We report the solid-phase library construction of 2000 analogues of 6-amino-2,2-dimethyl-3,4,6-trisubstituted-2H-1-benzopyran. The polymer-bound hydroxyalkoxychromanes 5, produced by nucleophilic reactions with various alcohols on epoxides generated in situ, served as key intermediates for subsequent diversification. Further reactions on these hydroxyalkoxychromanes 5 with various electrophiles, such as alkyl halides and acid halides, produced the desired 6-amino-2,2-dimethyl-3,4,6-trisubstituted-2H-1-benzopyran analogues 9, 10, and 11. The progress of reactions could be monitored as solid-bound intermediates by ATR-FTIR or HR-MAS-NMR spectroscopy. The final compounds, obtained in good yields and high purity upon cleavage from the resins, were characterized by LC/MS, HRMS, (1)H NMR, and (13)C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A prediction model of charge density of silicon nitride (SiN) films was constructed by using a generalized regression neural network (GRNN). The SiN film was deposited by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system and the deposition process was characterized by means of a statistical experiment. The prediction performance of GRNN was optimized by using a genetic algorithm (GA) and yielded an improved prediction of about 63% over statistical regression model. The optimized model was utilized to qualitatively investigate the effect of process parameters under various pressures. A refractive index model was effectively utilized to validate charge density variations. For the variations in process parameters, charge density was strongly dependent on [N-H]. Effects of NH3 or SiH4 flow rates were significant only under high collision rate. Effect of pressure-induced collision rate was noticeable only at higher NH3 flow rate or lower SiH4 flow rate.  相似文献

In this paper, we characterize the space of almost periodic (AP) functions in one variable using either a Weyl–Heisenberg (WH) system or an affine system. Our observation is that the sought-for characterization of the AP space is valid if and only if the given WH (respectively, affine) system is an L 2(ℝ)-frame. Moreover, the frame bounds of the system are also the sharpest bounds in our characterization. This draws an intriguing and quite unexpected connection between L 2(ℝ) representations and AP-representations.   相似文献

An N-substituted maleimide has been used in conjunction with ketocoumarins and a tertiary amine to initiate the polymerization of 1,6-hexanedioldiacrylate in both the UV (365/366 nm) and visible region (436 nm) of the electromagnetic spectrum. The rate of polymerization of three ketocoumarin/tertiary amine combinations are significantly increased by the addition of a N-substituted maleimide, presumably due to oxidation of the coumarin ketyl radical formed by interaction between the triplet state of the ketocoumarin and the tertiary amine.  相似文献
