The self‐assembly of ABC triblock copolymers in the microphase‐separated state is investigated using an isothermal‐isobaric molecular dynamics simulation. For the validation of our simulation scheme, ABA triblock copolymers are also simulated. We examine the effect of the composition (fB) of symmetric triblock copolymers on the morphology realized in these copolymers, keeping other parameters fixed. For ABA triblock copolymers, the transition from lamellar to cylindrical morphologies is observed with increasing the composition from fB = 0.5 to fB = 0.75, and such behavior is supported by calculation results of scattering patterns. These simulated results agree well with experimental and theoretical ones, validating our simulation method. More complex structures are predicted for ABC triblock copolymers. If midblock B is the minor component, its structures are changed from lamellar, cylindrical, to spherical morphology at the interface between A/C lamellae as fB decreases. For ABC triblock copolymers with the midblock B as the major component, the morphology of end blocks in the matrix composed of the midblock is changed from tricontinuous to spherical structures as fB increases. 相似文献

Two series of water-soluble metalloporphyrin-cored amphiphilic star block copolymers were synthesized by controlled radical polymerizations such as atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT), which gave eight amphiphilic block copolymer arm chains consisting of poly(n-butyl acrylate-b-poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacylate) (PnBA-b-PEGMEMA, Mn,GPC = 78,000, Mw/Mn = 1.2, 70 wt% of PPEGMEMA) and poly(styrene-b-2-dimethylamino ethyl acrylate) (PS-b-PDMAEA, Mn,GPC = 83,000, Mw/Mn = 1.2, 67 wt% of PDMAEA), yielding porphyrin(Pd)-(PnBA-b-PPEGMEMA)8 and porphyrin(Pd)-(PS-b-PDMAEA)8, respectively. Obtained metalloporphyrin polymer photocatalysts were homogeneously solubilized in water to apply to the removal of chlorophenols in water, and was distinguished from conventional water-insoluble small molecular metalloporphyrin photocatalysts. Notably, we found that the water-soluble star block copolymers with hydrophobic–hydrophilic core–shell structures more effectively decomposed the chlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP), in water under visible light irradiation (k = 1.39 h?1, t1/2 = 0.5 h) in comparison to the corresponding water-soluble star homopolymer, because the hydrophobic core near the metalloporphyrin effectively captured and decomposed the hydrophobic chlorophenols in water. 相似文献

This study investigated the biological conversion of crude glycerol generated from a commercial biodiesel production plant as a by-product to 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD). Statistical analysis was employed to derive a statistical model for the individual and interactive effects of glycerol, (NH4)2SO4, trace elements, pH, and cultivation time on the four objectives: 1,3-PD concentration, yield, selectivity, and productivity. Optimum conditions for each objective with its maximum value were predicted by statistical optimization, and experiments under the optimum conditions verified the predictions. In addition, by systematic analysis of the values of four objectives, optimum conditions for 1,3-PD concentration (49.8 g/L initial glycerol, 4.0 g/L of (NH4)2SO4, 2.0 mL/L of trace element, pH 7.5, and 11.2 h of cultivation time) were determined to be the global optimum culture conditions for 1,3-PD production. Under these conditions, we could achieve high 1,3-PD yield (47.4%), 1,3-PD selectivity (88.8%), and 1,3-PD productivity (2.1/g/L/h) as well as high 1,3-PD concentration (23.6 g/L). 相似文献

Taxoid 10β-O-acetyl transferase (DBAT) is a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of the famous anticancer drug paclitaxel, which catalyses the formation of baccatin III from 10-deacetylbaccatin III (10-DAB). However, the activity essential residues of the enzyme are still unknown, and the acylation mechanism from its natural substrate 10-deacetylbaccatin III and acetyl CoA to baccatin III remains unclear. In this study, the homology modelling, molecular docking, site-directed mutagenesis, and kinetic parameter determination of the enzyme were carried out. The results showed that the enzyme mutant DBATH162A resulted in complete loss of enzymatic activity, suggesting that the residue histidine at 162 was essential to DBAT activity. Residues D166 and R363 which were located in the pocket of the enzyme by homology modelling and molecular docking were also important for DBAT activity through the site-directed mutations. Furthermore, four amino acid residues including S31 and D34 from motif SXXD, D372 and G376 from motif DFGWG also played important roles on acylation. This was the first report of the elucidation of the activity essential residues of DBAT, making it possible for the further structural-based re-design of the enzyme for efficient biotransformation of baccatin III and paclitaxel. 相似文献

The light leakage in a black state of in-plane switching (IPS) liquid crystal display (LCD) associated with rubbing process has been investigated. The mechanical rubbing process with a cloth caused orientation disorders in the liquid crystal directors and these partial orientation disorders result in residual retardations of the IPS LCD, causing the light leakages at the black state. In this study, we theoretically estimated how the light leakage is associated with the rubbing uniformity using 2 × 2 Jones matrix equation and also experimentally confirmed how it is associated with structural properties of the alignment layer. The light leakage was clearly reduced in the alignment layer with reduced crystallinity and flexibility. 相似文献

A rapid, sensitive, and selective method using a quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe procedure in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the analysis of fenaminstrobin in peanut and soil. The average recoveries in all samples fall within 88.1%–10%, having relative standard deviations of 2.5%–14%. The limits of quantitation of fenaminstrobin in peanut shell, peanut kernels, peanut plant, and soil were 0.005, 0.004, 0.01, and 0.002 mg kg?1, respectively. The field trial results show that the half-lives of fenaminstrobin in peanut plant and soil are 1.3–10 and 5.5–20 days, respectively. Residues in peanut kernels were found to be present at <0.004 mg kg?1 levels, based on good agricultural practices recommended by the manufacturer. The risk posed by fenaminstrobin exposure at the recommended dosage is negligible to humans, depending on the risk quotient. 相似文献

Calix[4]arene-based cation receptor 1 has been synthesised by following a multi-step synthetic procedure. The fluorescence properties of 1 upon the addition of various metal ions were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. As a result, it was revealed that 1 displayed dramatic quenching effect upon the exposure to Cs+. In contrast, no significant quenching effects were observed upon the addition of other metal ions such as Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ag+, Zn2+ and Ni2+. Compound 1 was also found by Job plot to form a 1:1 complex with Cs+. In addition, we also prepared 1-embedded electrospun nanofibrous film (NF-1) as an adsorbent for Cs+. NF-1 is proved to adsorb Cs+ effectively from an aqueous solution, indicating that it would be usefully utilised as an adsorbent to remove Cs+. 相似文献

建立了液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定食品中二甲基黄(DMY)的分析方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,二甲基黄专用固相萃取小柱(ProElut DMY SPE)净化,XDB-C18色谱柱(50 mm×4.6 mm,1.8μm)分离,并以5mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含0.1%(v/v)甲酸)-乙腈(含0.1%(v/v)甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子模式(ESI~+)电离,多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,内标法定量。结果表明,DMY在0~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r~2)均大于0.999。方法的检出限(LOD,S/N3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N10)分别为2μg/kg和10μg/kg。不同食品基质中,DMY在10、20和100μg/kg的添加水平下的平均加标回收率为93.3%~98.9%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.9%(n=6)。该方法有效补偿了液相色谱-串联质谱检测过程中的离子化抑制效应,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于腐乳、辣椒酱、禽蛋、豆干、糖果和火腿中DMY的测定。 相似文献
