建立了1个描述1级改进的Scheibel萃取塔稳态传质过程的非平衡级模型,并采用庚烷一丙酮一水体系进行稳态传质实验以验证该模型.通过对不同条件下模型计算值与实验值的分析表明,在搅拌速度和两相总流量较低的情况下,使用该模型能准确地模拟1级改进的Scheibel萃取塔中的传质行为.  相似文献

采用原位红外光谱法研究了碱性条件下对氯苯酚(PCP)在Pt电极上电化学氧化的脱氯反应机理. 研究结果表明Pt电极对PCP有良好的电化学反应活性, 其氧化过程首先是对氯苯酚负离子氧化生成对氯苯氧自由基, 该自由基可与对氯苯酚负离子作用生成芳香醚低聚物; 随着电位升高, 对氯苯酚负离子经电化学氧化生成了苯二酚盐(还可能存在其氧化产物不饱和羧酸盐); 当电位继续升高, 苯二酚盐进一步氧化形成苯醌; 最后, 在Pt表面生成小分子羧酸盐, 同时生成了最终产物CO2. 但由于芳香醚低聚物等不溶性聚合物膜的形成并吸附在Pt电极表面, 可造成Pt电极毒化, 使得Pt电极在使用过程中逐渐失去活性.  相似文献

To improve the ultraviolet resistance and thermal stability of waterborne polyurethane, stable waterborne polyurethane/nano-cerium oxide hybrid dispersions were obtained by adding nano-cerium colloids to previously synthesized waterborne polyurethane dispersions. The dried ceria colloid was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The XRD results indicated the prepared CeO2 was a face-centered cubic structure. The prepared polyurethane/CeO2 dispersions were studied by dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV–Vis spectroscopy and accelerated weathering test. The dried polyurethane/CeO2 films were characterized using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The DLS analysis indicated the particles average diameter of hybrids emulsion was bigger than that of the pure waterborne polyurethane dispersion. TG analysis and accelerated weathering test suggested the hybrid latex films had better thermal stability and mechanical properties than those of the pure waterborne polyurethane. The UV–Vis absorption capacity of the dispersions prepared was increasing with the amount of CeO2 colloid increased.  相似文献

A newly isolated Anoxybacillus sp. 527 was found to grow on crystalline cellulose as sole carbon and energy sources. Cellulases secreted by strain 527 were better induced by cellobiose, followed by glucose, lactose, sucrose, and cellulose. Cellulase secretion was enhanced by an optimized medium. Cellulase activity was increased by the addition of Ca2+ and NH4+ and achieved maximum as 7.0 FPU ml−1 at 70 °C and pH 6.0. Even at 100 °C, the enzymes were still active, which implies their potential application in large-scale cellulose conversion process.  相似文献

A novel dual-mode sulfur-based cathode material is prepared for the first time, in which sulfur is embedded in both the pyrolyzed PAN nanoparticles (pPAN) and mildly reduced graphene oxide nanosheets (mGO). The electrochemical reactions of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) bulk and powder electrodes in 1 M LiPF6 1:1 EC/DMC solution were investigated and the results show that the intercalation reaction of lithium ion into HOPG electrode occurs only at the edge plane and SEI formation reaction on the basal plane is negligible in comparison with that on the edge plane. The active surface area of HOPG powder electrode could be deduced by comparing the peak area (consumed charge for SEI formation) at potential of 0.5 V on voltammograms with that of bulk HOPG edge electrode. The diffusion coefficients of lithium ion in HOPG bulk layers and in HOPG powder was for the first time measured by use of electrochemical impedance spectra and potential step chronamperameter methods. It was found that the diffusion coefficients of lithium in HOPG were in the range of 10−11-10−12 cm2 s−1 for the lithium-HOPG intercalation compounds at potentials from 0.2 (vs. Li/Li+) to 0.02 V, decreasing with the increase of lithium intercalation degree. A good agreement was obtained between the results from bulk and powder HOPG electrodes by electrochemical impedance spectra method.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional porous Si-MWNT heterostructure was designed to meet the demand of high-capacity and long-life lithium storage. This material presented a stable capacity above 1000 mAh g(-1) for nearly 200 cycles, which benefited from its highly porous structure combined with robust MWNT connections that accommodated the host volume change and improved the electric conductivity.  相似文献

建立了磁性多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)固相萃取结合气相色谱-质谱检测水样中13种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的方法。优化了萃取时间、水样pH值、解吸溶剂的种类和用量、解吸时间等影响萃取效率的主要条件。最终确定萃取时间为10 min,水样pH 5~7,解吸溶剂为2 mL丙酮,解吸时间为5 min。在优化的条件下,各组分的萃取回收率为89.7%~100.5%。方法具有较高的灵敏度,检出限(信噪比(S/N)为3)为0.08~0.47 μg/L。3种实际样品的加标回收率为84.5%~107.5%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~12.8%。该方法操作简便、省时,准确、灵敏、环保,可用于水样中PAEs的检测,并成功地应用于自来水、瓶装饮用水和湖水样品的分析,13种PAEs均未检出。  相似文献
