A microspectroscopic study of the electronic homogeneity of ordered and disordered Sr2FeMoO6

Disordered Sr₂FeMoO₆ shows a drastic reduction in saturation magnetization compared to highly ordered samples, moreover magnetization as a function of the temperature for different disordered samples shows qualitatively different behaviours. We investigate the origin of such diversity by performing spatially resolved photoemission spectroscopy on various disordered samples. Our results establish that e_xtensive electronic inhomogeneity, arising most probably from an underlying chemical inhomogeneity in disordered samples, is responsible for the observed magnetic inhomogeneity. It is further pointed out that these inhomogeneities are connected with composition fluctuations of the type Sr₂Fe_1+x Mo_1-x O₆ with Fe-rich (x > 0) and Mo-rich (x < 0) regions. On the summability of the formal solutions for some PDEs with irregular singularity

In this Note, we consider some classes of nonlinear partial differential equations with regular singularity with respect to t=0 and irregular one with respect to x=0. Our purpose is to establish a result which is similar to the k-summability property, known in the case of singular ordinary differential equations. We can prove that, except at most a countable set, the formal solution is Borel summable or k-summable with respect to x in all other directions. To cite this article: Z. Luo et al., C. R. Acad. Sci. Improvement of real time diffraction efficiency of NGD holograms by introducing electron donors

Nongelatin dichromated holographic film(NGD) is a new holographic recordingmaterial.Holograms recorded on this material have better environmental stability, higherdiffraction efficiency and stronger real time effect, etc..An experimental study to ascertainthe influence of two electron donors, namely,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and dimethyl-sulfoxide(DMSO),on the real time diffraction efficiency(RTDE) of NGD holograms is car-ried out.The pressence of electron donors not only improves the sensitivity,but also enhancesthe real time effect greatly.RTDE of above 60% at±1 orders of NGD plane transimissiongrating is achieved by introducing electron donors.     

A simple and accurate method for analysis of dielectric periodic structures

A simple and accurate approach for analysis of dielectric periodic structures is proposed in this paper. The method combines the coupled-mode theory with Floquet theory and joins the eigenmode expansion with the space harmonic expansion properly. As a result, the whole analysis procedure is significantly simplifid. Numerical results for the filter characteristics of some dielectric periodic structures show that the present method is effective, accurate and useful.Supported by The National Natural Science Foundation of China and The Foundation of State Educational Commission.

本文对轴对称场二极管区电子运动所遵循的近似轨迹方程进行数值求解,以此做为设计相对论二极管电子枪的依据,与实验结果相比较,符合较好。     

Fe-V-N稀合金中空位复合体特性的研究(Ⅱ)

本文利用离散变分法,集团模型和三维数值弛豫技术,研究了Fe-V-N稀合金中V-N-空位复合体的几何构型,正电子湮没特性和电子结构。根据正电子湮没寿命实验的结果和总能量极小原理,确定了V和N在V-N-空位复合体中的最佳占据位置。分析了V-N-空位复合体的成键特性和电荷转移情况。 关键词：     

Simulation of Vacuum Microelectronic Triode Made of Single Carbon Nanotube

Vacuum microelectronic triode performance, based upon a unit cell with a nanotube field emitter, gate, and anode, was evaluated via computer simulation. Electron emission was calculated from the modified Fowler-Nordheim equation. The dependence of emitted current, upon geometrical factors, e.g., nanotube radius, nanotube height, and gate's hole radius, is shown. The device design parameters of trans-conductance, and cutoff frequency have been calculated, which show that this structure can be used as a microwave and millimeter wave amplifier. Electron current flux is shown for time-dependent 1–Thz sinusoidal variation frequency input.
