次线性期望下的一般中心极限定理

受Peng-中心极限定理的启发,本文主要应用G-正态分布的概念,放宽Peng-中心极限定理的条件,在次线性期望下得到形式更为一般的中心极限定理.首先,将均值条件E[X_n]=ε[X_n]=0放宽为|E[X_n]|+|ε[X_n]|=O(1/n);其次,应用随机变量截断的方法,放宽随机变量的2阶矩与2+δ阶矩条件;最后,将该定理的Peng-独立性条件进行放宽,得到卷积独立随机变量的中心极限定理.     

Green synthesis of palladium nanoparticles using broth of Cinnamomum camphora leaf

The development of dependable, environmentally benign processes for the synthesis of nanoscale materials is an important aspect of nanotechnology. In the present study, we report one-pot biogenic fabrication of palladium nanoparticles by a simple procedure using broth of Cinnamomum camphora leaf without extra surfactant, capping agent, and/or template. The mean size of palladium nanoparticles, ranging from 3.2 to 6.0 nm, could be facilely controlled by merely varying the initial concentration of the palladium ions. The polyols components and the heterocyclic components were believed to be responsible for the reduction of palladium ions and the stabilization of palladium nanoparticles, respectively.

在室温条件下,经过三步反应,合成了一系列N-3烷基取代的嘧啶类化合物.该方法具有条件温和、操作简便、反应时间短、产率高等特点.目标产物经过了1HNMR,13C NMR和MS确证表征.     

Study of Nonlinear Resonance Effect in Paul Trap

In this article, we investigated the nonlinear resonance effect in the Paul trap with a superimposed hexapole field, which was assumed as a perturbation to the quadrupole field. On the basis of the Poincare-Lighthill-Kuo (PLK) perturbation method, ion motional equation, known as nonlinear Mathieu equation (NME) was expressed as the addition of approximation equations in terms of perturbation order. We discussed the frequency characteristics of ion axial-radial (z-r) coupled motion in the nonlinear field, derived the expressions of ion trajectories and nonlinear resonance conditions, and found that the mechanism of nonlinear resonance is similar to the normal resonance. The frequency spectrum of ion motion in nonlinear field includes not only the natural frequency series but also nonlinear introduced frequency series, which provide the driving force for the nonlinear resonance. The nonlinear field and the nonlinear effects are inevitable in practical ion trap experiments. Our method provides better understanding of these nonlinear effects and would be helpful for the instrumentation for ion trap mass spectrometers.      

Asymmetric Synthesis, Antifungal Activity and Molecular Modeling of Iodiconazole Isomers

Iodiconazole is a novel antifungal agent that was developed in its racemic form. In order to investigate the ef- fects of the chiral center on the antifungal activity, R- and S-isomers of iodiconazole were prepared on the basis of the asymmetric Sharpless epoxidation. （S）-Iodiconazole was proved to have better antifungal activity than the （R）- isomer. The binding modes of the two isomers with lanosterol 14~z-demethylase were clarified by molecular dock- ing.     

A Highly Selective Colorimetric Sensor for Cu2+ Based on Phenolic Group Biscarbonyl Hydrazone

A novel copper selective sensor 2 based on hydrazide and salicylaldehyde has been designed and prepared. Sensor 2 behaves a single selectivity and sensitivity in the recognition for Cu²⁺ over other metal ions such as Fe³⁺, Hg²⁺, Ag⁺, Ca²⁺, Zn²⁺, Pb²⁺, Cd²⁺, Ni²⁺, Co²⁺, Cr³⁺ and Mg²⁺ in DMSO. The distinct color change and the rapid changement of fluorescence emission provide naked‐eyes detection for Cu²⁺. The UV‐vis data indicate that 1:2 stoichiometry complex is formed by sensor 2 and Cu²⁺. The association constant K_s was 3.51×10⁴ mol^?1·L. The detection limitation of Cu²⁺ with the sensor 2 was 2.2×10^?7 mol·L^?1. The sensing of Cu²⁺ by this sensor was found to be reversible, with the Cu²⁺‐induced color being lost upon addition of EDTA.     

惰性化学键活化与重组

惰性化学键的活化与重组是近几年来非常热门的研究领域, 同时这个领域也非常富有挑战性. 本文以麻生明教授为首席的国家重点基础研究发展项目（973项目）“惰性化学键的选择性激活、重组及其控制”为基础, 阐述了惰性碳-杂原子键, 碳-氢键, 碳-碳键, 二氧化碳和氧气小分子四个方面的活化和重组, 介绍了一些催化合成的新方法. 这些新方法在完成惰性化学键活化和重组的同时, 也注重于降低污染, 使用更温和的条件, 提高了原子经济性, 为可持续发展战略提供了强有力的技术支持.     

合成伏格列波糖的工艺改进

对合成伏格列波糖的工艺进行了改进。以葡萄糖为起始原料,经12步反应合成了伏格列波糖,总收率25.3%,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR确证。     

Design of Sensitive Biocompatible Quantum‐Dots Embedded in Mesoporous Silica Microspheres for the Quantitative Immunoassay of Human Immunodeficiency Virus‐1 Antibodies

A novel sandwich‐type electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor was developed to enable the sensitive detection of HIV‐1 antibodies. This system incorporated mesoporous silica (mSiO₂) complexed with quantum dots (QDs) and nano‐gold particles, which were assembled to enhance signal detection. Magnetic beads were used by immobilizing the secondary anti‐IgG antibody. This was first employed to capture HIV‐1 antibody (Ab) to form a Fe₃O₄/anti‐IgG/Ab complex. A high loading and signal‐enhanced nanocomposite (hereafter referred to as Au‐mSiO₂‐CdTe) was used as a HIV‐1 antigen label. The Au‐mSiO₂‐CdTe nanocomposite was conjugated with the Fe₃O₄/anti‐IgG/Ab complex to form an immunocomplex (hereafter referred to as Fe₃O₄/anti‐IgG/Ab/HIV‐1/CdTe‐mSiO₂‐Au). This complex could be further separated by an external magnetic field to produce ECL signals. Due to the large specific surface area and pore volume of mSiO₂, the loading of the CdTe QDs was markedly increased. Thus, the loaded QDs released a powerful chemiluminescent signal with a concordantly increased sensitivity of the immunosensor. The immunosensor was highly sensitive, and displayed a linear range of responses for HIV‐1 antibody across a dilution range of 1 : 1500 through 1 : 50 with the detection limit of 1 : 4500. The immunoassay can be a promising candidate in early diagnosis of HIV infection.
