CuAlO2 films were sputtered on quartz substrates at different oxygen partial pressures (OPP) and carried out the annealing at 900 °C for 5 h in N2 ambient. The structural properties of these films have been studied in detail by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. Annealed CuAlO2 films are grown along the (0 0 1) preferential orientation. The film deposited at 20% OPP demonstrates the excellent crystalline behavior and the smallest electrical resistivity (41.8 Ω cm). At higher OPP, the crystalline behavior begins to degenerate up to the amorphous state at 60% OPP, and some micro-caves presented in the film surface become larger and deeper with the increase in OPP. We believe that the negative thermal expansion behavior associated with excess oxygen atoms is the primary responsibility for the change in structural properties.  相似文献

Second, we will generalize Kröger's estimate to the case when is a compact Euclidean submanifold.

Let A be a symmetric expansive matrix and Hp(Rn) be the anisotropic Hardy space associated with A. For a function m in L∞(Rn), an appropriately chosen function η in Cc∞(Rn) and j ∈ Z define mj(ξ) = m(Ajξ)η(ξ). The authors show that if 0 < p < 1 and (m)j belongs to the anisotropic nonhomogeneous Herz space K11/p-1,p(Rn), then m is a Fourier multiplier from Hp(Rn) to Lp(Rn). For p = 1, a similar result is obtained if the space K10,1(Rn) is replaced by a slightly smaller space K(w).Moreover, the authors show that if 0 < p ≤ 1 and if the sequence {(mj)V} belongs to a certain mixednorm space, depending on p, then m is also a Fourier multiplier from Hp(Rn) to Lp(Rn).  相似文献

From the recent theoretical result on the production of the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Collider, it follows that other particles will also be produced with small transverse momentum, of the order of 1 GeV/c1 GeV/c. The leptonic decay mode of the Z is especially suited for a first observation of this phenomenon. Other related effects, such as paired jets, are also discussed.  相似文献

The Raman spectra of liquid carbon disulfide (CS2) diluted with benzene (C6H6) have been measured. By changing the CS2, the concentration, we found an asymmetric wavenumber shift phenomenon. With decreasing concentration of CS2, the position of the ν1 (655 cm−1) band remains practically unchanged, and the 2ν2 (796 cm−1) band shifts toward higher wavenumbers. To interpret this asymmetric wavenumber shift phenomenon of the Fermi doublet ν1 − 2ν2 in the Raman spectra satisfactorily, we propose a modified Bertran model. The values of the Fermi resonance (FR) parameters of CS2 at different concentrations were calculated using the Bertran equations. In addition, we found the fundamental ν2, which should be independent of the FR interaction, shifted to higher wavenumbers as the concentration decreased. We investigate the dynamics of two identical atoms resonantly coupled to independent single-mode cavity in zero detuning without rotating wave approximation (RWA). It is shown that for two atoms initially in the ground state, the entanglement (concurrence) and the normalized geometric measure of quantum discord (NGMQD) display similar behavior. There is no sudden death and sudden birth. And the entanglement is always larger than NGMQD in this case. For two atoms initially in excited state, one can see the novel entanglement sudden death (ESD) and sudden birth (ESB) phenomena. The entanglement is not always greater than the NGMQD in this case. Consequently, there is no simple dominance relation between the entanglement and the NGMQD.  相似文献

Ever since the discovery of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by Iijima in 1991, there have been extensive research efforts on their synthesis, physics, electronics, chemistry, and applications due to the fact that CNTs were predicted to have extraordinary physical, mechanical, chemical, optical, and electronic properties. Among the various forms of CNTs, single-walled and multi-walled, random and aligned, semiconducting and metallic, aligned CNTs are especially important since fundamental physics studies and many important applications will not be possible without alignment. Even though there have been significant endeavors on growing CNTs in an aligned configuration since their discovery, little success had been realized before our first report on growing individually aligned CNTs on various substrates by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) [Science 282 (1998) 1105–1108]. Our report spearheaded a new field on growth, characterization, physics, and applications of aligned CNTs. Up to now, there have been thousands of scientific publications on synthesizing, studying, and utilizing aligned CNTs in various aspects. In this communication, we review the current status of aligned CNTs, the physics for their alignment, their applications in field emission, optical antennas, subwavelength light transmission in CNT-based nanocoax structures, nanocoax arrays for novel solar cell structures, etc.

The focus of this review is to examine various aligned CNT systems, either as an individual or as an array, either the orientation is vertical, parallel, or at other angles to the substrate horizon, either the CNT core structures are mostly hollow channels or are composed of complex compartments. Major fabrication methods are illustrated in detail, particularly the most widely used PECVD growth technique on which various device integration schemes are based, followed by applications whereas current limitations and challenges will also be discussed to lay down the foundation for future developments.  相似文献

In order to simultaneously improve the conductivity and stabilize the contact resistance of electrically conductive adhesives (ECAs) containing silver flakes, different types of aminoaldehydes as multifunctional additives, N, N-dimethyl-4-aminobenzaldehyde (DABA), benzaldehyde (BA) as a comparison, and formamide (FA), were introduced into ECAs formulations. The results showed that when the optimal levels of FA, BA, and DABA were individually added into ECAs, the decrease in the resistivities of the ECAs were 34.8%, 67.2%, and 41.7%, respectively, compared to the control sample. This is because, during the curing process, the aldehyde acts as a reducing agent and reduces the oxidized silver flakes. Furthermore, the ECAs with FA or DABA had better contact resistance stability than that of the control sample under the condition of 85°C/85% relative humidity, but ECAs with BA could not stabilize the contact resistance on tin finish, The results indicate that FA and DABA can be adsorbed onto the tin surface and inhibit the occurrence of the galvanic corrosion on the interface between ECA and tin finish. The rheological results showed the processability of ECAs with FA, BA, and DABA were better than that of the control sample. However, the shear strength of ECAs with BA and DABA slightly declined.  相似文献
