Plant protein-based adhesives could fundamentally solve the problem of formaldehyde-based adhesive releasing formaldehyde, but enhancing bonding strength and water resistance is a necessary measure to realize practical applications. In this study, the effects of different denaturants on the properties of a hot-pressed peanut meal (HPM)-based adhesive before and after crosslinking were studied. Papain, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), urea and crosslinker-polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) were used to prepare HPM-based adhesives. The functional groups, bonding strength, thermal behaviors, mass loss, moisture uptake value, viscosity and fracture surface of adhesive samples were analyzed. As a result, (1) papain was used to break HPM protein (HPMP) into polypeptide chains and to reduce the water resistance. (2) SDS and urea unfold the HPMP molecule and expose internal hydrophobic groups to improve the water resistance of the adhesive. (3) A denser network structure was formed by PAE and HPMP molecules, which significantly improved the bonding strength and water resistance of adhesives. In particular, after SDS denaturation and PAE crosslinking, compared with pure HPM adhesive, the wet shear strength increased by 96.4%, the mass loss and moisture uptake value reduced by 41.4% and 69.4%, and viscosity increased by 30.4%. A unified perturbation theory is developed here for calculating solitary waves of all heights by series expansion of base flow variables in powers of a small base parameter to eighteenth order for the one-parameter family of solutions in exact form, with all the coefficients determined in rational numbers. Comparative studies are pursued to investigate the effects due to changes of base parameters on (i) the accuracy of the theoretically predicted wave properties and (ii) the rate of convergence of perturbation expansion. Two important results are found by comparisons between the theoretical predictions based on a set of parameters separately adopted for expansion in turn. First, the accuracy and the convergence of the perturbation expansions, appraised versus the exact solution provided by an earlier paper [1] as the standard reference, are found to depend, quite sensitively, on changes in base parameter. The resulting variations in the solution are physically displayed in various wave properties with differences found dependent on which property (e.g. the wave amplitude, speed, its profile, excess mass, momentum, and energy), on what range in value of the base, and on the rank of the order n in the expansion being addressed. Secondly, regarding convergence, the present perturbation series is found definitely asymptotic in nature, with the relative error δ(n) (the relative mean-square difference between successive orders n of wave elevations) reaching a minimum, δ m , at a specific order, n=n m , both depending on the base adopted, e.g. n m , α =11-12 based on parameter α (wave amplitude), n m , β =15 on β (amplitude-speed square ratio), and n m , ∈ =17 on ∈ ( wave number squared). 使用TPS-1便携式光合仪结合Farquhar和Sharkey的理论测定或计算增强UV-B辐射、多效唑(PP333)及其复合处理幼苗的相关光合指标,并同时测定核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化/加氧酶(Rubisco)含量.发现UV-B辐射降低净光合速率(Pn)、气孔限制值(Ls)和气孔导度(Gs),但使胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)增加;PP333提高Pn、Gs和Ci,却使Ls下降;与PP333处理相较,UV-B+PP333诱导Pn、Gs和Ci降低,却促进Ls增加;UV-B对Pn、叶肉细胞光合能力(Ao)、表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(dPn/dCi)和Rubisco含量的降低程度大于PP333对上述指标的提高程度,亦大于PP333处理下UV-B对上述指标的抑制程度.结果表明,UV-B降低Pn的主要原因为叶肉细胞光合活性的抑制,而PP333促进Pn及PP333减轻UV-B对Pn的抑制效应主要是通过调节Gs实现的. 相似文献

Identifying users across social media has practical applications in many research areas, such as user behavior prediction, commercial recommendation systems, and information retrieval. In this paper, we propose a multiple salient features-based user identification across social media (MSF-UI), which extracts and fuses the rich redundant features contained in user display name, network topology, and published content. According to the differences between users’ different features, a multi-module calculation method is used to obtain the similarity between various redundant features. Finally, the bidirectional stable marriage matching algorithm is used for user identification across social media. Experimental results show that: (1) Compared with single-attribute features, the multi-dimensional information generated by users is integrated to optimize the universality of user identification; (2) Compared with baseline methods such as ranking-based cross-matching (RCM) and random forest confirmation algorithm based on stable marriage matching (RFCA-SMM), this method can effectively improve precision rate, recall rate, and comprehensive evaluation index (F1). 相似文献

With the rapid development of robot perception and planning technology, robots are gradually getting rid of fixed fences and working closely with humans in shared workspaces. The safety of human-robot coexistence has become critical. Traditional motion planning methods perform poorly in dynamic environments where obstacles motion is highly uncertain. In this paper, we propose an efficient online trajectory generation method to help manipulator autonomous planning in dynamic environments. Our approach starts with an efficient kinodynamic path search algorithm that considers the links constraints and finds a safe and feasible initial trajectory with minimal control effort and time. To increase the clearance between the trajectory and obstacles and improve the smoothness, a trajectory optimization method using the B-spline convex hull property is adopted to minimize the penalty of collision cost, smoothness, and dynamical feasibility. To avoid the collisions between the links and obstacles and the collisions of the links themselves, a constraint-relaxed links collision avoidance method is developed by solving a quadratic programming problem. Compared with the existing state-of-the-art planning method for dynamic environments and advanced trajectory optimization method, our method can generate a smoother, collision-free trajectory in less time with a higher success rate.
