计算机视觉中传统的物体三维形状恢复方法大都基于光源是无穷远点光源的假设,如由单幅图像恢复三维形状(shapefromshading)光度立体视觉(photometricstereo)方法等。实际环境中的光源往往不能满足这个假设,因此大大限制了这些方法的应用,本文提出了一种更加实用的球扩光源模型,并推导出此光源下反射物体表面的反射图,此模型在三维坐标系中描述了球光源位置,亮度,漫反射物体表面反射度与  相似文献

 概括了光束质量的表示方法, 由衍射极限倍数的定义出发, 提出重点在于选取光斑直径, 而且可把光斑测量归结到电子测试仪对剪切电平的测量上。给出了电子测试仪的测试原理, 由所测光斑直径计算了氧碘化学激光器U R290腔的光束质量指标—衍射极限倍数, 达到了1.2~1.6倍衍射极限, 最后进行了误差讨论。  相似文献

Hollow crosslinked polymers (HCPs) were synthesized using arm first method via atom transfer radical polymerization. The polymerization process was performed in miniemulsion system, in which the macroinitiator, PEG‐Br, was in the water phase, whereas the vinyl‐monomer, 4‐vinylpyridine (4VP), and the crosslinker, DVB, were in the butanone phase. TEM images and light scattering characterization showed that the resultant polymer contained a hollow space, and the volume of the hollow space could be adjusted by changing the ratio of water to butanone. Also, hollow crosslinked Miktoarm polymers (HCMPs) were synthesized through this method when two different macroinitiators, PEG‐Br and PNIPAM‐Br, were used to coinitiate the polymerization of the vinyl‐monomer, 4VP and DVB. The 1H NMR spectra showed that the hollow polymers contained both PEG arms and PNIPAM arms. The observation of a ring-shaped single-mode field pattern at Stokes wavelengths of backward stimulated Raman scattering in a multimode fiber is reported for the first time. This phenomenon and some other novel experimental and numerical results are presented to explain the mechanism. It has been proved that self-focusing plays little role in the formation of the ring-shaped structure. The ring-shaped pattern is attributed to the refractive index profile of the fiber used in the experiment. It corresponds to the fundamental mode of the fiber and mode competition causes the Stokes waves to propagate in the fundamental mode.  相似文献

Gold nanoparticles are immobilized in the hydrophilic coronas of spherical micelle carriers for high catalytic activity. The micelle is formed by self-assembly of block copolymer, polystyrene-b-poly (acrylic acid), in basic aqueous solution (pH 10) and has a polystyrene core and a poly (acrylic acid) corona. The gold nanoparticles are anchored into the poly (acrylic acid) corona by in situ reduction of the mixture of HAuCl4 and micelle with NaBH4. The sizes of the gold nanoparticles can be adjusted by changing the content of the HAuCl4. In the process of catalyzing p-nitrophenol to p-aminophenol, the reaction shows one-order kinetics, furthermore, the reaction rate increases with the concentration of composites as well as reaction temperature. Comparing the composites with polystyrene as core and poly (4-vinylpyridine)/Au as corona, the catalytic activity of the present composites is higher, which is ascribed to their hydrophilic corona structure.  相似文献

A pyramid and nanowire binary structure of monocrystalline silicon wafer was fabricated by chemical etching. Much lower reflectance of silicon wafer with this structure was obtained compared with that of single pyramid or nanowaire arrays. The morphology, reflectivity and etching thickness of this structure were studied, as well as the influence on them caused by etching time and thickness of silver film. An average reflectance of 0.9% was obtained under optimized condition. The formation mechanism of silicon nanowires was explained by experimental evidence.  相似文献

Inspired by natural photosynthesis, we employed polymeric micelles to enhance the water solubility and photostability of hydrophobic metallo-tetraphenylporphyrin (metallo-TPP) by complexation with poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine) (PEG-b-P4VP) via axial coordination. The structure and photochemical properties of the complex micelles were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and laser light scatting. The photostability and electron transfer ability of metalloporphyrins in the micelles were investigated under continuous irradiation. The results show that metallo-TPPs entrapped in the micellar cores possess higher photostability and better electron transfer ability. The hydrophobic metalloporphyrins remains active inside the micelles which is reminiscent of chlorophyll protein complex in photosynthesis. The use of micelle thus may provide a promising system on designing photocatalysts for targeting applications in solar energy conversion and photodynamic tumor therapy (PDT).  相似文献

Cyanogramide ( 1 ) from the marine actinomycete Actinoalloteichus cyanogriseus WH1‐2216‐6 features a unique spirooxindole skeleton and exhibits significant bioactivity to efficiently reverse drug resistance in tumor cells. The biosynthetic gene cluster of 1 in A. cyanogriseus WH1‐2216‐6 was identified and refactored by promoter engineering for heterologous expression in Streptomyces coelicolor YF11, thereby enabling the production of 1 and five new derivatives. Interesting, four of them, including 1 , were identified as enantiomeric mixtures in different ratios. The functions of tailoring enzymes, including two methyltransferases (CyaEF), and three cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (CyaGHI) were confirmed by gene inactivation and feeding experiments, leading to the elucidation of a concise biosynthetic pathway for 1 . Notably, CyaH was biochemically verified to catalyze the formation of the spirooxindole skeleton in 1 through an unusual carbocation‐mediated semipinacol‐type rearrangement reaction.  相似文献
