In this paper, we describe a surfactant-assisted solution dispersion method to obtain metal nanoparticles, which involves dispersing and stabilizing metal droplets in an appropriate solvent. This method has been successfully used to prepare Pb nanoparticles from bulk Pb. The X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscopy investigations show the formation of Pb nanoparticles possessing the same crystal structure as bulk metal and an average particle diameter of 40 nm. Thermal analysis indicates that Pb nanoparticles have organic shell, which is in agreement with the excellent oil-solubility. In addition, the tribological properties of Pb nanoparticles as additive in oil are discussed. 相似文献

Phosphatidylinositides are one family of the most versatile signaling molecules in cells, yet how they interact with different proteins to regulate biological processes is not well understood. Towards a general strategy to identify phosphatidylinositide-protein interactions, a fluorous diazirine group has been incorporated into phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP(2)). The modified PIP(2) was effectively cleaved by phospholipase C, one signaling protein that utilizes PIP(2) as its endogenous substrate. Upon light illumination, the PIP(2) probe effectively crosslinks with small GTPase ADP-ribosylation 1 to form a complex, suggesting that the probe might be suitable to identify PIP(2)-interacting proteins on the proteome level. 相似文献

综述了近几年改善TiO2光催化分解水制氢的方法措施.向水中添加供电子物质可减少光生电子与空穴的复合,添加碳酸盐或碘化物有利于光生电子与空穴分离;TiO2表面沉积适量的金属颗粒也有利于实现电子和空穴分离,但沉积太多的金属颗粒不但降低TiO2对光的吸收而且还可能成为光生电荷复合的中心;掺杂合适的金属离子通过形成杂质能级可把TiO2的吸光范围至拓宽可见光,掺杂非金属元素使TiO2的带隙(Eg)变窄,从而使TiO2的吸光红移更明显,但掺杂离子有可能成为光生电荷复合的中心;染料敏化或半导体复合有利于实现电荷分离,提高光电转换效率.将多种修饰方法有机结合起来制取氢足目前的一个研究方向,最后分析了未来的研究重点. 相似文献

Abivertinib represents a highly selective irreversible epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Two major metabolites of abivertinib, M7 and MII-6, were detected in human plasma, which are recommended to be monitored for safety reasons in clinical trial. A high-throughput quantification method utilizing liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was designed and verified to quantify abivertinib's primary metabolites in human plasma. Solid-phase extraction was used to process the plasma, and then the analytes underwent a gradient elution separation in an Aquity UPLC BEH C18 column (1.7 μm, 2.1 × 50 mm) with mobile phase A (10 mm ammonium acetate containing 0.1% formic acid) and mobile phase B (methanol–acetonitrile, 2:8, v/v, with 0.1% formic acid). Ion transitions of M7 (m/z 490.2 → 405.1) and MII-6 (m/z 476.2 → 391.1) were monitored under multiple reaction monitoring mode and electrospray ionization in positive ion mode. This simultaneous determination method was found to have acceptable precision, accuracy and linearity in the 0.5–500 ng/mL range for M7 and the 0.5–500 ng/mL range for MII-6, accompanied by a mild matrix effect but high recovery. Further stability assessments indicated that both analytes remained stable throughout the entire experimental process from harvesting whole blood to plasma extraction and analysis. 相似文献

Silica (SiO2) nanospheres (NSs) with immobilized metal ligands have been prepared for the affinity separation of proteins. First, SiO2 NSs were prepared by controlled hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane in a basic aqueous-ethanol solution. Then through reaction of iminodiacetic acid (IDA) with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and immobilization of them onto the surfaces of above SiO2 NSs, novel affinity adsorbents with IDA chelating groups were obtained. After chelating Ni2+ ions, the SiO2–IDA–Ni2+ NSs were applied to separate his-tagged proteins directly from the mixture of lysed cells. The SiO2–IDA–Ni2+ NSs present negligible nonspecific protein adsorption and high protein binding ability (28.3 mg/g). 相似文献

The appearance of a ground surface can play an important role in the flow structures for the flows past a flat plate. We conduct two-dimensional numerical simulations on viscous flows past a flat plate inclined at an angle of attack of \(20^\circ \) with ground effects using a finite-volume method. Results show that the effects on the separated flow from the ground are highly dependent on the gap (G) between the plate and the ground. As the gap decreases, the strength of vortices generated from the trailing edge is restrained, which is consistent with experimental observations. Further decrease in the gap even eliminates the vortex shedding and yields a steady flow. It is also found that the flow between the gap can either be accelerated at large gap ratios (\({G/L >1}\), G is the gap, L is the plate length), or be decelerated at small gap ratios (\({G/L <1}\)). Furthermore, the numerical results show that the wake flow behind the plate can significantly change the distribution of surface shear stress on the ground. Specifically, the mean shear stress on the ground in the downstream region at a gap ratio \(G/L = 2.0\) is one order of magnitude larger than that at a small gap ratio \(G/L = 0.3\), and the length of the downstream region where the shear stress can be effectively changed is much larger than the plate length, which provides a guideline to manipulate the ground wall surface shear stress using an inclined plate in the vicinity of the wall. 相似文献

Multilayer polyelectrolyte films containing silver ions were obtained by molecular deposition method on a glass plate or a quartz substrate. The in situ Ag nanoparticles were synthesized in the multilayer polyelectrolyte films which were put into fresh NaBH4 aqueous solution. The structure and surface morphology of composite molecular deposition films were observed by UV-vis spectrophotometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Tribological characteristic was investigated by AFM and micro-tribometer. It was found that the in situ Ag nanoparticles/polyelectrolyte composite molecular deposition films have lower coefficient of friction and higher anti-wear life than pure polyelectrolyte molecular deposition films. 相似文献

In this paper, In2O3 nanocrystals were prepared by solution dispersion from bulk indium. In2O3 nanocrystals with an average diameter of 30 nm have a single-crystalline phase and appear as a square or rhombohedral shape, and little spherical particles are also present.
