Pure rotational spectra of S235Cl2 and S235Cl37Cl have been observed using a Fourier-transform microwave spectrometer. An analysis of the hyperfine structure made by considering the nuclear spin statistics showed that S2Cl2 has C2symmetry, where the hyperfine splittings due to the two Cl nuclei were analyzed precisely. The nuclear quadrupole coupling constants including the off-diagonal (χab, χac, χbc) components and the nuclear spin–rotation interaction constants associated with the two Cl nuclei have been determined for the first time. We have shown that the nuclear quadrupole interaction plays an important role in the ortho–para mixing. 相似文献

superconductivity (SC) is suppressed. The magnetically ordered state of Cu-moments, which is not a spin glass state but an antiferromagnetic like state, appears below 15 K for 0.105x0.120. The magnetic phase boundary is very similar to the one of the La2–x
Ba
x
CuO4 in which the structural transition from the low temperature orthorhombic (LTO) phase to the low temperature tetragonal (LTT) phase is observed aroundx=0.12. The present study suggests that there is no big difference of the electronic state of the CuO2 plane between the La-Ba system and the La-Sr system and that the magnetic ordering of Cu-moments plays an important role for the suppression of the high-T
c

Muon spin relaxation in zero field and longitudinal field was measured in single crystal samples of KH2PO4 (KDP) and KD2PO4 (DKDP) over a temperature range of 5 K to 300 K. At low temperatures, diamagnetic muons and muon substituted radicals with nuclear hyperfine coupling can be observed. For both KDP and DKDP, a minor change was observed in the dynamics of the muon below 140 K. Above 140 K, the mobility of the muon appears to increase and the diffusion rate becomes faster with increasing temperature. Only a small increase in the relaxation rate is observed in KDP due to the presence of theH

We have carried out SR experiments on [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 and [Co(ND3)6]Cl3. At 293 K, all the muons implanted into the complexes were in the diamagnetic state. The observed Gaussian-type muon spin relaxation function proved that the internal magnetic field was caused by nuclear dipole moments of the atoms in the complexes. The trapping sites for muon and muonium in ferromagnetic p-Cl–Ph–CH=N–TEMPO [(4-(p-chlorobenzylideneamino)–TEMPO (TEMPO = 2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-1-yloxyl)]
and the hyperfine interaction tensors for these sites are obtained using first-principles Unrestricted Hartree–Fock theory.
The calculated hyperfine interactions are used to compare the calculated zero field muon spin rotation (μSR) frequencies for
different choices for the easy axis and the observed frequency. It has been concluded that the two trapping centers that can
best explain the observed μSR frequency are a trapped singlet muonium near the radical oxygen and a trapped muon site near
the chlorine. The direction of the easy axis also is determined to be the b-axis of the monoclinic lattice. This direction for the easy axis is confirmed by determining the direction of the distributed
magnetization in the molecular solid which leads to a minimum dipole–dipole interaction energy. The consequences of this agreement
for the easy axis direction by two independent procedures are discussed.

Two-dimensional structures of pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives (PD) were studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) at solid/liquid interface. In order to tune the intervals of functional unit (hydrogen bonding site) in the molecule, the PD with different numbers and length of alkyl chain were designed and synthesized. STM observation at highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG)/1-phenyloctane interface revealed that the PD with four alkyl chains formed a columnar structure, and the alkyl chains were not interdigitated. By contrast, the PD with two alkyl chains formed similar columnar structure, whereas the alkyl chains were interdigitated. These structural features of the PD indicates that the intervals of the functional unit, i.e., hydrogen bonding sites in the PD can be controlled by changing not only the length but also the number of alkyl chains. 相似文献

The dynamic behavior of a magnetic fluid adsorbed to a small NdFeB permanent magnet subjected to an alternating magnetic field was studied with a high speed video camera system. The directions of alternating magnetic field are parallel and opposite to that of the permanent magnet. It was found that the surface of magnetic fluid responds to the external alternating magnetic field in elongation and contraction with a lot of spikes. Generation of a capillary magnetic fluid jet was observed in the neighbourhood of a specific frequency of alternating field. The effect of gravitational force on surface phenomena of magnetic fluid adsorbed to the permanent magnet was revealed. 相似文献

The vocalization behavior of Mongolian gerbils, a model animal of auditory physiology, was examined. A pair of gerbils was placed in a chamber, and their species-specific vocalizations and locomotive behaviors were recorded and analyzed. Two types of calls were predominantly produced: high-frequency upward frequency-modulated (HU-FM) calls and low-frequency multi-harmonic frequency-modulated (LM-FM) calls. Emission rates of HU-FM calls significantly decreased as the distance between the two gerbils increased, and playback of simulated HU-FM calls increased the emission rates. Acoustic analysis of HU-FM calls showed that the calls exhibited a stereotypic spectro-temporal structure including a fixed inter-onset interval (100-175 ms) and that individual differences in the frequency could convey the body size of the callers. The timing of HU-FM calls was highly synchronized with jump movements when an animal vocalized while jumping, suggesting the existence of tight locomotor-vocal coupling. Conversely, LM-FM calls were observed only when the gerbils tactilely contacted with each other while fighting over a food. These results suggest that Mongolian gerbils change the rates of call emissions and call types (e.g., LM-FM or HU-FM calls) in response to changes in visual and possibly tactile and auditory information. The functions of both calls are discussed in terms of their acoustic structures. 相似文献

The authors have demonstrated white light emission of rare earth (RE)-free Mn-doped SnO-ZnO-P(2)O(5) glass. The RE-free glass shows white light emission with a high value of quantum efficiency (QE) comparable to conventional crystalline phosphor. It is notable that the high QE value is attained for RE-free transparent glass, and the broad emission can be continuously tuned by both the amount of activator and the composition of the glass. Since this glass possesses low-melting property, we emphasize that the glass phosphor will lead to the development of a novel inorganic white-light-emitting device in combination with a solid state UV light-emitting source. 相似文献

通常热力发电厂将飞灰中未燃碳的含量作为评价锅炉燃烧效率的重要指标,通过测量飞灰中未燃碳的含量来评价煤粉燃烧的充分程度,进而实现优化燃烧、提高机组效率。基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)无接触、快速响应、高灵敏度、可以在线测量等特点,备用来测量飞灰中未燃碳的含量。由于烟气中CO2气体的存在,碳谱线强度会随CO2浓度的变化而改变。为了减少CO2气体对飞灰未燃碳测量结果的影响,提出并设计了具有二级旋风分离器的LIBS测量飞灰未燃碳含量实验系统,飞灰从给粉机流出后通过二级旋风分离器进入测量腔体,脉冲激光经过透镜作用于飞灰样品进而产生等离子体。LIBS系统采用双中心波长光谱仪,可测得飞灰中C,Si,Mg,Fe,Ca和Al等主要元素谱线,同时高分辨率通道可分辨出相邻C和Fe的元素谱线,可以在获得充分的飞灰光谱信息的同时保证了测量的精度。实验结果表明该系统可有效分离和收集飞灰颗粒,减少CO2气体对测量结果的干扰,为LIBS技术的工程应用提供了更准确的依据。 相似文献
