One of fundamental problems in Finsler geometry is to establish some delicate equations between Riemannian invariants and non-Riemannian invariants. Inspired by results due to Akbar-Zadeh etc., this note establishes a new fundamental equation between non-Riemannian quantity H and Riemannian quantities on a Finsler manifold. As its application, we show that all R-quadratic Finsler metrics have vanishing non-Riemannian invariant H generalizing result previously only known in the case of Randers metric.  相似文献

Using the first-principles methods,we study the formation energetics properties of intrinsic defects,and the charge doping properties of extrinsic defects in transparent conducting oxides CuCrO2.Intrinsic defects,some typical acceptortype,and donor-type extrinsic defects in their relevant charge state are considered.By systematically calculating the formation energies and transition energy,the results of calculation show that,V Cu,O i,and O Cu are the relevant intrinsic defects in CuCrO2 ;among these intrinsic defects,V Cu is the most efficient acceptor in CuCrO2.It is found that all the donor-type extrinsic defects have difficulty in inducing n-conductivity in CuCrO2 because of their deep transition energy level.For all the acceptor-type extrinsic defects,substituting Mg for Cr is the most prominent doping acceptor with relative shallow transition energy levels in CuCrO2.Our calculation results are expected to be a guide for preparing promising n-type and p-type materials in CuCrO2.  相似文献

The palladium‐catalyzed reaction of 2‐alkynylanilines with 2‐(2‐bromobenzylidene)cyclobutanone as an efficient route to 7,8‐dihydrobenzo[b]naphtho[2,3‐d]azocin‐6(5 H)‐ones was developed. The fused eight‐membered ring was constructed conveniently. During the reaction process, double carbometalation was involved, which resulted in excellent selectivity with the formation of three new bonds. This transformation is highly efficient and leads to fused polycycles in good to excellent yields with good functional group tolerance.  相似文献

A highly efficient protocol for the Pd-catalyzed regioselective Heck arylation of the electron-rich olefin N-acyl-N-vinylamine with aryl halides has been developed. In the presence of hydrogen-bond donor [H2NiPr2][BF4] as an additive, this proceeds smoothly in isopropanol to afford exclusively the branched products in high yields.  相似文献

Growth factors are essential for wound healing owing to their multiple reparative effects. Concentrated growth factor (CGF) is a third-generation platelet extract containing various endogenous growth factors. Herein, a CGF extract solution is combined with gelatin methacrylate (GM) by physical blending to produce GM@CGF hydrogels for wound repair. The GM@CGF hydrogels show no immune rejection during autologous transplantation. Compared to CGF, GM@CGF hydrogels not only exhibit excellent plasticity and adhesivity but also prevent rapid release and degradation of growth factors. The GM@CGF hydrogels display good injectability, self-healing, swelling, and degradability along with outstanding cytocompatibility, angiogenic functions, chemotactic functions, and cell migration-promoting capabilities in vitro. The GM@CGF hydrogel can release various effective molecules to rapidly initiate wound repair, stimulate the expressions of type I collagen, transform growth factor β1, epidermal growth factor, and vascular endothelial growth factor, promote the production of granulation tissues, vascular regeneration and reconstruction, collagen deposition, and epidermal cell migration, as well as prevent excessive scar formation. In conclusion, the injectable GM@CGF hydrogel can release various growth factors and provide a 3D spatial structure to accelerate wound repair, thereby providing a foundation for the clinical application and translation of CGF.  相似文献

The orbital deletion procedure is introduced, which is suited to quantitatively investigating the electronic delocalization effiect in earboeations and boranes. While the routine, ab initio molecular orbital methods can generate wavefunetions for real systems where all electrons are delocalized, the present orbital deletion procedure can generate wavefunctions for hypothetical reference molecules where electronic delocalization effect is deactivated. The latter wavefunetion normlly corresponds In the most stable resonance structure in terms of the resonance theory. By comparing and analyzing the delocalized and the localized wavefunetions, one can obtain a quantitative and instinct pieture to show how electronic deloealizalion inside a molecule affects the molecular structure, energy as well as other physical properties. DTA was used to study thermal properties and thermal stability of (50-x)Li2O-xTiO2-50P2O5 (x=0–10 mol%) and 45Li2Ot-yTiO2-(55-y)P2O5 (y=5–20 mol%) glasses. The addition of TiO2 to lithium phosphate glasses results in a non-linear increase of glass transition temperature. All prepared glasses crystallize under heating within the temperature range of 400–540°C. The lowest tendency towards crystallization have the glasses with x=7.5 and y=10 mol% TiO2. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that major compounds formed by annealing of the glasses were LiPO3, Li4 P2O7, TiP2O7 and NASICON-type LiTi2(PO4)3. DTA results also indicated that the maximum of nucleation rate for 45Li2O-5TiO2-50P2O5 glass is close to the glass transition temperature.  相似文献

Combined QM(PM3)/MM molecular dynamics simulations together with QM(DFT)/MM optimizations for key configurations have been performed to elucidate the enzymatic catalysis mechanism on the detoxification of paraoxon by phosphotriesterase (PTE). In the simulations, the PM3 parameters for the phosphorous atom were reoptimized. The equilibrated configuration of the enzyme/substrate complex showed that paraoxon can strongly bind to the more solvent‐exposed metal ion Znβ, but the free energy profile along the binding path demonstrated that the binding is thermodynamically unfavorable. This explains why the crystal structures of PTE with substrate analogues often exhibit long distances between the phosphoral oxygen and Znβ. The subsequent SN2 reaction plays the key role in the whole process, but controversies exist over the identity of the nucleophilic species, which could be either a hydroxide ion terminally coordinated to Znα or the μ‐hydroxo bridge between the α‐ and β‐metals. Our simulations supported the latter and showed that the rate‐limiting step is the distortion of the bound paraoxon to approach the bridging hydroxide. After this preparation step, the bridging hydroxide ion attacks the phosphorous center and replaces the diethyl phosphate with a low barrier. Thus, a plausible way to engineer PTE with enhanced catalytic activity is to stabilize the deformed paraoxon. Conformational analyses indicate that Trp131 is the closest residue to the phosphoryl oxygen, and mutations to Arg or Gln or even Lys, which can shorten the hydrogen bond distance with the phosphoryl oxygen, could potentially lead to a mutant with enhanced activity for the detoxification of organophosphates. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ab initio molecular orbital and combined QM/MM Monte Carlo simulations have been carried out to investigate the origin of the unusually high acidity of Meldrum's acid. Traditionally, the high acidity of Meldrum's acid relative to that of methyl malonate has been attributed to an additive effect due to the presence of two E esters in the dilactone system. However, the present study reveals that there is significant nonadditive effect that also makes major contributions. This results from preferential stabilization of the enolate anion over that of Meldrum's acid due to anomeric stereoelectronic interactions. To investigate solvent effects on the acidity in aqueous solution, the relative acidities of Z and E conformers of methyl acetate have been determined in combined ab initio QM/MM simulations. There is significant solvent effect on the conformational equilibria for both the neutral ester and its enolate anion in water, leading to stabilization of the E stereoisomer. However, the computed solvent effect of 4.4 kcal/mol in favor of the E isomer of methyl acetate is largely offset by the favorable solvation of 3.4 kcal/mol for the E conformer of the enolate anion. This leads to an enhanced acidity of 3.4 kcal/mol for the (E)-methyl acetate in water over the Z conformer. In Meldrum's acid, it is the preferential stabilization of the enolate anion due to anomeric effects coupled with the intrinsically higher acidity of the E conformation of ester that is responsible for its high acidity.  相似文献
