本文报道一种新型的乙型肝炎抗体膜片。测试时,仅需将25μl被检血清滴注于该膜上,经孵育与洗涤即可制得抗原与抗体复合物膜。用复合物膜组装成免疫电极,测定血清样品中乙型肝炎表面抗原含量。电极的线性范围是20~320ng/ml,方法的日间相对标准偏差为10.78%(n=4,m=5),对血清中可能存在的一些其它抗原具有较好的选择性。105例临床血清样本,本法与酶联免疫吸附分析法测定结果符合率为86%。乙肝抗体膜片系一次性使用,4℃可保存半年以上。  相似文献

A nove l mesoporous zirconium phosphonate hybrid bentonite (MZrPHB ) catalyst was prepared for the removal of trace olefins from refining aromat ic oil. Pyridine-FTIR, NH3?TPD, XRD, and N2 adsorptiondesorption analysis were applied to characterize acidic properties and textural properties of catalysts. And its olefins removal performance of MZrPHB catalyst was evaluated in comparison with commercial clay catalyst. It is found that the MZrPHB catalyst possesses an abundance of weak Lewis acid centers, large surface area, and regular mesopore, and thus, exhibits a longer treat life and higher olefins conversion compared to commercial clay catalyst. MZrPHB prepared in this report can be considered as a promising and superior alternative material to commercial clays for the purification of aromatics.  相似文献

Owing to the easy functionalization of 3‐haloindolines to many biologically active compounds, extensive efforts have been made for their efficient preparation. Herein, an electrochemical dearomative bromo‐ and chloro‐cyclization of tryptamine and tryptophol derivatives has been developed under undivided electrolytic conditions. In this protocol, neither external chemical oxidants nor harsh conditions are needed, and a wide range of substituted hexahydropyrroloindolines/tetrahydrofuroindolines are obtained with halide ion in high efficiencies. Moreover, this electrolysis could also be scaled up to gram synthesis with good yields.  相似文献

Herein, a simplified fabrication method for the producing of a pH-sensitive iridium electrode is developed. The in situ electrochemical fabrication of an iridium oxide film is optimized and shown to be achievable under neutral conditions rather than the acidic conditions hitherto employed. The formation of a pH sensitive Ir(III/IV) hydrous film is confirmed via XPS. The amperometric pH-sensing properties of this electrochemically generated material were investigated using square wave voltammetry. In the pH range 2–13, the iridium oxide redox signal has a pH dependency of 86.1 ± 1.1 mV per pH unit for midpoint potentials with uncertainties being ± 0.01–0.05 pH. Finally, the newly developed pH sensor was used to measure the pH of a natural water sample with excellent results as compared to a conventional glass pH probe.

In this paper, a driving stress finite element method of elastic-plastic large deformation based on implicit time integrating algorithm and an eight-chain molecular network model is used for the numerical simulation of the simple shear test of polycarbonate (PC) materials. The simulated results are compared with experimental ones. The strain localization propagation for the shear band deformation for simple shear deformation is investigated numerically. The effects of microstructure parameters in the model on strain softening and orientation hardening of the PC are discussed in detail. A sol-gel zirconia coating was developed for the preconcentration/separation of trace Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb by capillary microextraction, and the adsorbed analytes were on-line eluted for detection using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). By immobilizing sol-gel zirconia on the inner surface of a fused-silica capillary, the sol-gel zirconia coating was simply prepared. Its adsorption properties, stability and the factors affecting the adsorption behaviors of Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb were investigated in detail. In the pH range from 7.8 to 10, the zirconia-coated capillary (35 cm x 0.15 mm) is selective towards Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb, and the analyzed ions could be desorbed quantitatively with 0.2 mL of 0.5 mol/L HNO(3) at a rate of 0.2 mL/min. With a consumption of 1.25 mL sample solution, an enrichment factor of 6.25, and detection limits (3sigma) of 9.9 pg/mL Cr, 17.9 pg/mL Cu, 4.5 pg/mL Cd and 3.7 pg/mL Pb were obtained. The precisions for nine replicate measurements of 1 ng/mL Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb were 4.9% Cr, 2.2% Cu, 2.0% Cd and 3.2% Pb (RSD), respectively. The proposed procedure has been applied to the determination of Cr, Cu, Cd and Pb in human urine, which was subjected to microwave-assisted digestion prior to analysis, and the recoveries for these elements were 89.2-101.8%. In order to validate the developed procedure, a NIES No.10-a Rice Flour-Unpolished certified reference material and a BCR No. 184 Bovine Muscle certified reference material were analyzed, and the results are in good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献
