A new π-conjugated monomer was synthesized which contains an electron-donating unit 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and electron withdrawing quinoxaline-based heterocycle to examine the effects of imine unit on the optoelectronic and redox properties of the resulting polymer. Electroactivity of monomer and electrochemical redox behavior of its polymer were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. An irreversible anodic wave at +0.85 V vs Ag wire reference electrode corresponding to the monomer oxidation was observed. Spectroelectrochemical analysis revealed that the neutral polymer has an absorbance at 820 nm. The band gap of the polymer was determined as 1.0 eV from the onset of the π-π∗ transition. The polymer shows multi-colored electrochromic behavior with five distinct states: brick red (−0.3 V), orange (+0.4 V), brown (+0.7 V), green (+0.85 V), gray (+1.2 V). The polymer revealed 34% optical contrast at 460 nm and an excellent optical contrast of 99% in the NIR region.  相似文献

The nanostructure n-ZnO/p-Si heterojunction diode was fabricated by sol–gel method. The structural and morphological properties of the nanostructure ZnO film have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction spectra indicated that the films are of polycrystalline nature. The scanning electron microscopy images indicate that the surface morphology of ZnO film is almost homogeneous and the ZnO film is consisted of the circular formed with coming together of the nanoparticles. The electrical characterization of nanostructure n-ZnO/p-Si heterojunction diode has been investigated by current–voltage characteristics. The ideality factor (n) of the diode was found for different ambient temperatures and the obtained 6.40 value for 296 K is higher than unity due to the interface states between the two semiconductor materials and series resistance. The values of n increased with decreasing ambient temperature. The reverse current of the diode increased with illumination intensity of 100 mW cm−2 and the diode gave a maximum open circuit voltage Voc of 0.19 V and short-circuits current Isc of 8.03 × 10−8 A.  相似文献

The optimization problem addressed in this paper is an advanced form of the flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) which also covers process plan flexibility and separable/non-separable sequence dependent setup times in addition to routing flexibility. Upon transforming the problem into an equivalent network problem, two mixed integer goal programming models are formulated. In the first model (Model A) the sequence dependent setup times are non-separable. In the second one (Model B) they are separable. Model B is obtained from Model A with a minor modification. The formulation of the models is described on a small sized numerical example and the solutions are interpreted. Finally, computational results are obtained on test problems.  相似文献

The microstructure, and the electrical and optical properties of undoped zinc oxide (ZnO) and cadmium-doped ZnO (CZO) films deposited by a sol–gel method have been investigated. The films have a polycrystalline structure with hexagonal wurtzite ZnO. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images indicated that the films have a wrinkle network with uniform size distributions. The elemental analyses of the CZO films were carried out by energy dispersive X-ray analysis. The fundamental absorption edge changed with doping. The optical band gap of the films decreased with Cd dopant. The optical constants of the films such as refractive index, extinction coefficient and dielectric constants changed with Cd dopant. A two-probe method was used to investigate the electrical properties, and the effect of Cd content on the electrical properties was investigated. The electrical conductivity of the films was improved by incorporation of Cd in the ZnO film.  相似文献

Surface functionalization plays a crucial role in the design of biosensors. For this purpose, a novel functional monomer, 6‐(4,7‐bis(2,3‐dihydrothieno[3,4‐b][1,4]dioxin‐5‐yl)‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐2‐yl)hexan‐1‐amine (BEDOA‐6), was designed and synthesized. Poly(BEDOA‐6) was utilized as an immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase biosensor construction. Moreover, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) layered silicate nanocomposites were prepared by in situ suspension polymerization. Conducting polymer surface was modified with PMMA/clay nanocomposite material and a glucose biosensor was developed. In addition, XPS and SEM were utilized to characterize the surface properties. The biosensor shows a wide linear range between 2.8 µM and 1.2 mM to glucose with a low detection limit of 1.99 µM. Finally, the biosensor was tested on serum samples containing actual human blood. The results were in well‐agreement with a reference method.  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, some N-(p-substituted-arylsulfinyl)phthalimides (1a–1e) were synthesized. The synthesized compounds were examined with respect to their substitution reactions with sodium ethoxide, sodium methoxide, methylamine, and t-butylamine in dioxane. The substituent effect was investigated at 30.0 ± 0.1 °C. The activation entropy was also studied, and negative ΔS values were obtained. Configuration inversions were observed in the substitution reactions. This result is in conformity with the SN2 mechanism.

Since benzo [ b ] thiophene scaffold is one of the privileged structures in drug discovery as this core exhibitsactivities for different biological problems, in this study bis (benzo[ b ]thiophene-2-yl) alkyl methanimine derivatives (1-9) were synthesized by reacting benzo[ b ]thiophene-2-carbaldehyde with diamines. All newly compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopic methods. Synthesized compounds were investigated using binary QSARbased models on therapeutic activity prediction of synthesized compounds and they showed high predicted activities in following diseases: bacterial, angina, allergy, depression and obesity. Thus, they were then tested for their antimicrobial and antileishmanial activities as a result of this theoretical study. Compound 1(N, N’- (propane-1,3-diyl) bis (1-(benzo [ b ] thiophene-2-yl)) methanimine) was found the most active compound in both diseases. Thus, its molecular docking studies were also carried out.  相似文献

A new electrochromic polymer, poly(2,3,5,8‐tetra(thiophen‐2‐yl)quinoxaline) (PTTQ), was synthesized electrochemically and its electrochromic properties were investigated. The polymer was characterized by Cyclic Voltammetry, Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy, UV‐Vis‐NIR Spectroscopy, and colorimetry. Spectroelectrochemistry analysis demonstrated that the polymer can undergo both p‐ and true n‐type doping processes. The polymer, (PTTQ), has three accessible color states: an oxidized transmissive, a neutral light bluish‐green, and a reduced transmissive light gray. Switching ability of the polymer was evaluated by kinetic studies. The polymer revealed an excellent optical contrast of 98% in the NIR region. Outstanding optical contrast in the NIR region, high stability and fast switching times make this polymer an excellent candidate for NIR device applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Summary  The Multinomial Logit (MNL) model is still the only viable option to study nonlinear responsiveness of utility to covariates nonparametrically. This research investigates whether MNL structure of inter-brand competition is a reasonable assumption, so that when the utility function is estimated nonparametrically, the IIA assumption does not bias the result. For this purpose, the authors compare the performance of two comparable nonparametric choice models that differ in one aspect: one assumes MNL competitive structure and the other infers the pattern of brands? competition nonparametrically from data.  相似文献
