用计时电位法和线性扫描伏安法研究了低价钛〔Ti(Ⅲ)、Ti(Ⅱ)〕在NaCl-KCl和LiCl-KCl低共熔体中的电极反应步骤,计算不同温度下Ti(Ⅲ)、Ti(Ⅱ)的扩散系数和扩散活化能,讨论了电沉积时影响钛结晶的某些因素,并着重研究温度的影响。     

Synthesis of Fluoro-Contained Bisazo Chromotropic Acid Derivants and studies on Their Color Reactions with Rare Earth Elements

In this paper, a series of f1uoro-contained bisazo chromotropic acid derivants has been designed and synthesized. They are easily soluble in water, alcohol and acetone but insoluble in benzene, ether and chloroform. Some regularities of the effects of their molecular structure on the color reaction have also been studied. The result shows that in this series of reagents, DCF-chlorophosphonazo and DBF-chlorophosphonazo are excellent color reagents for the determination of the total amount of rare earth elements. The molar absor-ptivities of light and heavy rare earth elements are approach to each other. The tolerant quantity of Bi (Ⅲ) and Pb (Ⅱ) , Sn(Ⅳ) are larger than that of the other arsenazo or chlorophosphonazo type of color reagents. We also discover that p-fluorochlorophosphonazo can form β-type complexes with heavy rare earth elements, and p -fluoro-carboxyazo with light rare earth elements. 金属有机化合物的分析(Ⅶ)——双环戊二烯基钛、锆、铪二卤化物的紫外光谱规律

以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,室温下在200-800nm波长范围内,测定了62个双(取代环戊二烯基)钛、锆、铪二卤化物的吸收光谱。总结提出了这类化合物的吸收规律,归属了各吸收峰并给予了解释。     

Simultaneous determination of arsenic,mercury, antimony and selenium in biological materials with prior collection of gaseous products followed by neutron activation analysis

A method combining prior collection of gaseous products with subsequent neutron activation analysis has been developed for simultaneous determination of traces of arsenic, mercury, antimony and selenium in biological materials. The generation of hydrides of arsenic, antimony and selenium and cold vapor of mercury in the vapor generaion and collection system was investigated by the use of radiotracers of the respective elements. The result indicates that selenium and mercury can be completely evaporated from the digested sample solution in 5M HCl with the addition of 5% sodium tetrahydroborate solution, while additional reduction proces by potassium iodide and ascorbic acid is needed for complete evaporation of arsenic and antimony. The gaseous products were collected in a quartz tube for neutron irradiation. The detection limits of these elements were fount to be in the range of 10^–7 to 10^–8 g under the present experimental conditions. The reliability was checked with NBS standard reference materials.

高效液相色谱法测定人血清中α－细辛醚的方法

The HPLC method for analysis of α-Asaricin in human serum is simple, sensitive and accurate,A goodlinear correlation between α-Asaricin peak height and its concentration was obtained when α-Asaricin content liein the range of 4. 81×10￣(-9)～9. 61×10￣(-7) mmol/L.The lowest detection limit was 4.81×10￣(-9) mmol/L for serumsample.The recovery was 99.2±1.15%.The within day and day-to-day CVs were all less than 5.3%.Themethod is adequate for the pharmacokinetic study of α-Asaricin in human body.     

Development of a peptide inhibitor-based cantilever sensor assay for cyclic adenosine monophosphate-dependent protein kinase

A highly sensitive nanomechanical cantilever sensor assay based on an electrical measurement has been developed for detecting activated cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cyclic AMP)-dependent protein kinase (PKA). Employing a peptide derived from the heat-stable protein kinase inhibitor (PKI), a magnetic bead system was first selected as a vehicle to immobilize the PKI-(5-24) peptide for capturing PKA catalytic subunit and the activity assay was applied for indirectly assessing the binding. Synergistic interactions of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and the peptide inhibitor with the kinase were then investigated by a solution phase capillary electrophoretic assay, and by surface plasmon resonance technology which involved immobilization of the peptide inhibitor. After systemically evaluated by a homogeneous direct binding assay, the ATP-dependent recognition of the catalytic subunit of PKA by PKI-(5-24) was successfully transferred on to the nanomechanical cantilevers at protein concentrations of 6.6 pM-66 nM, exhibiting much higher sensitivity and wider dynamic range than the conventional activity assay. Thus, direct assessment of activated kinases using the cantilever sensor system functionalized with specific peptide inhibitors holds great promise in analytical applications and clinical medicine.     

Uncommon ferromagnetic interactions in a homometallic Co(II) chain bridged by a single end-to-end azide

A new one-dimensional heterochiral coordination polymer [Co(bmdt)(N3)2].MeCN (1.MeCN) with well-isolated chains was prepared via a self-assembly process. Magnetic data show that intrachain ferromagnetic couplings via the single end-to-end azide group are observed, which is an extraordinary case among the azide-bridged Co(II) systems.     

Synthesis of giant rigid pi-conjugated dendrimers

A novel family of giant pi-conjugated dendrimers (G0, G1, and G2) solely constructed by 5,5,10,10,15,15-hexahexyltruxene units has been developed in a convergent manner through a Suzuki cross-coupling reaction. The overall yields to such large rigid conjugated dendrimers are quite satisfying. The structures and purity of these nanosize rigid dendrimers are verified by 1H and 13C NMR, MALDI-TOF MS, and elemental analysis.     

Characterization of surface water on Au core Pt-group metal shell nanoparticles coated electrodes by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy

We utilized the strategy of 'borrowing SERS activity', by chemically coating several atomic layers of a Pt-group metal on highly SERS-active Au nanoparticles, to obtain the first SERS (also Raman) spectra of surface water on Pt and Pd metals, and propose conceptual models for water adsorbed on Pt and Pd metal surfaces.
