In this paper, a switching method for unconstrained minimization is proposed. The method is based on the modified BFGS method and the modified SR1 method. The eigenvalues and condition numbers of both the modified updates are evaluated and used in the switching rule. When the condition number of the modified SR1 update is superior to the modified BFGS update, the step in the proposed quasi-Newton method is the modified SR1 step. Otherwise the step is the modified BFGS step. The efficiency of the proposed method is tested by numerical experiments on small, medium and large scale optimization. The numerical results are reported and analyzed to show the superiority of the proposed method. 相似文献
We propose a multi-scale saliency extraction based fast infrared image enhancement approach. A local frequency-tuned based saliency extraction technique is designed for highlighting the salient regions, firstly. Then, multi-scale saliency extraction is demonstrated, introducing multi-scale local windows with different sizes to extract regions of interest at different scales. Finally, the original image is enhanced with combining multi-scale salient image regions into one image. The experimental results prove the proposed approach is robust and efficient for infrared image enhancement. 相似文献
The adhesion failure has become one dominant factor in determining the reliability and service life of miniaturized devices subject to loadings with arbitrary orientations. This article establishes an adhesive full stick contact model between an elastic half-space and a rigid cylinder loaded in any direction. Using the Papkovich-Neuber functions, the Fourier integral transform, and the asymmetric bipolar coordinates, the exact solution is obtained. Unlike the Johnson-Kendall-Roberts (JKR) model, the present adhesive contact model takes into account the effects of the load direction as well as the coupling of the normal and tangential contact stresses. Besides, it considers the full stick contact which has large values of the friction coefficient between contacting surfaces, contrary to the frictionless contact supposed in the JKR model. The result shows that suitable angles can be found, which makes the contact surfaces difficult to be peeled off or easy to be pressed into.
Photocatalytic hydrogen (H2) evolution represents a promising and sustainable technology. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs)-based photocatalysts have received growing attention. A 2D fully conjugated ethylene-linked COF (BTT-BPy-COF) was fabricated with a dedicated designed active site. The introduced bipyridine sites enable a facile post-protonation strategy to fine-tune the actives sites, which results in a largely improved charge-separation efficiency and increased hydrophilicity in the pore channels synergically. After modulating the degree of protonation, the optimal BTT-BPy-PCOF exhibits a remarkable H2 evolution rate of 15.8 mmol g−1 h−1 under visible light, which surpasses the biphenyl-based COF 6 times. By using different types of acids, the post-protonation is proved to be a potential universal strategy for promoting photocatalytic H2 evolution. This strategy would provide important guidance for the design of highly efficient organic semiconductor photocatalysts. 相似文献
When blurred images have saturated or over-exposed pixels, conventional blind deconvolution approaches often fail to estimate accurate point spread function (PSF) and will introduce local ringing artifacts. In this paper, we propose a method to deal with the problem under the modified multi-frame blind deconvolution framework. First, in the kernel estimation step, a light streak detection scheme using multi-frame blurred images is incorporated into the regularization constraint. Second, we deal with image regions affected by the saturated pixels separately by modeling a weighted matrix during each multi-frame deconvolution iteration process. Both synthetic and real-world examples show that more accurate PSFs can be estimated and restored images have richer details and less negative effects compared to state of art methods. 相似文献
Polygonum multiflorum (PM) has been used as a tonic and anti-aging remedy for centuries in Asian countries. However, its application in the clinic has been hindered by its potential to cause liver injury and the lack of investigations into this mechanism. Here, we established a strategy using a network pharmacological technique combined with integrated pharmacokinetics to provide an applicable approach for addressing this issue. A fast and sensitive HPLC-QQQ-MS method was developed for the simultaneous quantification of five effective compounds (trans-2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-d-glucoside, emodin-8-O-β-d-glucoside, physcion-8-O-β-d-glucoside, aloe-emodin and emodin). The method was fully validated in terms of specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, extraction recovery, matrix effects, and stability. The lower limits of quantification were 0.125–0.500 ng/mL. This well-validated method was successfully applied to an integrated pharmacokinetic study of PM extract in rats. The network pharmacological technique was used to evaluate the potential liver injury due to the five absorbed components. Through pathway enrichment analysis, it was found that potential liver injury is primarily associated with PI3K-Akt, MAPK, Rap1, and Ras signaling pathways. In brief, the combined strategy might be valuable in revealing the mechanism of potential liver injury due to PM. 相似文献
