多波长光纤激光器是未来波分复用光通信系统的理想光源,提出和展示了一个基于非线性偏振旋转效应的多波长光纤激光器,非线性偏振旋转诱导的强度相关非均匀损耗能有效地抑制均匀加宽增益介质掺铒光纤中的模式竞争,从而使光纤激光器在室温下产生稳定的多波长输出,实验实现了最多18个波长的多波长输出.另外,此激光器没有使用传统的滤波器,而是在激光腔内插入一段保偏光纤,保偏光纤与偏振相关隔离器构成一等效Lyot双折射光纤周期性滤波器.利用这种在线型的双折射光纤滤波器简化了光纤激光器的结构,使它更易于集成.还实验研究了多波长输出随抽运功率的演化,发现抽运功率对多波长的均匀性影响很大. 相似文献

The emission and excitation spectra of Cr3+ -doped Gd3Ga5O12 (GGG) and Gd3Sc2Ga3O12 (GSGG) are explained in the light of multisite effects. The situation is particularly complicated in the case of GSGG, where the different sites have2E energy levels near each other which overlap with the4A2 4T2 absorption bands. A series of Er3+-doped Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2-Na2O glasses with different hydroxyl groups were prepared and the interaction between the Er3+ ions and OH groups was investigated. Infrared spectra were measured in order to calculate the exact content of OH groups in samples. The observed increase of the fluorescence lifetime with the oxygen bubbling time has been related to the reduction in the OH content concentration evidenced by infrared (IR) absorption spectra, which confirmed that the OH groups were dominant quenching centers of excited Er3+ and a cause of concentration quenching of 1.5 μm band emission. Various nonradiative decay rates from 4I13/2 of Er3+ with the change of OH content were determined from the fluorescence lifetimes and radiative decay rates, which were calculated on the basis of Judd-Ofelt theory. 相似文献

Bulk ultrafine-grained Ni50.8Ti49.2 alloy (UFG-NiTi) was successfully fabricated by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) technique in the present study, and to further improve its surface biocompatibility, surface modification techniques including sandblasting, acid etching and alkali treatment were employed to produce either irregularly roughened surface or microporous surface or hierarchical porous surface with bioactivity. The effect of the above surface treatments on the surface roughness, wettability, corrosion behavior, ion release, apatite forming ability and cytocompatibility of UFG-NiTi alloy were systematically investigated with the coarse-grained NiTi alloy as control. The pitting corrosion potential (Epit) was increased from 393 mV (SCE) to 704 mV (SCE) with sandblasting and further increased to 1539 mV (SCE) with following acid etching in HF/HNO3 solution. All the above surface treatment increased the apatite forming ability of UFG-NiTi in varying degrees when soaked them in simulated body fluid (SBF). Meanwhile, both sandblasting and acid etching could promote the cytocompatibility for osteoblasts: sandblasting enhanced cell attachment and acid etching increased cell proliferation. The different corrosion behavior, apatite forming ability and cellular response of UFG-NiTi after different surface modifications are attributed to the topography and wettability of the resulting surface oxide layer. 相似文献

Interaction of two identical excitable spiral waves in a bilayer system is studied. We find that the two spiral waves can be completely synchronized if the coupling strength is sufficiently large. Prior to the complete synchronization, we find a new type of weak synchronization between the two coupled systems, i.e., the spiral wave of the driven system has the same geometric shape as the spiral wave of the driving system but with a much lower amplitude. This general behavior, called projective synchronization of two spiral waves, is similar to projective synchronization of two coupled nonlinear oscillators, which has been extensively studied before. The angular distributions of the (p, d), (d, t) and(3He, ) reactions on13C have been analysed within the framework of DWBA in which additional information on nuclear vertex constants was introduced. Although all these reactions seem to be similar single nucleon transfer, their mechanism is shown to be quite different and so is the information extracted thereof. While from the (p, d) reactions spectroscopic factors may be extracted unambiguously, from the (d, t) reactions it is possible to obtain directly the values of vertex constants only, which in turn are consistent with those determined by extrapolation of the experimental cross sections of the (p, d) reactions to the pole.In the case of (3He, ) reactions, however, the analysis indicates inadequacy of the DWBA concerning the calculations of central partial amplitudes. For a more reliable extraction of structural information, besides the correct normalization of peripheral amplitudes, a contribution of more complex mechanisms must be taken into account. 相似文献

We report on Raman scattering of VO2 films prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering under different conditions. Our investigations revealed that the dominated Raman peaks shift towards high frequency for both V-rich and O-rich VO2 films, compared with the stoichiometry VO2 films. The experimental evidence is presented and the cause for nonstoichiometry dependence of Raman spectra of VO2 films is discussed. 相似文献
