The Hill's quadric anisotropy yield function and the Barlat-Lian anisotropy yield function describing well anisotropy sheet metal with stronger texture are introduced into a quadric-flow corner constitutive theory of elastic-plastic finite deformation suitable for deformation localization analysis. And then, the elastic-plastic large deformation finite element formulation based on the virtual power principle and the discrete Kirchhoff shell element model including the yield functions and the constitutive theory are established. The focus of the present research is on the numerical simulation of the flange earing of the deep-drawing of anisotropy circular sheets, based on the investigated results, the schemes for controlling the flange earing are proposed. Angiotensin‐converting enzyme (ACE) plays an important role in the renin–angiotensin system and ACE activity is usually assayed in vitro by monitoring the transformation from a substrate to the product catalyzed by ACE. A rapid and sensitive analysis method or ACE activity by quantifying simultaneously the substrate hippuryl–histidyl–leucine and its product hippuric acid using an ultra‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization‐mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS) was first developed and applied to assay the inhibitory activities against ACE of several natural phenolic compounds. The established UPLC‐MS method showed obvious advantages over the conventional HPLC analysis in shortened running time (3.5 min), lower limit of detection (5 pg) and limit of quantification (18 pg), and high selectivity aided by MS detection in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. Among the six natural products screened, five compounds, caffeic acid, caffeoyl acetate, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid and resveratrol indicated potent in vitro ACE inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 2.527 ± 0.032, 3.129 ± 0.016, 10.898 ± 0.430, 15.076 ± 1.211 and 6.359 ± 0.086 mm , respectively. A structure–activity relationship estimation suggested that the number and the situation of the hydroxyls on the benzene rings and the acrylic acid groups may play the most predominant role in their ACE inhibitory activity. A quasi-three-dimensional shell element model, which can be effectively used to simulate the flanging and spring-back deformation, is introduced into the independently developed CAE software, KMAS. In this model, a double surface contact algorithm, which allows the gap between punch and die to change, and a spring-back treatment scheme based on finite element meshing are described. And then the flanging and spring-back deformations of the retractor's kickstand of a railcar made of stamped thick metal plate are numerically simulated. The simulation results of flanging deformation are compared with those of international commercial software, PAM-STAMP, and experimental ones. Finally, a predicting scheme of spring-back quantily for this problem is given.  为了对水中的痕量镉进行高灵敏快速检测,实验采用一种未受污染的薄木片作为基底来吸收水样品,将其晾干后再用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术对其进行分析,克服了用LIBS技术直接分析水样品时灵敏度低和稳定性差等问题。实验中选择214.44 nm的镉离子线作为分析线以提高光谱检测的灵敏度,建立了用于定量分析的校正曲线,镉的检出限达到55 μg/L,重复测量的信号相对标准偏差小于5%,单次测量的时间短于5 min。  相似文献

In the present study a method using enriched stable isotope tracer and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) was developed to study the dynamic distribution of rare earth elements (REEs) in a variety of organs and tissues of Wistar rats. Stable isotopes 152Sm and 168Yb were selected as tracers for the experiment. Intravenously injected 152Sm and 168Yb in chloride form could be quickly absorbed and distributed in almost all the organs and tissues of interest, including liver, skeleton, kidney, spleen, heart, lung, testicle, and blood serum. Liver and skeleton had high ability to take up 152Sm and 168Yb under the experimental conditions, whereas the contents of the elements in other organs were generally lower than 2% of the given dose during the whole experimental period. The difference in distribution of 152Sm and 168Yb in the body was also discussed.  相似文献

尽管超塑胀形作为一种金属成形方法正日渐受到世界各国的普遍关注,但对超塑约束胀形理论的研究报道却还很少,尤其对胀形过程的有限元模拟研究就更为罕见。针对这种情况,采用大变形刚粘塑性有限元法模拟了轴对称零件向圆筒形凹模内超塑约束胀形的变形过程,着重研究了工具工件之界面摩擦对胀形件厚度分布不均匀性和胀形板料向凹模角部充填性的影响.结果表明,随着摩擦的降低,胀形件的侧向较厚部分能有所减薄,可以改善整个胀形件的厚度均匀性,但当摩擦因子Am≤0.2(相当于摩擦系数μ≤0.12)时,胀形件极顶部分的减薄过大;摩擦较小时,胀形板料向凹模角部的充填性较好;在考虑到极点附近厚度适度减薄和胀形板料对凹模角部充填性好的前提下,工艺上应当适当减小摩擦,其最佳状态是μ值约为0.3.为了检验所用刚粘塑性有限元法模拟的可靠性,将计算结果与试验结果作了对比,发现两者相当吻合。  相似文献

A sustainable C C bond formation is merged with the catalytic asymmetric generation of one or two stereocenters. The introduced catalytic asymmetric cross‐coupling of two C H groups with molecular oxygen as the oxidant profits from the oxidative robustness of a chiral‐at‐metal rhodium(III) catalyst and exploits an autoxidation mechanism or visible‐light photosensitized oxidation. In the latter case, the catalyst serves a dual function, namely as a chiral Lewis acid for catalyzing enantioselective enolate chemistry and at the same time as a visible‐light‐driven photoredox catalyst.  相似文献
