1,3-二甲基尿嘧啶二聚体的飞行时间质谱裂解规律研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用不同进样方式、不同电子轰击能量和不同反应气压力测定了1,3 二甲基尿嘧啶二聚体(DMUD) 的4个立体异构体A、B、C、D的化学电离(CI)和电子轰击电离(EI)飞行时间质谱.不同方式所测得的CI谱结 果一致,4个异构体出现了强度不同的准分子离子峰(m/z=281),由此推断它们结构之间的相对稳定性次序为: B(trans syn)>D(cis syn)>A(trans anti)>C(cis anti).这一结论被低能量(25eV)电子轰击的EI谱所证实, 并且与合成产物的比例相吻合.EI谱用任何方式测谱均不出现分子离子峰(m/z=280),而出现其单体离子(m/z =140)且为基峰。给出了DMUD的飞行时间质谱裂解途径,同时对CI谱的裂解碎片进行了细致的讨论.  相似文献

We report electrical transport measurements on individual disordered multiwalled carbon nanotubes, grown catalytically in a nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide template. In both as-grown and annealed types of nanotubes, the low-field conductance shows an exp[−(T0/T)1/2] dependence on temperature T, suggesting that hopping conduction is the dominant transport mechanism, albeit with different disorder-related coefficients T0. The electric field dependence of low-temperature conductance behaves as exp[−(ξ0/ξ)1/2] at high electric field ξ at sufficiently low T. Finally, both annealed and unannealed nanotubes exhibit weak positive magnetoresistance at . Comparison with theory indicates that our data are best explained by Coulomb-gap variable-range hopping conduction and permits the extraction of disorder-dependent localization length and dielectric constant.  相似文献

TiO2-coated activated carbon (TiO2/AC) composites and pure TiO2 powders were prepared by a sol-gel method using tetrabutylorthotitanate as a precursor. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) and nitrogen absorption. The photoactivity of samples was evaluated by methylene blue (MB) degradation. The analysis results show that compared with pure TiO2 powders, the spherical-shaped TiO2 particles are well-dispersed in the AC matrix and the size of the resulting TiO2 crystallites decreases to below 40 nm with increasing phase transformation temperature. The AC matrix creates anti-calcination effects and shows interfacial energy effects that control the growth of the TiO2 particles, baffle the anatase to rutile phase transition, and cumber the TiO2 particles to agglomerate. Compared with the surface areas of TiO2 powders, the combination of TiO2 and AC forms composites with high surface areas which are slightly affected by calcination temperature. By AC support, the photoactivity of TiO2 is increased in MB photocatalytic course, possible because active carbon increases photocatalytic activity of TiO2 particles by producing high concentration of organic compound near TiO2, and small-size TiO2 particles are well-dispersed on the surface of AC.  相似文献

采用系统非线性描述和分析方法,从基于红外参考辐射源的校正算法原理入手,提出了一种新的红外焦平面非均匀性校正方法.该算法将每个探测器单元视为一个非线性系统,因此,该算法原理既对基于红外参考辐射源的非均匀性校正算法成立,对基于场景的校正算法在一定条件下也有效,能够适应非均匀性随时间和环境改变而发生缓慢变化的情形,是一种自适应算法.  相似文献

水稻土可见-近红外-中红外光谱特性与有机质预测研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
土壤有机质是农田肥力评估的重要指标,要实现快速获取大面积土壤有机质的含量需要建立高效、稳健的预测模型。光谱技术能够快速诊断土壤有机质,以水稻土为例,从校正样本选择方法的对比,研究了可见-近红外、中红外和可见-近红外-中红外三种不同波段光谱对土壤有机质的预测能力。可见-近红外和中红外区域的光谱反射率转换成吸收率后通过Savitzky-Golay平滑法去噪,通过三种校正样本选择方法建立相应的偏最小二乘回归预测模型。通过Rank-KS法建立的三种波段的有机质预测模型均优于Rank法和KS法,中红外波段光谱的模型预测能力强于可见-近红外和可见-近红外-中红外波段的预测模型,基于Rank-KS法建立的中红外波段有机质预测模型取得了最好的预测效果,RMSEP仅为3.25 g·kg-1,RPD达到4.24,依据VIP得分筛选出可见-近红外和中红外波段的水稻土有机质重要建模波段。因此,中红外光谱建模技术能够对水稻土有机质进行快速定量分析,Rank-KS法可提高模型的预测能力,为今后农田肥力评价和科学施肥提供技术支持。  相似文献

