Diterpene derivative and chromone from Hypericum perforatum

A novel diterpene derivative, 5-methyl-5-(4,8,12-trimethyl-tridecyl)-dihydro-furan-2-one (1) and a new chromone, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3-methyl-chromen-4-one (2), along with a known compound, phytol (3) have been isolated from the aerial parts of Hypericum perforatum. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with published values.     

Solvent-mediated folding of a doubly charged anion

The microsolvation of the suberate dianion, -O2C(CH2)6CO2-, with two separate charge centers was studied by photoelectron spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation one solvent molecule at a time for up to 20 waters. It is shown that the two negative charges are solvated in the linear suberate alternately. As the solvent number increases, the negative charges are screened and a conformation change occurs at 16 waters, where the cooperative hydrogen bonding of water is large enough to overcome the Coulomb repulsion and pull the two negative charges closer through a water bridge. This conformation change, revealed both from the experiment and from the simulation, is a manifestation of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic forces at the molecular level.     

8-羟基喹哪啶固相萃取光度法测定水样中的铁

研究了8-羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应，在pH为8．0的氯化氨-氨水缓冲介质中，在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下，8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成3：1稳定的蓝紫色络合物，该络合物可被Waters Sep-Park-C18固相萃取小柱萃取，用乙醇洗脱后用光度法测定，络合物λmax=600nm。在此波长下其它金属离子的络合物无光吸收，对铁选择性很好，铁含量在0-5mg/L内符合比尔定律，方法用于水样中痕量铁的测定，结果令人满意。     

Studies on the Total Synthesis of Hainanolide (VII) - Analysis of the Relative Stereochemistry of key Intermediate 2

The natural product, hainanolide 1, also under the name harringtonolide2 demonstrated antitumor and antiviral activities in preliminary test. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The total synthesis of 1 was reported recently by Mander3. A different scheme of its synthesis has been studied in our laboratory4. 面向化妆品产业升级的江南大学应用化学专业建设思考与实践

Based on the development prospect of cosmetics industry, the advantage of light industry characteristic and the foundation of applied chemistry in Jiangnan University, a systematic upgrading of applied chemistry was carried out through "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "upgrade and practice of chemistry-related majors of local and/or trade university responding to the social developments" supported by the Ministry of Education. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the orientation and training goal of applied chemistry were updated first, and then the curriculum system was determined and the curriculum construction is strengthened, so as to achieve more distinctive characteristics, more solid foundation and more comprehensive quality. In view of the new requirements of the 3E for talent training, some practices have been formed in the aspects of multi-disciplinary integration, multi-angle coordination and close integration to industry. Contributing the development of cosmetics industry and seizing the commanding point of science and technology from the perspective of talent training, will play a unique role in human social progress.     

病态分析体系有偏估计的研究

运用广义岭估计和Ｌｉｕｋｅｊｉａｎ提出的有偏估计，对病态分析体系进行了数值模拟和实际光度测定，结果表明，广义岭估计显优于最小二乘估计，Ｌｉｕｋｅｊｉａｎ法有功效，可和为解析病态分析体系的化学计量学方法。     

聚全氟丙醚油微观结构的研究

聚全氟丙醚油是一种新型的性能独特的润滑油。本实验采用~（１９）Ｆ－ＮＭＲ波谱法，结合~１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ和ＭＳ法，较详细地研究了油品微观结构。由谱线的化学位移和强度归纳出不同链节结构的分布，同时阐明了端基结构。     

Nd—Al双金属活性体的组成及其对共轭双烯烃的聚合

稀土Ziegler-Natta催化剂活性体对双烯烃配位聚合的研究已有很多报道。作者曾从NdCl_3·3P_(350)~(**)-Al(i-Bu)_3体系分离出Nd-Al双金属活性体。本文从NdCl_3·3P_(350)-HAl(i-Bu)_2和Al(C_2H_5)_3反应体系中分离出一系列Nd-Al双金属活性体,用元素分析方法研究了这些活性体的组成,并综合考察了在无助催化剂AlR_3存在下从不同烷基铝获得的活性体本身对共轭双烯烃的定向聚合能力。 单体、溶剂、HAl(i-Bu)_2、Al(C_2H_5)_5及活性体的合成,聚合方法,聚合物表征均按文献[4]。     

Rasch模型在“化学键”概念教学评价中的应用研究

运用Rasch模型探查高二学生对"化学键"概念的认知情况，运用Conquest软件和Winsteps软件对测试结果进行分析。结果表明：基于Rasch模型编制的测试卷能客观有效地检测学生对"化学键"概念的理解，为一线教师的有效教学提供学情基础。     

高效液相色谱与原子荧光光谱联用分析汞化合物形态的研究

建立了高效液相色谱与原子荧光光谱联用测定汞化合物形态的分析方法。实验对淋洗液组分浓度、氧化剂和还原剂浓度、载气流速及紫外消解管长度等操作条件进行了优化,获得了令人满意的分析结果。在优化的分离检测条件下,20μg/L的汞化合物标准溶液平行7次进样分析,甲基汞、无机汞和乙基汞的色谱峰高的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.0%、2.9%和2.4%;3种汞化合物的线性范围为10~1000μg/L,25μL进样检出限分别为3、2和4μg/L。用建立的方法测定了脉红螺样品中甲基汞的含量,甲基汞和乙基汞的加标回收率分别为90%和92%。
