Naturally occurring symbioramide, (2S,3R,2'R,3'E)-N-(2'-hydroxy-3'-octadecenoyl)-dihydrosphingosine 1a, was synthesized from d-erythro-dihydrosphingosine (amino part, 2) and (2R,3E)-2-hydroxy-3-octadecenoic acid (acid part, 3a), both of which were prepared from l-serine. Its diastereomer, (2S,3R,2'S,3'E)-1b, having an enantiomer of the unnatural-type acid part that was prepared from d-mannitol, and its corresponding (Z)-isomers, (2S,3R,2'R,3'Z)-1c and (2S,3R,2'S,3'Z)-1d, were also prepared. The antileukemic activities of 1a-d against HL-60 and L-1210 cells were appreciated by a MTT assay. None of the four symbioramide derivatives showed antileukemic activities in HL-60 cells. In L-1210 cells, all the symbioramide derivatives showed moderate antileukemic activities. Compound 1d had the most effective activity against L-1210 cells among the four derivatives. The data suggest that unnatural types of (2'S)-isomers of acid parts are more active than those of (2'R)-isomers.  相似文献

The influence of a water domain formed in n-hexadecane (HD) core in cross-linked polymer capsule particles on the thermal properties of encapsulated HD was studied from the view point of heat storage application. The capsule particles were prepared by micro-suspension polymerization of divinylbenzene at 70 °C utilizing the Self-assembling of Phase-Separated Polymer (SaPSeP) method that the authors proposed. The water domain was not observed for particles taken just after the polymerization and kept at 70 °C, but it was gradually formed with an increase of the size during cooling process from 70 °C to room temperature. In differential scanning calorimetric thermograms, pure HD had a single peak because of solidification (T s) at 15 °C, and the encapsulated HD containing the water domain had two peaks of T s1 and T s2, at 6 and 1 °C, respectively. That is, the encapsulated HD containing the water domain required longer time and lower temperature to complete the solidification than the pure HD, which is negative for its application. However, the lower temperature-side peak at T s2 gradually disappeared with an increase of capsule particle diameter, which seems to be based on the decrease of total interfacial area between the water domains and encapsulated HD in the capsule particles.  相似文献

We investigated methods to fabricate distinctive structures on silicon and sapphire substrates to grow a carbon nanotube (CNT) network using a solution from the Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction. The BZ reaction is a chemical system where chemical reactions and material diffusion coexist in a nonequilibrium state and generate spatiotemporal patterns in a petri dish. Precipitates from the reaction should also produce distinctive structures after being piled on the substrates. The structures have metal particles that act as catalysts for growing CNTs or quantum dots of nanodot devices. Therefore, such structures should be suitable to fabricate three-dimensional CNT networks or nanodot devices. To confirm this, we investigated the fabrication of distinctive structure using a BZ reaction solution. Results indicated that the BZ reaction solution produced interesting structures on the substrates. Moreover, we confirmed that the shape of the structure changed when the substrate used was changed. We believe that the developed methods are suitable to fabricate nanodevices, especially CNT network devices.  相似文献
