In this paper, an improved novel joint channel estimation algorithm is proposed for the 112 Gbit/s PDM CO-OFDM system. This method combines the advantages of the intra-symbol frequency domain averaging (ISFA) method and the time domain averaging (TA) method, which can realize more accuracy channel estimation. Simulation results show that this proposal could promise a relatively stable performance even under a rapidly time varying environment. It significantly outperforms the ISFA method by 2.2 dB when the DGD equals 1000 ps, and has the advantages of 0.5 dB over ISFA in considering the laser linewidth and frequency offset.  相似文献

Four organotin complexes of the types [(Ph3Sn)(C2HN2S2)] ( 1 ), [(CH3)3Sn(C2HN2S2)]n ( 2 ), [(Bu2Sn)(C2HN2S2)2] ( 3 ), and [(Me2Sn)4(C2HN2S2)23‐O)2(C2H5O)2] ( 4 ) have been obtained by 2‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole and triorganotin chloride or diorganotin dichloride. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray diffraction analyses, which revealed that complexes 1 and 3 are mononuclear structures, complex 1 can further form a one‐dimensional (1D) helical chain, and complex 3 can further form a 22‐membered macrocycle through the intermolecular C–H·N hydrogen bond; complex 2 is a 1D infinite chain linked by intermolecular N→Sn and S→Sn bonding interactions; complex 4 is a typical ladder structure. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We show in this paper how zinc oxide (ZnO)/silver (Ag) composite microspheres can be prepared by the reduction of Ag(NH3)2+ with the reducing agent formaldehyde in aqueous solution on the surface of ZnO microspheres. During the preparation, Sn2+ was absorbed on the surface of ZnO microspheres for sensitization and activation, and then Ag(NH3)2+ was reduced to Ag nanoparticles by the reducing agent to obtain ZnO/Ag composite microspheres. SEM and TEM images revealed silver nanoparticles with a diameter ranging from tens to 100 nm. X‐Ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and UV‐vis spectra were used to characterize the structure of the ZnO/Ag composite microspheres. The origin of the surface‐enhanced Raman scattering properties was traced to the surface of the ZnO/Ag composite microspheres. We study the numerical methods for the reconstruction of the spectral distribution function of SR by measurement of the attenuation of the SR energy spectrum. The reconstruction of the spectral distribution function of SR is an ill-posed integral operator equation of the first kind. Therefore, robust method to overcome the ill-posedness and to improve the computational efficiency is a major task in numerical computation. Acute lung injury (ALI) is a kind of lung disease with acute dyspnea, pulmonary inflammation, respiratory distress, and non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema, accompanied by the mid- and end-stage characteristics of COVID-19, clinically. It is imperative to find non-toxic natural substances on preventing ALI and its complications. The animal experiments demonstrated that Lentinus edodes polysaccharides (PLE) had a potential role in alleviating ALI by inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammation, which was manifested by reducing the levels of serum lung injury indicators (C3, hs-CRP, and GGT), reducing the levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6), and increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD and CAT) in the lung. Furthermore, PLE had the typical characteristics of pyran-type linked by β-type glycosidic linkages. The conclusions indicated that PLE could be used as functional foods and natural drugs in preventing ALI.  相似文献

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) as small molecular signal messenger plays key functions in numerous biological processes. The imaging detection of intracellular hydrogen sulfide is of great significance. In this work, a ratiometric fluorescent probe BH based on an asymmetric BODIPY dye for detection of H2S was designed and synthesized. After the interaction with hydrogen sulfide, probe display colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescence response, with its maximum emission fluorescence wavelength red-shifted from 542 nm to 594 nm, which is attributed to the sequential nucleophilic reaction of H2S leading to enhanced molecular conjugation after ring formation of the BODIPY skeleton. A special response mechanism has been fully investigated by NMR titration and MS, so that the probe has excellent detection selectivity. Furthermore, probe BH has low cytotoxicity and fluorescence imaging experiments indicate that it can be used to monitor hydrogen sulfide in living cells.  相似文献

The lack of effective rheumatoid arthritis (RA) therapies is a persistent challenge worldwide, prompting researchers to urgently evaluate traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) as potential clinical RA treatments. The present investigation was conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effects and potential molecular mechanisms of the active components isolated from TCM Rhodiola sachalinensis Borissova from Baekdu Mountain (RsBBM) using an experimental adjuvant arthritis model induced by injection of rats with Freund’s complete adjuvant. After induction of the adjuvant arthritis rat model, the extract-treated and untreated groups of arthritic rats were evaluated for RsBBM therapeutic effects based on comparisons of ankle circumferences and ELISA-determined blood serum inflammatory factor levels (TNF-α, IL-1β, and PGE2). In addition, the joint health of rats was evaluated via microscopic examination of hematoxylin-eosin-stained synovial tissues. Furthermore, to explore whether NF-κB and RANK/RANKL/OPG signaling pathways participated in observed therapeutic effects from a molecular mechanistic viewpoint, mRNA and protein levels related to the expression of nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB), osteoprotegerin (OPG), and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-Β ligand (RANKL) were analyzed via quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot analysis, respectively. Treatment of arthritic rats with the extract of RsBBM was shown to reduce ankle swelling, reduce blood serum levels of inflammatory factors, and alleviate arthritis-associated synovial inflammation and joint damage. Moreover, an RsBBM 50% ethanol extract treatment inhibited bone destruction by up-regulating OPG-related mRNA and protein expression and down-regulating RANKL-related mRNA and protein expression, while also reducing inflammation by the down-regulating of the NF-κB pathway activity. The results clearly demonstrated that the extract of RsBBM alleviated adjuvant arthritis-associated joint damage by altering activities of inflammation-associated NF-κB and the RANK/RANKL/OPG signaling pathways. Due to its beneficial effects for alleviating adjuvant arthritis, this RsBBM 50% ethanol extract should be further evaluated as a promising new therapeutic TCM treatment for RA.  相似文献
