An immunoassay in which BPA competed with a BPA-horseradish peroxidase conjugate for binding to anti-BPA antibodies, coupled to a piezoelectric (PZ) immunosensor, was able to detect 0.1 ng mL(-1) BPA. To enhance the sensitivity of the assay, we tested nanoparticles approximately 200 nm in diameter, coupled to anti-BPA antibodies, to increase the mass change on the surface of the immunosensor and thereby increase the frequency shift detected. This second step, using nanoparticles coated with anti-BPA antibodies, improved the sensitivity of the assay by approximately eight times at BPA concentrations below 10 ng mL(-1). Field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) showed that polymeric 2-methacrolyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) nanoparticles coupled to antibodies remained monodisperse on the surface of the immunosensor and therefore produced stable signals in the immunosensors. Since the frequency shift detected in the assay mainly originated from the mass change on the surface of the PZ crystal, the colloidal stability of the antibody-conjugated particles used in the enhancement step played an extremely important role in achieving a stable and highly sensitive signal.  相似文献

Six reducing monosaccharides (mannose, galactose, fucose, glucose, xylose, and arabinose) were derivatized with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (PMP) and chiral resolution of these racemic PMP-monosaccharides was studied by ligand-exchange CE using borate anion as a central ion of the chiral selector and (S)-3-amino-1,2-propanediol (SAP) as a chiral selector ligand. PMP-mannose, PMP-galactose and PMP-fucose were successfully enantioseparated. Lowering the capillary temperature increased the resolution of PMP-mannose system, but decreased that of PMP-galactose and PMP-fucose systems. Whereas the maximum resolution was obtained at pH 8.9 in the PMP-mannose system, resolution increased gradually with pH in the PMP-galactose and PMP-fucose systems. Expecting the formation of the ternary borate complexes with SAP and PMP-monosaccharide in the CE experiments, the optimized structures of the borate diastereomers were obtained by semiempirical molecular orbital calculations to discuss the structural difference of the diastereomers in connection with the enantioseparation behaviors.  相似文献

The new lithium ionic conductors, thio-LISICON (LIthium SuperIonic CONductor), were found in the ternary Li2S-SiS2-Al2S3 and Li2S-SiS2-P2S5 systems. Their structures of new materials, Li4+xSi1−xAlxS4 and Li4−xSi1−xPxS4 were determined by X-ray Rietveld analysis, and the electric and electrochemical properties were studied by electronic conductivity, ac conductivity and cyclic voltammogram measurements. The structure of the host material, Li4SiS4 is related to the γ-Li3PO4-type structure, and when the Li+ interstitials or Li+ vacancies were created by the partial substitutions of Al3+ or P5+ for Si4+, large increases in conductivity occur. The solid solution member x=0.6 in Li4−xSi1−xPxS4 showed high conductivity of 6.4×10-4 S cm−1 at 27°C with negligible electronic conductivity. The new solid solution, Li4−xSi1−xPxS4, also has high electrochemical stability up to ∼5 V vs Li at room temperature. All-solid-state lithium cells were investigated using the Li3.4Si0.4P0.6S4 electrolyte, LiCoO2 cathode and In anode.  相似文献

A ternary type-I Si clathrate K(8)Ga(8)Si(38) has been revealed to be an indirect band gap semiconducting material with an energy gap (E(g)) of approximately 0.10 eV, which is much smaller than the calculated E(g) value that is 0.15 eV wider than E(g) of elemental Si with the diamond-type structure.  相似文献

High diastereo- and enantioselectivities were obtained for the asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides generated from N-alkylideneglycine esters with dipolarophiles using chiral phosphine-copper complexes as catalysts. Whereas the cycloaddition of azomethine ylides catalyzed by metal salts generally afforded endo-adducts as the predominant product, the present method is the first example of an exo-selective cycloaddition. Kinetic studies on the stepwise phosphine sulfide formation reaction of the five-coordinate trigonal-bipyramidal Pd(II) complexes with the tripodal tetradentate phosphine ligand, [PdCl(pp3)]Cl and [Pd(4-Cltp)(pp3)](BF4) (pp3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]phosphine; 4-Cltp = 4-chlorothiophenolate), were carried out, and it was revealed that the reactions proceeded via the intermediate with a pendant dissociated phosphino group. Formation of the intermediate was utilized for the bridging reaction onto Pt(II) to form the phosphine-bridged linear trinuclear and cyclic tetranuclear mixed-metal complexes. Difference in the steric conversion mechanism in the phosphine-bridging reaction between the linear tridentate phosphine (bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]phenylphosphine) and pp3 is also reported.  相似文献

The phase behaviour of two achiral bent core banana-shaped compounds, the hexyloxy (compound I) and decyloxy (compound II) members of the 1,3-phenylene bis[N-(2-hydroxy-4-n-alkoxybenzylidene)-4′-aminobenzoate] series was investigated under hydrostatic pressures up to 300?MPa using high pressure differential thermal analysis and light transmission methods. The reversible transition sequence crystal (Cr1)–B1 phase–isotropic liquid (I), observed at room pressure for compound I, remains in the pressure region up to c 70?MPa. At higher pressures a pressure-induced crystalline phase (Cri) appears between the Cr1 and B1 phases, its temperature region becoming wider with increasing pressure. The temperature vs. pressure phase diagram shows a triple point of 72.9?MPa and 160.3°C for the Cr1, Cri and B1 phases, indicating the lower limit of pressure for the Cri phase. In compound II the reversible transition sequence crystal (Cr1)–B2 phase–I is seen over the whole pressure region, and the temperature range of the B2 phase remains unaltered. It is concluded that both the B1 and B2 banana phases are stable over the whole pressure region studied.  相似文献

The regulation of multicolor fluorescence changes in mechanochromic fluorescence (MCF) remains a challenging task. Herein, we report the regulation of MCF using a donor-acceptor structure. Two crystal polymorphs, BTD-pCHO(O) and BTD-pCHO(R) produced by the introduction of formyl groups to an MCF dye, respond to a mechanical stimulus, allowing a three-color fluorescence change. Specifically, the orange-colored fluorescence of the metastable BTD-pCHO(O) polymorph changed to a deep-red color in the amorphous-like state to finally give a red color in the stable BTD-pCHO(R) polymorph. This change occurred by mechanical grinding followed by vapor fuming. The two different crystal packing patterns were selectively regulated by the electronic effect of the introduced functional groups. The two types of selectively formed crystals in BTD(F)-pCHO bearing fluorine atoms, and BTD(OMe)-pCHO bearing methoxy groups, respond to mechanical grinding, allowing for the regulation of multicolor MCL from a three-color change to two different types of two-color changes.  相似文献
