Smoothing by Fourier transform of data obtained with a laboratory-built rapid injection device is shown to be useful for peak-height measurements of the chemiluminescence rapidly produced by luminol catalyzed by hemin (t = 0.28 s); the observation time was 0.25 s. An algorithm prepared for the smoothing of data comprising a single peak is three times faster than the corresponding fast Fourier transform program and permits real-time processing. The principles of the rapid measurement are also applied to slower luminol chemiluminescence continuing for >40 s; the measurement needed just 0.5 s. 相似文献

Efficient electronic structure methods can be built around efficient tensor representations of the wavefunction. Here we first describe a general view of tensor factorization for the compact representation of electronic wavefunctions. Next, we use this language to construct a low-complexity representation of the doubles amplitudes in local second-order M?ller-Plesset perturbation theory. We introduce two approximations--the direct orbital-specific virtual approximation and the full orbital-specific virtual approximation. In these approximations, each occupied orbital is associated with a small set of correlating virtual orbitals. Conceptually, the representation lies between the projected atomic orbital representation in Pulay-Saeb? local correlation theories and pair natural orbital correlation theories. We have tested the orbital-specific virtual approximations on a variety of systems and properties including total energies, reaction energies, and potential energy curves. Compared to the Pulay-Saeb? ansatz, we find that these approximations exhibit favorable accuracy and computational times while yielding smooth potential energy curves. 相似文献

A Pt–CeO2 composite thin film was prepared on a glassy carbon electrode by one-step electrochemical deposition technique. The film was constructed of Pt particles well dispersed and embedded in a porous CeO2 substrate. Tris(trimethylsilyl)silane (TTMSS) promoted free radical reaction in benzotrifluoride (BTF) was investigated. Compared to same reaction using environmentally less desirable tri-n-butyltin hydride (TBTH) in benzene, less quantity of BTF than that of benzene can be used because of slower hydrogen atom transfer from TTMSS than that from TBTH toward primary alkyl radicals. Also, electron-transfer reactions promoted by tris(p-bromophenyl)aminium hexachloroantimonate (TBPA) and FeCl3 were conducted in BTF. Then, TBPA was found to be effective in BTF comparably to that in methylene chloride. In addition, an interesting observation that FeCl3 promoted reaction was accelerated by the addition of imidazolium salt was made. All the results suggest that BTF is a tolerable solvent for free radical reaction with TTMSS and electron-transfer reactions using TBPA as well as FeCl3. 相似文献

Glycerol is the main side product in the biodiesel manufacturing process, and the development of glycerol valorization methods would indirectly contribute the sustainable biodiesel production and decarbonization. Transformation of glycerol to optically active C3 units would be one of the attractive routes for glycerol valorization. We herein present the asymmetric sulfonylative desymmetrization of glycerol by using a CuCN/(R,R)-PhBOX catalyst system to provide an optically active monosulfonylated glycerol in high efficiency. A high degree of enantioselectivity was achieved with a commercially available chiral ligand and an inexpensive carbonate base. The optically active monosulfonylated glycerol was successfully transformed into a C3 unit attached with differentially protected three hydroxy moieties. In addition, the synthetic utility of the present reaction was also demonstrated by the transformation of the monosulfonylated glycerol into an optically active synthetic ceramide, sphingolipid E. 相似文献

We have developed the Rh+/H8-binap-catalyzed chemo-, regio-, diastereo-, and enantioselective intermolecular [2+2+2] cycloaddition of three unsymmetric 2π components. Thus, two arylacetylenes react with a cis-enamide to yield a protected chiral cyclohexadienylamine. Moreover, replacing one arylacetylene with a silylacetylene enables the [2+2+2] cycloaddition of three distinct unsymmetric 2π components. These transformations proceed with excellent selectivity (complete regio- and diastereoselectivity and up to >99 % yield and >99 % ee). Mechanistic studies suggest the chemo- and regioselective formation of a rhodacyclopentadiene intermediate from the two terminal alkynes. 相似文献

The first synthesis of ganglioside GalNAc-GD1a, featuring efficient glycan assembly and a cyclic glucosyl ceramide as a versatile unit for ganglioside synthesis is described. Although ganglioside GalNAc-GD1a was first found as a brain ganglioside, IgG autoantibodies to GalNAc-GD1a were subsequently found to be closely related to a human peripheral-nerve disorder, Guillain-Barré syndrome, which is the commonest cause of acute flaccid paralysis worldwide. In this study, the characteristic hexasaccharide part carrying two sialic acid residues was synthesized efficiently by use of a readily accessible GM2-core unit as a common unit. The potentially difficult coupling of the oligosaccharide and ceramide moieties was carried out by using a cyclic glucosyl ceramide as a coupling partner for the hexasaccharide part, thereby successfully providing the framework of the target compound. Global deprotection delivered the homogenous ganglioside GalNAc-GD1a. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed that sera from patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome reacted both with natural and with synthetic GalNAc-GD1a. 相似文献
