A Re2O7 catalyzed cycloetherification of monoallylic diols is described. The reaction features short reaction time, mild reaction conditions and exclusive E selectivity. A wide range of monoallylic alcohols with alkyl or aryl substituents on olefin smoothly undergo ring closure to deliver corresponding oxa-heterocycles. Recommender system is an effective tool to find the most relevant information for onlineusers. By analyzing the historical selection records of users, recommender system predictsthe most likely future links in the user-item network and accordingly constructs apersonalized recommendation list for each user. So far, the recommendation process ismostly investigated in static user-item networks. In this paper, we propose a model whichallows us to examine the performance of the state-of-the-art recommendation algorithms inevolving networks. We find that the recommendation accuracy in general decreases with timeif the evolution of the online network fully depends on the recommendation. Interestingly,some randomness in users’ choice can significantly improve the long-term accuracy of therecommendation algorithm. When a hybrid recommendation algorithm is applied, we find thatthe optimal parameter gradually shifts towards the diversity-favoring recommendationalgorithm, indicating that recommendation diversity is essential to keep a high long-termrecommendation accuracy. Finally, we confirm our conclusions by studying therecommendation on networks with the real evolution data.  相似文献

A new preparing technology, very high frequency plasma assisted reactive thermal chemical vapour deposition (VHFPA-RTCVD), is introduced to prepare SiGe:H thin films on substrate kept at a lower temperature. In the previous work, reactive thermal chemical vapour deposition (I~TCVD) technology was successfully used to prepare SiGe:H thin films, but the temperature of the substrate needed to exceed 400℃. In this work, very high frequency plasma method is used to assist RTCVD technology in reducing the temperature of substrate by largely enhancing the temperature of reacting gases on the surface of the substrate. The growth rate, structural properties, surface morphology, photo- conductivity and dark-conductivity of SiGe:H thin films prepared by this new technology are investigated for films with different germanium concentrations, and the experimental results are discussed.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

Background  

Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) play an important role in metabolizing anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs) in liver. Expressions of GSTs in brain, which may result in poor efficacy of AEDs, have not been well studied. Using clinical cortex specimen from 32 intractable epileptic subjects and 8 non-epileptic controls, the present study investigated the correlation between GSTs and intractable epilepsy.  相似文献

Local convective heat flux in turbulent thermal convection is obtained from simultaneous velocity and temperature measurements in an aspect-ratio-one convection cell filled with water. It is found that fluctuations of the vertical heat flux are highly intermittent and are determined primarily by the thermal plumes in the system. The experiment reveals a unique mechanism for the heat transport in turbulent convection.  相似文献

The functions of six genes in the ansamitocin biosynthetic gene cluster of Actinosynnema pretiosum have been investigated by gene inactivation and chemical analysis of the mutants. They encode a halogenase (asm12), a carbamoyltransferase (asm21), a 20-O-methyltransferase (asm7), a 3-O-acyltransferase (asm19), an epoxidase (asm11), and an N-methyltransferase (asm10), respectively, and are responsible for the six post-PKS modification steps in ansamitocin formation. Several of the enzymes have relaxed substrate specificities, resulting in multiple parallel pathways in a metabolic grid, albeit with a preferred sequence of reactions as listed above.  相似文献

“Negative” electric-pulse-induced reversible resistance (EPIR) switching phenomenon was found in In/PCMO/Pt sandwich, in which the high resistance can be written with positive voltage pulses, and the low resistance can be reset using negative voltage pulses (the positive voltage direction is defined as going from the top electrode to the bottom electrode). This is just the opposite from the “positive” EPIR effect in Ag/PCMO/Pt sandwich, in which the high resistance can be written only with negative voltage pulses, and the low resistance can be reset using positive voltage pulses. The I–V hysteresis curves of In/PCMO/Pt and Ag/PCMO/Pt sandwiches also show opposite directions, i.e., counterclockwise and clockwise under a negative voltage region for indium and Ag electrode systems, respectively. C–V characteristics show that the barrier does not exist in Ag/PCMO/Pt sandwich, while In/PCMO/Pt sandwich exhibits an obvious Schottky-like barrier. We suggest that in the negative EPIR behavior in In/PCMO/Pt structure, the resistance states are mainly controlled changing the Schottky-like barrier at the interface with the weak effect of carrier trapping process, while the positive EPIR behavior in Ag/PCMO/Pt sandwich mainly depends on the carrier trapping process at the interface.
