[reaction: see text] Arylboronic acids react with aldehydes in the presence of a base and a catalytic amount of a palladium(0) complex with chloroform, affording the corresponding secondary alcohols in good yields. General palladium complexes have no catalytic activity without chloroform. Chloroform is essential for this reaction, and palladium complex that was prepared from Pd(PPh3)4 with CHCl3 showed good catalytic acitivity as well.  相似文献

Treatment of (η5-C5Me5)RuCl2(PR3) (1) with LiAlH4 in diethyl ether gives the ruthenium(II) tetrahydroaluminate complexes, (η5-C5Me5)Ru(AlH4)(PR3) (2) (R3 = Me3, Et3, iPr3, Ph2Me, Ph3), which can be quantitatively converted to the trihydriodurthenium(IV) complexes (η5-C5Me5)RuH3(PR3) (4), via protonolysis either by reaction with ethanol or by filtration through alumina. Low-temperature 1H NMR studies suggest the fluxionality of complexes 2 in solution at ambient temperature.  相似文献

Proline dipeptides (Xaa-Pro) exist as an equilibrium mixture of cis- and trans-rotamers, which depends on the energy barriers for imide isomerization. This conformation mixture contributes to both structure and function of proline-containing peptides and proteins. Structural motifs resembling these cis- or trans-conformers have served as useful tools for elucidating contributions of proline residues in the physicochemical and biological profiles of structures which contain them. Among such motifs are alkene dipeptide isosteres which mimic cis- or trans-imide using (Z)- or (E)-alkene, respectively. In this report, the first regio- and stereoselective syntheses of (E)-alkene dipeptide isosteres (20, 31, and 35) corresponding to trans-proline dipeptides are described. Key to the synthesis of these mimetics is the anti-S(N)2' reaction of vinyl aziridines such as 15 or vinyl oxazolidinones such as 28 and 32 with organocopper reagents "RCu" (R = CH(2)SiMe(2)(Oi-Pr)). Reaction of cis-vinylaziridine 15 derived from L-serine with organocopper reagent gave a precursor of the trans-L-Ser-D-Pro type alkene isosteres 20, accompanied by an S(N)2 side product. One limitation with the use of such aziridine-mediated methodology is formation of the corresponding trans-aziridine 22, which leads to L-L type isosteres, that is unstable and obtainable only in low yield. On the other hand, both isomers of oxazolidinone derivatives can be easily obtained from N-Boc-protected amino alcohols. The reaction of trans- 28 or cis-oxazolidinone derivative 32 with organocopper reagents proceeds quantitatively with high regio- and diastereoselectivities in anti-S(N)2' fashion. Subsequent oxidative treatment of the newly introduced isopropoxydimethylsilylmethyl group yields trans-L-Ser-L-Pro 31 or trans-L-Ser-D-Pro type isosteres 35, respectively. Of note, synthesized isostere 31 can also be converted to trans-phosphoSer-Pro 42 and trans-Cys-Pro mimetics 44. The present synthetic methodology affords trans-Xaa-Pro alkene-type dipeptide isosteres in high yield with relatively simple manipulation.  相似文献

Cefixime (CX), an oral cephalosporin antibiotic, and its metabolites in human digestive organs were separated by various modes of high-performance capillary electrophoresis. The zone electrophoresis mode in phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) containing 3-[(3-cholamidopropyl)dimethylammonio]-1-propanesulphonate gave the best separation, permitting the complete resolution of CX and all of five metabolites. On the other hand, the plain zone electrophoresis mode in phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) offered a simple procedure for the direct determination of urinary CX concentration using intact urine samples.  相似文献

The chiral catalyst, which was generated in situ from [Rh(nbd)(2)]SbF(6), PhTRAP, and Cs(2)CO(3), is useful for enantioselectively synthesizing a range of diverse optically active indolines possessing a chiral carbon at the 3-position.  相似文献

As part of a series of studies to discover new topoisomerase II inhibitors, novel pyrimidoacridones, pyrimidophenoxadines, and pyrimidocarbazoles were synthesized, and in vitro and in vivo antitumor activities and DNA-protein and/or DNA-topoisomerase II cross-linking activity as an indicator of topoisomerase II-DNA cleavable complex formation were evaluated. The pyrimidocarbazoles possessed high in vitro and in vivo potencies. Compound 26 (ER-37326), 8-acetyl-2-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-1H-pyrimido[5,6,1-jk]carbazole-1,3(2H)-dione, showed in vitro growth inhibitory activity with respective IC(50) values of 0.049 microM and 0.35 microM against mouse leukemia P388 and human oral cancer KB. In vivo, this compound inhibited the tumor growth of mouse sarcoma M5076 implanted into mice with T/C values of 42% and 13% at 3.13 and 6.25 mg/kg/d respectively without significantly affecting the body weight. In addition, compound 26 (ER-37326) increased the formation of DNA-topoisomerase II cross-linking in P388 cells.  相似文献

1-(2-Anthryl)-2-(bromophenyl)ethylene and 1-(2-anthryl)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethylene undergo cis→trans one-way isomerization in the excited triplet state through an adiabatic process from the cis-triplet to the trans-triplet states. The trans-isomers of these compounds undergo one-way internal rotation in the excited triplet state with an activation barrier of }7 kcal mol?1 and a frequency factor of }1012 s?1, while no internal rotation takes place in the excited singlet state.  相似文献