The far-field and near-field properties of a spherical nematic liquid crystal (NLC) coated metal nanoparticle (NPs) have been investigated in an external field, basing on the quasistatic theory. The resonant wavelength is tunable by varying metallic material of core, anisotropy extent and thickness of liquid crystals (LCs). The field enhancement is along the incident polarization near the outer surface of the shell. The direction of field is reverse in the inner surface comparing with the one if outer shell. In contrast to isotropy shell, the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) shows an obvious red shift and field enhancement near outer surface of the shell always is stronger.  相似文献

Many spinal cord circulatory disorders present the substantial involvement of small vessel lesions. The central sulcus arteries supply nutrition to a large part of the spinal cord, and, if not detected early, lesions in the spinal cord will cause irreversible damage to the function of this organ. Thus, early detection of these small vessel lesions could potentially facilitate the effective diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. However, the detection of such small vessels is beyond the capability of current imaging techniques. In this study, an imaging method is proposed and the potential of phase‐contrast imaging (PCI)‐ and attenuation‐contrast imaging (ACI)‐based synchrotron radiation for high‐resolution tomography of intramedullary arteries in mouse spinal cord is validated. The three‐dimensional vessel morphology, particularly that of the central sulcus arteries (CSA), detected with these two imaging models was quantitatively analyzed and compared. It was determined that both PCI‐ and ACI‐based synchrotron radiation can be used to visualize the physiological arrangement of the entire intramedullary artery network in the mouse spinal cord in both two dimensions and three dimensions at a high‐resolution scale. Additionally, the two‐dimensional and three‐dimensional vessel morphometric parameter measurements obtained with PCI are similar to the ACI data. Furthermore, PCI allows efficient and direct discrimination of the same branch level of the CSA without contrast agent injection and is expected to provide reliable biological information regarding the intramedullary artery. Compared with ACI, PCI might be a novel imaging method that offers a powerful imaging platform for evaluating pathological changes in small vessels and may also allow better clarification of their role in neurovascular disorders.  相似文献

An all-fiber Yb-doped Q-switched fiber ring laser system is reported. The laser system uses an all-fiber M-Z interferometer which plays both roles of Qswitch and tunable filter. Theoretical analysis and primary experimental results are given. A continuous tuning range 6fover 7 nm (from 1035 nm to 1042 nm) and a very stable pulse train with repetition rates exceeding 3 kHz and pulse width of 1.1μs were obtained. 软件测试是保证软件质量,提供可靠服务的重要技术手段。目前基于Web Service的分布式软件越来越多,其测试技术手段也越来越受到关注。Web Service的分布性和多样性使手工测试变得非常低效,因而需要不断提高Web Service测试的自动化程度。另外,云计算因其计算成本低、可伸缩性强的特点为自动化测试提供了新的支持环境。本文结合Web Service的测试需求,首次提出了基于云环境的Web Service接口自动化测试的技术框架,分析了框架内原子Web Service、组合Web Service测试的关键技术,并研发了基于CloudStack云平台的自动化测试的原型系统。实验结果表明,本文所提出的基于云平台的WebService自动化测试方案可行且提高了测试效率。  相似文献

The thermal behaviors of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)-grafted polypropylene (PP) (PP-g-GMA) with two different grafting degrees, namely, GPP1 and GPP2, were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and thermogravimetrical analysis (TGA). DSC results suggested that the GMA grafted PP exhibited higher crystallization temperature Tc, higher melting temperature Tm, and higher crystallinity compared with the neat PP. The isothermal crystallization kinetics was analyzed with the Avrami equation and the total crystallization activation energy was calculated. It was concluded that the crystallization processes of PP and the grafted PP were controlled by nucleation and the values of the crystallization activation energy of PP and the grafted PP were almost identical. POM results suggested that the GMA grafted PP exhibited smaller spherulites size compared with the neat PP. WAXD patterns indicated that the neat PP encouraged the formation of γ phase, compared with the grafted PP, during the crystallization process. DMA results showed that melt grafting did not induce a clear effect on the γ-transition and β-transition of the amorphous phase but resulted in a decrease in mobility of the PP chains in the crystals. TGA curves suggested that the melt grafting slightly improved the thermal stability of PP.  相似文献
