Triaza‐benzo[b]fluoren‐6‐one derivatives were synthesized via the three‐component reaction of aldehyde, cyclohexane‐1,3‐dione compound and 2‐aminobenzimidazole in water under microwave irradiation. The lowest-energy structures for all compositions of Ni n Cu m bimetallic clusters with N = n + m up to 20 atoms, N = 23, and N = 38 atoms have been determined using a genetic algorithm for unbiased structure optimization in combination with an embedded-atom method for the calculation of the total energy for a given structure. Comparing bimetallic clusters with homoatomic clusters of the same size, it is shown that the most stable structures for each cluster size are composed entirely of Ni atoms. Among the bimetallic clusters in the size range N = 2-20, the Ni N-1 Cu 1 clusters possess the highest stability. Further, it has been established that most of the bimetallic cluster structures have geometries similar to those of pure Ni clusters. The size N = 38 presents a special case, as the bimetallic clusters undergo a dramatic structural change with increasing atom fraction of Cu. Moreover, we have identified an icosahedron, a double, and a triple icosahedron with one, two, and three Ni atoms at the centers, respectively, as particularly stable structures. We show that in all global-minimum structures Ni atoms tend to occupy mainly high-coordination inner sites, and we confirm the segregation of Cu on the surface of Ni-Cu bimetallic clusters predicted in previous studies. Finally, it is observed that, in contrast to the bulk, the ground-state structures of the 15-, 16-, and 17-atom bimetallic clusters do not experience a smooth transition between the structures of the pure copper and the pure nickel clusters as a function of the relative number of the two types of atoms. For these sizes, the concentration effect on energy is more important than the geometric one.  相似文献

The present study reports the proof of principle of a reagentless aptameric sensor based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy with "signal-on" architecture using a model target of cocaine. This new aptameric sensor is based on the conformational change of the surface-tethered aptamer on a binding target that draws a certain Raman reporter in close proximity to the SERS substrate, thereby increasing the Raman scattering signal due to the local enhancement effect of SERS. To improve the response performance, the sensor is fabricated from a cocaine-templated mixed self-assembly of a 3'-terminal tetramethylrhodamine (TMR)-labeled DNA aptamer on a silver colloid film by means of an alkanethiol moiety at the 5' end. This immobilization strategy optimizes the orientation of the aptamer on the surface and facilitates the folding on the binding target. Under optimized assay conditions, one can determine cocaine at a concentration of 1 muM, which compares favorably with analogous aptameric sensors based on electrochemical and fluorescence techniques. The sensor can be readily regenerated by being washed with a buffer. These results suggest that the SERS-based transducer might create a new dimension for future development of aptameric sensors for sensitive determination in biochemical and biomedical studies.  相似文献

Metal selenites and tellurites are a class of very important compounds. In this paper, the structures and properties of metal selenites or tellurites combining with transition-metal (TM) ions with the d (0) electronic configuration or tetrahedral MO 4 building blocks of post-transition main-group elements were reviewed. Most compounds in the alkali or alkaline-earth-d (0) TM-Se (IV) (or Te (IV))-O systems exhibit extended anionic architectures composed of distorted octahedra of (d (0)) TM cations and tellurite or selenite groups. The distortion of the octahedron is always away from the lone-pair cation, and some of them exhibit excellent second-order nonlinear optical properties due to the adductive effects of two types of bond polarizations. Because of the high coordination number of Ln (III) ions, most of compounds in the Ln-d (0) TM-Se (IV) (or Te (IV))-O systems are not second-harmonic-generation active; however, they are able to emit strong luminescence in the visible or near-IR region; also in most cases, the d (0) TM cations are in tetrahedral geometry and are well separated from selenite or tellurite groups. It is also interesting to note that the selenite group is normally "isolated", whereas the TeO x ( x = 3-5) can be polymerized into a variety of discrete polynuclear anionic clusters or extended architectures via Te-O-Te bridges.  相似文献

In this paper, it is reported that the efficient iodolactonization of 4,5-allenoic acid with I2 in cyclohexane in the presence or absence of K2CO3 afforded 5-(1'-iodo-1'(Z)-alkenyl)-4,5-dihydro-2(3H)-furanones highly stereoselectively. However, the reaction of axially optically active 4,5-allenoic acids (R)-(-)-5 a and (R)-(-)-5 b with I2 afforded the corresponding products with a serious loss of chirality. This problem was solved by conducting the iodolactonization with N-iodosuccinimide in CH2Cl2 in the presence of Cs2CO3; however, the Z/E selectivity is somewhat lower. The pure optically active Z products were prepared by subsequent kinetic resolution with Sonogashira coupling. The reaction of the substrates with a substituent at the 3-position of the starting 4,5-allenoic acids afforded the trans-4,5-disubstituted gamma-butyrolactones as the only products. The reaction of the 4,5-allenoic acids (S)-(+)-1 l, (R)-(-)-1 l, and (S)-(+)-1 m with a center chirality at the 3-position afforded the trans products with very high enantiopurity and up to 98:2 Z/E selectivity regardless of the axial chirality of the allene moiety.  相似文献

Three new lignan glycosides (1-3) were isolated from the stems of Akebia trifoliata. Their structures were elucidated as (7R,8R,7'R,8'R)3,3',5,5'tetramethoxy-4,4'dihydroxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxylignan-4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), (7S,8S,8'R)-4,4',9-trihydroxy-3,3',5,5'-tetramethoxy-7,9'-epoxylignan-7'-one 9-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), (7R,8R,8'S)-4,4',9-trihydroxy3,3',5,5'-tetramethoxy-7,9'-epoxylignan-7'-one 9-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3) by spectral analyses, primarily NMR, MS and CD. The NMR assignments for the compounds were carried out using 1H, 13C, DEPT, COSY, HSQC, HMBC and ROESY NMR experiments.  相似文献

A method has been developed for the determination of triptonide in the traditional Chinese herb Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F. by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography combined with cloud point extraction. The analyte was extracted at pH 3.0 by micelles of the nonionic surfactant polyoxyethylene 7,5-octylphenyl ether (Triton X-114). A 250-muL aliquot from the extracted surfactant-rich phase was diluted to 400 muL with ethanol to reduce its viscosity before separation by MEKC. Under optimum conditions, an enrichment factor of 25 is obtained and the determination limit of triptonide is found to be 3.15 x 10(-7) mol/L. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of triptonide in T. wilfordii tablet and spiked urine matrix, demonstrating the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.  相似文献

Axially substituted tin phthalocyanines, namely dichloride-tetra-(pentyloxy) tin (IV) phthalocyanine 3 and its dimmer di-cyanine 4 were synthesized. The catalytic effect of H2O-free CaCl2 in quinoline was used for condensation of dihydroxy tin phthalocyanine 3 to the cofacially array dimmer 4. In search of novel anticancer agents, a series of thalidomide analogs (6a-j) were designed and synthesized. Cytotoxicity of these compounds against human hepatoma cells (HepG2) was evaluated by MTT method. Compounds 6d, 6h and 6i showed significant cytotoxic activities comparable to or stronger than control 5-fluorouracil.  相似文献
