Hydrozirconation of cis-2-butene with Cp*ZrHCl[N(t-Bu)C(Me)N(Et)], generated in situ through hydrogenolysis of Cp*ZrCl(SiMe2Ph)[N(t-Bu)C(Me)N(Et)] (5), proceeds in high yield to produce a 1:2 mixture of the kinetically stable, diastereomeric sec-butyl complexes, 3a and 3b. Hydrozirconation of trans-2-butene under identical conditions provides a 2:1 mixture of 3a and 3b. Isolation of diastereomerically pure 3a was achieved through reaction of Cp*ZrCl2[N(t-Bu)C(Me)N(Et)] (4) with sec-butyllithium to provide a 2:1 ratio of 3a and 3b, followed by fractional crystallization. Crystallographic analysis of 3a establishes the relative configuration of the sec-butyl group with respect to the chiral zirconium center, thereby permitting construction of diastereomeric transition states that explain the origin of high face selectivity in the hydrozirconation of cis-2-butene. Finally, both iodinative zirconium-carbon bond cleavage and insertion of tert-butyl isocyanide into the zirconium-carbon bond of the sec-butyl group of 3a were found to proceed in high yield and with retention of the secondary alkyl structure. Two novel compounds, [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](4-abs)(2).H(2)O (1) and [Mn(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](4-abs)(2).2H(2)O (2) (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine; 4-abs = 4-aminobenzenesulfonate), have been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, UV-vis and IR spectra, and TG analysis. X-ray structural analysis revealed that 1 and 2 both possess unusual hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional (3-D) networks encapsulating one-dimensional (1-D) covalently bonded infinite [M(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) (M = Co, Mn) chains. The 4-abs anions in 1 form 1-D zigzag chains through hydrogen bonds. These chains are further extended through crystallization water molecules into 3-D hydrogen-bonded networks with 1-D channels, in which the [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) linear covalently bonded chains are located. Crystal data for 1: C(22)H(30)CoN(4)O(11)S(2), monoclinic P2(1), a = 11.380(2) A, b = 8.0274(16) A, c = 15.670(3) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 92.82(3) degrees, Z = 2. Compound 2 contains interesting two-dimensional (2-D) honeycomb-like networks formed by 4-abs anions and lattice water molecules via hydrogen bonding, which are extended through other crystallization water molecules into three dimensions with 1-D hexagonal channels. The [Mn(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) linear covalent chains exist in these channels. The development of tissue engineering scaffolds is of great significance for the repair and regeneration of damaged tissues and organs. Silk fibroin (SF) is a natural protein polymer with good biocompatibility, biodegradability, excellent physical and mechanical properties and processability, making it an ideal universal tissue engineering scaffold material. Nanofibers prepared by electrospinning have attracted extensive attention in the field of tissue engineering due to their excellent mechanical properties, high specific surface area, and similar morphology as to extracellular matrix (ECM). The combination of silk fibroin and electrospinning is a promising strategy for the preparation of tissue engineering scaffolds. In this review, the research progress of electrospun silk fibroin nanofibers in the regeneration of skin, vascular, bone, neural, tendons, cardiac, periodontal, ocular and other tissues is discussed in detail. 相似文献

We report the first X‐ray crystallographic structure of the “head‐to‐middle” prenyltransferase, isosesquilavandulyl diphosphate synthase, involved in biosynthesis of the merochlorin class of antibiotics. The protein adopts the ζ or cis‐prenyl transferase fold but remarkably, unlike tuberculosinol adenosine synthase and other cis‐prenyl transferases (e.g. cis‐farnesyl, decaprenyl, undecaprenyl diphosphate synthases), the large, hydrophobic side chain does not occupy a central hydrophobic tunnel. Instead, it occupies a surface pocket oriented at 90° to the hydrophobic tunnel. Product chain‐length control is achieved by squeezing out the ligand from the conventional allylic S1 binding site, with proton abstraction being achieved using a diphosphate‐Asn‐Ser relay. The structures revise and unify our thinking as to the mechanism of action of many other prenyl transferases and may also be of use in engineering new merochlorin‐class antibiotics. 相似文献

In this paper, a class of neural networks called bidirectional associative memory (BAM) networks with impulses is discussed. Some sufficient conditions are established for the existence and global exponential stability of a unique periodic solution and the exponentially convergent rate is estimated. The sufficient conditions are easy to be verified and when the impulsive jumps are absent, the results reduce to those of the non-impulsive systems. To investigate the flutter characteristics of a folding wing with different configurations, a parameterized aeroelastic model is proposed. First, a parameterized structural model is established based on the substructure synthesis. Afterwards, the parameterized aerodynamic model is derived for each lifting surface using the so-called Doublet Lattice Method (DLM). The correctness of the resulting aeroelastic model is verified via NASTRAN. Finally, some aeroelastic simulations are performed using the proposed aeroelastic model. The results demonstrate that the flutter characteristics of the folding wing are very sensitive to the folding angle. With increasing folding angle, a transition between two unstable modes occurs. Such a transition results in a sudden change of flutter mode shapes and a jump of critical flutter frequency. Besides, there exists a region of folding angle, where the flutter behavior of the folding wing strongly depends on the structural damping. 相似文献
