通过教学过程和互动设计保障在线教学的效果

Based on the analysis of the courses and the investigation of students' online learning needs, an online teaching mode of "Tencent Classroom" and "Rain Classroom" with "split screen" is designed. This mode is used for the online teaching of "Foundation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship" and "Chemical Instrumentation and Automation". After two months of teaching practice, the teaching and learning were reflected and summarized, aiming to improve the performance of online teaching.     

QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定枸杞中农药残留

建立了QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定枸杞中农药残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取，采用乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷（PSA）、C18和石墨化炭黑（GCB）3种吸附剂净化，在多反应监测模式（MRM）下进行检测，基质外标法定量。结果显示，检测项目在5~500 μg/L范围内呈良好线性（R²>0.99），在3个添加水平下测得回收率为71.5%~109.7%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.94%~9.87%（n=6）。该方法灵敏度高、净化效果好，可同时快速检测有机磷类、有机氯类农药。     

Dynamic NMR Studies of Some Halo and Mercaptide Bridged Palladium (II) Dimers

Some halo or mercaptide bridged palladium (II) dimers, [Pd(S₂CNR₂)X]₃ (R=ibutyl, X=Cl, Br, I, S-ethyl and S-t-butyl) were studied by variable temperature ¹H nmr spectroscopy. Line shape changes of the chloro and bromo bridged dimers were interpretated by the solvolytic breaking of the Pd-X bond, while mercaptide bridged complexes were explained in terms of slow N-C single bond rotation. The results consist with the strengthness of the class b metal ion with various soft donor ligands.     

Direct Electrochemistry of Cytochrome c on EDTA-ZrO2 Organic-inorganic Hybrid Film Modified ElectrodesState Key Laborator3.＂ of Chemo／Biosensing and Chemometrics, Hunan Universit3; Changsha. Hunan 410082. China

A composite film of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA)‐ZrO₂ organic‐inorganic hybrid was prepared based on the chelation between Zr(IV) and EDTA. The direct electrochemical behavior of cytochrome c (cyt. c) at the hybrid film modified glassy carbon electrodes was investigated. The immobilized EDTA can promote the redox of heme in horse heart cyt. c which gives rise to a pair of reversible redox peaks with a formal potential of 40 mV (vs. SCE). The peak current increased linearly with the increase of cyt. c concentration in the range of 1.6 × 10^?6—8.0 × 10^?5 mol·L^?1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.996. Further investigation shows that metal ions can impede the electron transfer of cyt. c. The impediment capability of metal ions depends on their coordination capability with EDTA and their valence number.     

Synthesis α‐aminonitrile through anodic cyanation of N‐benzylpiperidine

Six‐membered cyclic α‐aminonitrile has been prepared from anodic cyanation of N‐benzylpiperidine. Good yields of α‐aminonitriles could be obtained through potentiostatic electrolysis under different conditions. The results also explain why high yield α‐aminonitriles could not be obtained under constant current electrolysis.     

Preparation of polymer-supported phosphine from ferrocene for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions

Polymer-supported phosphine ligand 3b derived from ferrocene was prepared,and applied in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki- Miyaura reactions.A range of aryl bromides can couple with phenylboronic acid to obtain corresponding biaryls in excellent yields. The recycling of the polymer-bound catalyst was tested without adding palladium.     

Evaluation of Eigenvalues by Successive Variations

A successive variation method was studied and tested on the hydrogen molecular ion H₂⁺. Results show that it takes less computational time than conventional method. It was also found that ground state wavefunction of H₂⁺ can be well approximated by the linear combination of the simplest Gaussian orbitals e^?I(T-a)3     

四苯基卟啉铂电致发光性能的研究

四苯基卟啉铂(PtTPP)可以作为红光掺杂材料制备有机电致发光器件，采用的器件结构为[ITO／CuPc／NPB／BePP2：PtTPP／LiF／Al]，其中BePP2：PtTPP的共沉积膜作为发射层．实验结果表明在发射层中存在着从BePP2到PtTPP的能量传递．通过改变掺杂层中PtTPP的浓度来考察器件的性能，当PtTPP的掺杂浓度在8％(物质的量比)时，器件呈现纯正的红光发射，发射峰位于668nm，器件的效率为0．004lm／W．     

柱偶联装置在毛细管等速电泳中的应用

根据自制的ＯＣＥＰ－１型离子分析仪的特点，设计了一套新的住偶联装置。提高了分离容量，可以用来检测复杂混合物中的低浓度组分。用等速电泳法测定了高浓度Ｃｌ＾－，Ａｃ＾－存在时的Ｆ＾－。这个装置对于处理离子性组分，无论在研究工作还是实际分析工作中，都是很有用的。     

Spectrophotometric determination of aluminium with chlorophosphonazo I

Aluminium reacts with Chlorophosphonazo I at pH 4-6 to form a water-soluble 1:1 red-violet complex. The absorption maximum is at 610 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.96 x 10(4) l.mole(-1).cm(-1). The apparent instability constant has been calculated to be 1.8 x 10(-4). The colour of the complex is stable for 24 hr. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range up to 0.8 mug ml . Titanium and zirconium interfere seriously.
