.10) + (0.46 ± 0.02)E(s) + (0.41 ± 0.17)σ(I)) using the electrical Hammett constant σ(I) to describe both the stabilization and polar effects as well as the modified Taft steric constant E(s) of the nitroxide. The same analysis was performed for the k(c) values of the cross-coupling reaction of nitroxides with tert-butoxylcarbonyl-2-prop-2-yl radical (log(k(c)/M(-1) s(-1)) = (11.10 ± 0.25) + (0.57 ± 0.05)E(s) + (1.42 ± 0.18)σ(I)) and tert-butoxycarbonylethyl radical (log(k(c)/M(-1) s(-1)) = (10.23 ± 0.16) + (0.35 ± 0.03)E(s) + (0.93 ± 0.25)σ(I)). These correlations were applied for the analysis of the NMP of styrene controlled by 6π(?), 6θ(?), and 6ρ(?) using a Fischer phase diagram.  相似文献

Reactions of 4-bromo-5-nitrophthalonitrile (BNPN) with enolates of alkyl 4-R-2,4-dioxobutanoates gave alkyl 3-acyl-5,6-dicyanobenzofuran-2-carboxylates, 4-(2-R-2-oxoethyl)-5-nitrophthalonitriles, or 3-acyl-1,2-benzoxazole-5,6-dicarbonitriles. With a base, 4-(2-R-2-oxoethyl)-5-nitrophthalonitriles either undergo nitro-nitrite rearrangement resulting in 3-acyl-1,2-benzoxazole-5,6-dicarbonitriles or yield 2-R-benzofuran-5,6-dicarbonitriles with a nitro group displacement.  相似文献
